This app worked great at first but now it doesn't send notifications like it did. I set notifications to remind me to take meds twice a day. At first it did. Now it only reminds me once in awhile. Mostly only once in maybe a month or two. I have basically stopped using it. I checked the notification settings and they are the same as I set them at the start.
I love the app, just wish there was a way to remove duplicate meds, and meds no longer taken. I enjoy the ease of having the blood pressure and blood glucose sections to record the info for my doctor's all in one place. Very easy to navigate between them also. I would have given your app a 5* rating, but I don't like not being able to remove the meds.
I have many meds I need to take at various times. This app is easy to set up and reminds me each time according to the label instructions(you scan your labels and it sets everything up) with the ability to easily edit any changes. Also has discount offers for meds.and supplements but I have great coverage and haven't used it.
Love this app. It really helps for people like me with complex medical issues and special needs children. It's so easy to just open the app at the doctor's office or hospital and have everything accessible in one place to give all info to the healthcare professionals. Plus I can add all new stuff from each visit easily to keep everything up to date.
Very Helpful ~ if you only have one medicine 3 x day, you can remember to take it and not miss any. If you have 10 different medicines to take, plus blood sugar, blood pressure, temperature, headache, pain level, etc, it can become harder to remember and remember timelines. Not to mention the follow up appointment with your doctor, it's great to have all you need, ACCURATELY at your fingertips. The setup was easier than I thought and once it's set, you are good to go.
Having used before my past experience with this app was pretty good. Appears to be a technical issue uploading images of prescriptions. App is now telling me that the 32 images are in process and that I'll be notified once completed. Added all images approx 24 hrs ago and still getting the same message. Ckd their website technical support section for this issue with no success. Next logical step was to email to customer service w no reply. Now deleting having wasted enough of my time on this.
I really loved using this app, then they added the streaks & made it harder to mark meds as taken! I used to tap "take" on the notification & it would take me to the screen with the meds already checked & I just hit done. Two taps. Now, I hit "take" and it opens the app to my inbox. I have to hit the meds tab, the schedule tab, & the take meds button. 4 taps. Seems small, but it's less effective.
this has been a good way for me to have medical information ready in case I'm ever sick enough to give allergies, what I'm currently taking, etc. I like the notifications for the most part, but if something doesn't change, like my weight, I don't feel I should have to keep adding that, as well as my height. For those, there should be an option to be notified either weekly or monthly - I do not weigh myself daily, and my height hasn't changed since I was a teenager.
I keep losing data. Some of the graphs show nothing yet other graphs show the data. I lost nine days of information when we tried to put the program on my new phone because my old phone died. If there is a fix for this I'd like to know! Up until we had this problem the program was great.
I'm genuinely impressed with this app and I'm glad I found it. Originally I left 4 stars because of an issue I had with the calendar, but CareZone first replied with a solution, then with an update saying they are making things more consistent across platforms. I had a very specific need in mind and wanted to find the best app for it, so I did a search in play store and compared several. Once I narrowed down my selection I downloaded all of my top picks to compare the experience, and CareZone blew the others away. I was not expecting it to be such an in-depth app, nor was I expecting that it would also have things I thought I was going to have to download a separate app for such as the mood log and journal.
