The scanner need to be updated. Way too slow a lot of times won't scan at all.
Scanner does not work takes too long when I'm at the auction I have to exit app and come back to work on each car not good.
Good app for car dealers. The scan tool is hard to work with at times. But okay overall!!

Im a dealer. Works ok, but lacks a lot of information that is available on desktop version. Will it be an option to email report to customer or save as pdf, warranty info etc. How about search reports that ran for your dealership from desktop? All of this is available on desktop version but not on mobile???!! What are we paying $ for?
Down grade to 2.6 version and don't update to new version. Carfax is over price and they don't want dealers to share account
Galaxy S8 will not scan vins ! Been like this for a while recent update did nothing to fix it absolutely unusable please please fix!

The new app is terrible!!!! I'm constantly having issues and it is Not user friendly especially at the auction. Would love to have my old app back. Called Tech support and Harold talked over me constantly while I was explaining my issues. He just told me to reinstall the app when I have issues. For the amount we have to pay for Carfax, they should be a lot more professional and helpful. Give the option of installing the old app!
Smaller scanning windows makes it to difficult to scan when cars go through auction.

Where is the vin scanner?
Smaller window to scan bar codes makes it hard to read. I won't even be able to use it now. PLEASE FIX. THANKS

No notice in advance, played havoc with my live auction morning, seems to scan smoother

Scanning function doesn't work on galaxy s7 edge
Note 9 user, scanner feature is terrible. Hardly ever scans bar codes. I usually have to use other app. Very frustrating!
