The Carraba's App uses data encryption to protect your financial information and card data is never stored on Carrabba’s Italian Grill servers. The Carraba's App also uses GPS to enhance the user experience by prompting you to check in when you arrive at the restaurant. Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.

App is slow to load pages, often times out, could be the WiFi connection at their restaurants. When with a large party, if multiple people are using the app to pay their check there always seems to be issues. I do like the ability to pay my bill and go without having to wait for the server to take my credit card and bring it back.
For last 6 months app will not accept check codes to pay bill. Very frustrating. All my cc info is entered correctly, yet no success. Reloaded app several times. No change. If the app is missing some critical input info on the part of the user it should tell you! This app does none of that; just doesn't work. How about fixing it for your customers!
Not an easy to use app. Not intuitive, No place to add visits without calling in. it would be nice to have a paid code to add to count the visit. you can even count a visit unless you pay with the app. last week a server took our account number ( our phone number) to add it when we paid our bill with him. I checked our visits this week and no visit showed from last week. Very dissatisfied in this app. Not a way to benefit loyal customers..make it simpler!
The app is pointless. You can't view the menu or place a pick up order. It just redirects to the web site. There are probably other useful things on the app but those are pretty basic functions. Wasn't what I was looking for.
The app used to work great...Now I've had rewards expire because app doesn't show any. I had to log into my account to see the earned rewards...also saw someone had changed my 1st name & zip code. Instantly decided to remove credit card info from the app...& Will be uninstalling it as it is of no use...but IS a security risk!!
awesome app but the service was terrible tonight! night and day between the 2 servers we've had in a weeks time, slow bringing out our soup and salad, thought it was appropriate to bring appetizer first, then over charged for under cooked lamb chops saying the vegetable medley was upcharge when the menu clearly stated it comes with meal.. then had to wait 10 extra minutes to fix it.
The app is great to be able to pay the bill. but... the tip calculator is messed up. 10% of a $111 bill is not $29. You have to watch that.... just placing an 18% tip was going to be $37 for some reason
I am not getting properly credited for my meals when I pay through the app. I have to call the dine rewards each time to get credit. Taking advantage of the Buy 1 take one home for $10. The app is not totaling receipt correctly.
Always a good experience at the Mesa Arizona Carrabba's. Maria's service is exceptional like the food. Large portions, expect to take some home. If you're not sure what to order, get the chicken trio combo for a good sample.
I downloaded the app specifically to order from Carrabba's. The app simply redirects me to the website to order. I enter my order for the whole family and customize all the items. I go to check out and hit pay online and it returns an error. So I click on pay at store and it returns an error. So basically I was unable to enter my order at all. In the meantime my wife was on the way to the restaurant to pick up the order that I could not place. Well done app developer
So far so buggy. The first time we tried the payment option it crashed, and it's slow to update (especially the visit rewards). It's not a terrible app, just not that great either.
The app works fine, but there is no way to customize individual items. There is only one space to put in extra sauce, plus instructions on how you want your salad, i.e. no onions. It all ends up in one section.
Doesn't allow you to add credit card info, regardless if you scan or manually enter into. NO activate or approve or ok to lock in information!!! Very frustrating!!! Use to work but not since November, terrible app.
Poor user experience, the app is exceptionally slow and when I finally got through to pay my bill, the app said I couldn't pay my bill unless I ordered drinks. That is fairly ridiculous I shouldn't have to order a drink in order to pay through the app! I prefer to drink water.
Rewards are no longer showing on the App. I can only verify rewards by signing in to the website. We recently tried to order thru the App which wasn't possible & had to sign in to the website. And finally, sometimes can't even reach the rewards category.
Might be the worst app I've ever used. Downloaded, tried to link my rewards account, the button had no click. Tried THREE TIMES to enter my payment card info, again nowhere to click to save. Uninstalled, installed, tried again. Screw it, I'll done somewhere else and use other apps. Piece of garbage.
Doesn't work with the partner restaurants. Says i have rewards, but the server can never pull them up in the restaurant. Showed my reward was claimed, but was not removed from the bill.
One of our favorite restaurants. We love the frequent diner program they offer. The app makes it easy for getting in the waitlist, taking your visits, and paying your bill.
Terrible app never credits visit can't save cc info and errors out all the time...it even tried invoiced me for 2 bills different amounts when I put in the code once
It does not register my rewards automatically. What is the point of having an app that offers rewards when it does not automatically register them?!!!!
App will not allow me to view my rewards. Very frustrating. I had to go on the website and login to view and redeem my rewards.
I agree with other people that once you earn a reward, it no longer shows that you have a reward in the app. Be sure to save the email that shows you have a reward because the app is useless in that regard.
App is super easy to use for wait-list. I can't comment on any other functions yet.
This app could be so much better, but its lacking in so many ways. While you are able to pay your meal via the app in the restaurant, but if you're in the bar area, everyone seated in that bar area tabs are combined as one bill. With all of the technology available today, theres no reason this should be happening. If you want to order ahead for carryout, the app takes you out of the app and onto a web browser to place the order. Once in the web browser you have to do numerous clicks to order.
