Had no issues until they updated it. Now it crashed before it even opens. So frustrating. Now I see why it only has 2.5 stars. Seems like it's just made for iPhones?! My life as a parent trying to stay on top of a middle schooler just because much more difficult. Not happy at all.

I have been using this app with no issues for years and now all of the sudden it wont even connect to the district...says Connection error. What did you change in the last update. I used the app over the web browser for the grade notifications for my student, which was helping him keep up with his class work. Please fix so we can seamlessly use the app again.

Update: they fixed the app ----------- Still not able to open this app since I've gotten a new phone. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but yet it still does not work. Crashes as soon as I open it and I have reported it but still nothing. When are you going to fix this app?

Love this app. Great way to keep up on grades, tests, assignments and know exactly how the kids are doing in school. Especially being able to check on a regular basis is a plus.

This has been working fine for years but suddenly won't connect to district. Pretty aggravating considering it's end of year and I'm trying to check my kids' grades.

I've been using this app for years and suddenly haven't been able to use it for the last few weeks. "Connection Error". Tried uninstalling, then reinstalling, same issue. Uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, same issue. Please fix whatever you guys broke with the latest update!

My app stopped working. I deleted and reloaded but still didn't work. Then I cleared the cache and started over. Now it's working.

New update and app crashes right away. Have tried uninstalling, restarting phone, and then reinstalling and same issue. Can not view kids information.

It used to work really well now it constantly tells me it can't connect to my district. Uninstalled and installed it a bunch of times.

Worked great at first. Now for the past week it won't connect to district. I can see I have notifications, but when I click it says can't connect. I have uninstalled, reinstalled, updated the app etc. and nothing seems to be working.

Terrible! I have been using infinite campus through my web browser for years with no trouble. Decided to try the app, hoping it would be easier and faster. Since I've downloaded it, 2021, I have never been able to use it as it will not recognize my sign in credentials. Terrible!

"Connection Error. Please try again." Your app is very broken as referenced by tons of other reviews here. Can't connect to district, uninstalled & reinstalled multiple times. The bar is pretty low here, we just want to be able to log in. Tried on an iphone also to see if an Android issue, same problem.

Logging onto infinite campus on a pc is fine and all but the notifications from the app help me keep better track of my kids and the fact that I can't even log in is frustrating.

Confusing and hard to get onto site. But handy and helps to feel closer to my child's progress and day to day progressions with not only school, but Life in general at least most of their day 5 days a week for a good portion of each year thru 15 yrs!

I upgrade my phone recently and the app keeps crashing. Had no problems with the app on a two year old Motorola. I now have a new Motorola and now the app stopped working. Very frustrating as I can't check my child's grades.

Notifications work but app continually fails with connection errors when attempting to open. All other apps on phone work great and no network issues. Multiple reinstalls and latest version.

Had this app for years, got a new phone and now I can't even open the app. This is our schools main way of communicating and I can't even open the app let alone log in. What happened? No issues for 5 yrs and now all of a sudden it stops working?

Had this app for a while. Just got a new phone and it doesn't even open. Crashes everytime I click on it. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. Same thing. This is how I check grades. Please fix the issue!

Unable to connect. I've used this app for years & it's always been great. Now, it can't connect & errors. I know it's not infinite campus itself because I can log in on my computer or using the browser on phone. This is clearly an app issue that needs to be resolved. Prior to this week I had no trouble using it, so whatever update or behind the scenes you did you need to fix.

Does not work anymore . Seems to be no updates or fixes. Checked again still doesn't open even though app says updated

I upgraded to the s22 ultra and now I can't even open the app. I need this app to track my kids assignments. Please fix this!

App keeps crashing. I have a different phone. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it. Still nothing. This app worked for year before. Reading the comments I see this has been happening a lot. Please fix this I can't monitor my kids attendance and grades now.

App constantly crashes. Love seeing the grades and all the other informative stuff on there about my children.... If only the app would open up without immediately crashing

Since December 2021 I have not been able to login to the app. Screen stays blank. I have uninstalled and reinstalled serval times to no avail. Which is a shame because I never had a problem with the app prior to December.

Click on a notification and nothing's there! Takes forever to load data. I guess they're locked in with schools, so don't need a useable app.

This app no longer works properly and hasn't for a few months now. If you try to go into the app and check any of your kid's info in detail, it freezes and won't go any further. I have deleted cache, data, uninstalled and reinstalled twice now and it still doesn't work. This app is basically worthless now, except for what little info you can get from notifications. You have to go to the actual website, which is a pain because of all the steps it makes you do to login. Why hasn't this been fixed?

Very buggy! Most of the time when I try to open it, it just opens to complete blank, no menus, nothing to press, just a white screen. And whenever it actually sort of works, when I get a notification from this app and tap on it, it never takes me to what the notification was about, it just takes me to the main page of the app, so then I have to guess what the notification might have been about. Also, unlike with the previous parent campus app, when I go to grades, I can't tap on the subject or grade to get details, which is a flaw. I wish they'd get it together!
