Great simple remote control. Works perfectly with my 6D, 7D and 1000D.
What a great app ty so much work perfectly with my Nikon p900.
Not working with my Canon 5D Mark II and Xiaomi Redmi Note 7.
Disappointed because there are no instructions whatsoever
One morning I randomly went to amazon and typed remote camera trigger canon. I was looking for a radio trigger. I found an 8 dollar remote that had an amazon name on it. Then I thought for a moment and wondered what are the chances someone made an app that utilizes the infrared port on my galaxy s4. Sure enough I .find this. This so app is amazing. It does just what it's supposed to do. Thank you for making this.
I have this app to control my Nikon D5100 via my Samsung galaxy smart tablet. With samsung IR blaster I have the control of shutter and that is easy when you wanna have a selfie shot or not to vibrate camera on tripod. "this app will save you 20$ IR Remote of Nikon's or Canon's". but its menu design is not such good and have not got astronimical monitory and special time laps changing rate shuttering
This app just replaced the factory remote for my Nikon D3200 using a Galaxy s6 active. My old remote was only good out to 10 to 15 ft., the app has more than doubled that distance. Can't wait for the next family reunion, I'll be able to be in some of the pictures now. We sometimes have as many as 75 people in some pictures.
While this is a very cool app and yes simple easy and completely Add free. It did not work for my old Eos :( that does not mean it could work for YOU! Great build with no frills. Beats spending $30 for a clicker that may or may not work and gets lost.
We searched online, in Best Buy, Target, Walmart to find a IR remote for Nikon camera. All to no avail! At the very end of the day we finally search and saw this highly rated app. When we got home and tested it it worked like a charm! So sad we didn't think of this sooner but extremely happy that we found it just in time for our wedding day. Thank you
On Sony a6000. Just enable remote control through camera settings. Works like a charm. Excellent for quick remote snaps. Saving power vs remote view and settings manipulation of the WiFi remote.
LOVE IT!!!! I own a Nikon and just brought a Pentax k-3. I did not have a remotw yet for the Pentax and I always keep misplacing my main remote from my nikon....this is the best app I have on my phone and I RARELY do reviews...this is a full 5 stars and does everything I need for both cameras..well done guys!!!! Very happy app owner! ! Can not say more but I was never disappointed...I am also doing time lapse and havig the timer settings rock. Can't have enough words to tell how pleased I am thank you
Was trying to take some long exposure pics of the night sky with my nex 5n. Didn't even know the cam has a IR port until I researched it. I knew my GS4 has a IR blaster so I searched for a app and found this. Works perfect and I couldn't be happier with it.
Tried other apps on my Galaxy S5 that were supposed to work with my model Nikon but to no avail. Tried this app and it worked perfectly. Great app. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Works well with the Nikon D7000, I use it to reduce camera shake when taking long exposures. One thing that I haven't been able to figure out is why the range isn't very good. It may be the Galaxy S4 IR range.
The hardest thing to find on the market in store is items for olympus. Cant find anything. So when I found this app I was happy. Then I became estatic, because it worked! Taking pictures with me n my daughter have become easier. Next I'm trying the stars.
Works fine using samsung s6 and 7d. Remember to change the drive on camera to remote timer or it will not work.
This app is great! No ads is great and a very generous feature from the developer. I've used other remote apps and I like this one a lot. I've been using this on both an S4 and S5, works great on both. Small, compact, and functional. Thank you very much developer!
I don't carry a separate remote with me any more for my Nikon D7000.
I so rarely use my camera's remote that I often find the battery has died on the shelf. This is a great backup option that I always keep charged!
Great way of getting value from built in IR w samsung devices. Time lapse are easy
I have finally found an app to do timelapse photography on the eos 6d. No need to buy an intervalometer. It works without the awful 2 second delay that other apps have!
Then I broke my camera. I forgot to say, Thank you! It works flawlessly with my t5i (it did lol) but it still works with the EOS-M.
It worked instantaneously with my Nikon cameras using Samsung Note4. Just a few bug with the timer: its better to have a shutter release at the start of the timer. I use the timer mode in Bulb mode the first signal opens the shutter and the second close it I'd like to have the option of a second timer which could open the shutter for the second time faster. E.g. 30sec-5sec timer: star but. = shutter opens. 30sec later= shutter closes. 5sec. Later on=shutter opens for the next time . And this could go on .
I have an older Nikon D70 and it can be hard to find a remote shutter release that wasn't made in China and would fail after a few months. This remote works flawlessly and I always have it at hand because it's on my phone.
I had high hopes for this app. App discretion is very promising but then - disappointment. No camera or lens lists. I'll understand that user has to add some exotic lens that only the "special one" use it, but should be a list of commonly used once. Or I'm missing something and have to "dig" for full $$$ version 😊.
This app does exactly what I want. Thanks developer for bringing more convenience to our photography world.
Functions just like the real thing. The option to turn off screen rotation in the app is excellent as well. Using on a Samsung S5.
Actually works right out of the box. Intuative and straight forward to use. One little gotcha, Sony needs the code sent three times, so for time lapse each shot is actually every third one.
