Car Diagnostic Pro (Enhanced)
The application will communicate with the vehicle computers at the 16 Pin OBD2 Diagnostic Connector. Most of the OBD2 Connector location should be under the Steering Wheel Compartment. Elm 327 or STN Bluetooth device is required to make this application work. Car Diagnostic Pro not only can be exciting with Dashboards, it is a Professional Scan Tool. Love the app. Functionality is top notch. If you could add some gauges similar to Torque, periodic checks of engine faults, and pid parameter alarms, I would switch from Torque in a heartbeat.
The app seems to start itself on start up now and I have to force stop it to remove its notifications. The app itself is nice when I use it, which isn't often. I will propably uninstall it if it keeps sending me unnecessary notifications.
This is the same app as Car Guage pro.. I paid for the full version of car guage pro. Now i guess since that app is no longer working for me anymore i am supposed to buy this app (same thing) all over again. Dont think i should be made to repurchase the same app with a different name again
worked well on a 2000 ford 7.3l for checking faults and injector buzz test, cant wait for the contribution test to be fully functioning. i used a veepeak elm27 from amazon with no problems.
This is probably the best app that it is..free or paid ..for me is the best i use this app almost every day on my diagnostic i'm a mobile mechanic and the information that i get is very complete.
Is it supporting for 2009 Hyundai Elantra Touring? I need adjust the idle. I uploaded the app but I don't see my car in th app.

Instead if clearing codes it tripped the abs and stabilitrac. Had to use my handheld scanner to clear those.

excellent working program, easy to understand and operate.
I love this OBD2 scantool, it just works and always gives me the codes i need. I mostly use it on my 7.3 to buzz test my injectors and do contribution tests.

Cannot connect to vehicle
It seems to connect to my Xterra fine, but I have to close so many freekin ads I don't have time or get to actually use the app. Close ad, close ad, over and over. So I don't know how good it works. Not sure if I will pay for the Pro version cause I haven't got to test any PIDs. I am using Torque Pro now and I like it but it doesn't have all the right PIDs for my Xterra so half of them don't work. If I knew they worked on this app I would pay for it without hesitation.
Thought the free version of the app was better than the others that are available. The app was easier to setup the tests and functionality for overall use. One suggestion for future updates is something to store vehicle data such as maint records. Overall it's worth a try for the paid version to see if it lives up to my expectations.
Don't waste your money on this junk app. Bought it for my powerstroke. Didn't help at all
Truly an excellent set of diagnostics software. I use an older Bluetooth OBDLink MX dongle on my cars ('99 Sunfire, '01 Contour, and '01 Impala 3800). I can access everything that the computer has access to without any issue (I was amazed that I could access TAP on my Impala, something that used to be only accessible via a $600 Innova scantool). The GUI may not be the most end user friendly, however, it is functional and to the point. I could only ask for the ability to run KOEO & KOER tests.
