You can now use our app to view your position and acceptance in the standby queue for the domestic airbridge between Trinidad and Tobago.
Check-In
You can easily check-in from as early as 24 hours prior to your scheduled flight departure using your PNR, e-ticket number or Caribbean Miles number. During the check-in process, eligible bookings have the ability to select seats inclusive of Caribbean Plus and pay for extra baggage. Special services such as wheelchair can also be requested. Once completed, you can subscribe for in-app notifications and receive your boarding pass for use where airport facilities allow.

App is very useful but I have one problem with this app. Why can I pay a ticket difference with this app? For example I change my ticket so I have to pay a price difference. I will have to call caribbean airline agent gave them my credit card number and the will charge my card. That I don't trust it sound easy right, just think about if something goes wrong do you know how much investigation and month you will have to wait. The should be able to send you a link and you pay direct to there accoun
Finally it is here. I like this app as it is very easy to maneuver. I can find everything that I am looking for. i can book flights, browse and I can see my total even as i change my flight selection. One thing that I would've like to see was a monthly calendar of fares which shows the days and the prices of the flights to and from my destination.
needs work. this app may do the job since it's a nice straight forward enrollment form and easy on the eyes to read but, it's missing many cities just around NY/NJ/CT areas. I could not enroll since my City wasn't listed within the mandatory drop/down field. maybe for now, your mandatory City field should be free formed so folk can just type their City into the box versus using a drop/down selection.
App is great and easy to use. Just 2 improvements, it should show all your active reservations instead of most recent. You should be able to book a miles ticket via the App. Also you can do like COPA and JetBlue and offer free points to update your profile.

Nice app, easy to use and navigate..... Just need to add the feature that allows me to see my Caribbean Miles Status as well as miles balance etc, then it's full ratings from me!
Downloaded this app for an upcoming flight but thus far I cannot retrieve my flight info. All I'm seeing are fluttering wings after inputting my booking number.
Now it's easier to book my flight and check on my flight's status. Thank you. This app is extremely useful and amazing.

This app doesn't even work. Whenever I check my flight online, it's good, however when use the app, it's not showing my flight info.
Needs the feature to save a boarding pass to Google Pay.

Was able to download on my tablet but for some unknown reason not downloading on my phone..have tried on numerous occasions with no success..

Well i have been traveling with caribbean airline for sometime now and i have never have any problem with any one so far i will take it one day at a time perfect 💝
What's the use of this app if it limits users the ability to comfortably change the date on their ticket through the app? Also, there is no flexible payment options if you do not have a credit card. You have to instead call the airline to have it changed and paid for and you can stay on hold for a while before your call is taken. It would be nice to use your debit card. The online chat service does not help either. They will just refer you. Still a ton of improvement to be done.
