Captain D's VIP Rewards

When setting up my account, I had to pick my local restaurant from a list that seemed to be in random order. After picking my password, I received an error messages "Integration not authorized for Merchant". No indication of what the password schema needed to be. Could not set up an account. Can't look at the menu unless you have an account. App deleted.

I can't even set up an account. The app keeps returning me to completely filled in portion of the sign up process with no error messages and no explanation. I tried to text PERKS to try and bypass the app all together and it sent back an "Oops try again. Text PERKS..." I asked the cashier and she acted like the app and text services have never worked. Too bad! My hubby loves captain D's. He's now saying he's through.

Not accepted at Captain D's anymore, no explanation. I sent a message as to the reason it was discontinued, and got no reply. App doesn't work anymore either. I still get emails though, from their rewards address, promoting their products. I had over 400 points built up when the program was dropped, without notice.

Captain D's is one of my favorite fast-food choices out there, but this app is terrible. I am unable to link it to my account, email or card number that I have with CaptD's. I get the emails, but the app doesn't recognize my email (???), my card number is not recognized (???)... "UNKNOWN ERROR" every time. Using a Samsung Note 8- runs everything just fine, so I know it's not my phone.

Piece of junk. No way to input birthday (which I'm not sure why they need) other than to scroll through ONE MONTH AT A TIME. Going back to the early 1960s will be an issue. Then it wanted other info I did not think it needed nor did I want to give it. The list for favorite store was a random list, in no specific order. Good luck finding your closest store. I'd love to meet the morons who wrote this app and the even bigger morons who signed off on it. 0/10. Will NOT use again.

I can't even set up this worthless app because I can't choose my favorite store. I can't choose my favorite store because the store names are not sorted by any discernible criteria such as city name, state name, zip code, or anything else. There's no search feature. At minimum, there should be a search feature.

I Love Caption D's! The app could have option to add payment card. I suggest & suggested to the cashier that, they mention the app to the xustomets, in place of the card, Print could be slightly bigger, for example showing the rewards & points.

This app & trying to sign up for rewards is disgusting! You just basically lost my business & a few others of my friends. It's ridiculous to have to scroll back 70 years to get to ones birthdate. Then keep getting g error messages every time I try to sign in. I'm done messing w it. Removing the app & never going to captain D's

The app keeps crashing while I'm trying to log on. There is no organization. I have to selecta favorite store but its just a huge lost of every store. It's taking forever just to find the store I go to. Did you create the app and then forget about it?

I don't know what "they" were thinking when this app was designed. If it serves a useful function i didn't find it. AND all the permissions!?! contacts, browsing history, ... ? Why? I suspect the real purpose of the app has to do w/data collection. HEY - Captain D this app is not helping your bus. The food is great but like a dirty washroom it leaves a bad impression. Get a clue (and a competent dev) Look at what MkyD, BK, &etc have done.

Always friendly in gallipolis ohio captainds.very fast service and a clean restroom and dining area , i like most of all the menu items im not a fan of tilapia that is one item i don't eat at all anywhere. The management seem to work as a team at this makes a difference to getting the greatest service.i like also the senior specials and the funnel cakes.

Account setup was quick and very easy. I'm not sure if the others who left comments are having difficulty operating their phones but this app was as easy if not easier than other fast food rewards apps I've installed.

This app is useless. As someone else mentioned there's no way to input your birthday without having to go one month/year at a time. Also I get to choose my favorite store and it's not listed. Worthless!!!!

Unusable Downloaded the app and didnt even get my account set up before i just rage quit. Apprantly there is some magic way the cell phone has to be entered but nothing it tried usong Arabic numerals was permissable. And it took 20 minutes to find my local store because the list is not in any discernable order unless its translated into Sanskrit and placed in reverse alphabetcal order based on the thrid from the last letter of the street name. Jeeze.

App wont let me log in or sign up. Trying to find the store in my area is almost impossible. Once I put my stste and zip code in it should only give me the stores closest to me, not for the whole damn country. Gave up trying ise the app. Get a better developer.

Honestly. The most useless app ever. Can't order ahead and the store list is in the most confusing, random order ever. Just a pointless app to have. Don't waste your time!

The app is misleading. It is only for corporate chains. The lady at the restaurant told us this app wasn't usable and several people have come to the restaurant asking to use this app. They have to turn customers away for the app rewards.

Sign up is a bit cumbersome. The app is only a rewards app. I've gone to Captain D's for years and never heard of the app. Seems like POS opportunity to ask if customers are rewards members.

I tried 4 times to set up an account after downloading, but each time the app closed out what I was working on so I had to start over. Not worth the hassle.
