It is a great app. Very useful and informative. Sadly, every time I play a video under "lessons", it would play fine and then the app would just close. So I would have to reopen the app, find the video, find the spot in the video where I was at, and continue to watch until the app closes again. It's annoying and the only downside. Otherwise very helpful.

I would give 5 stats but the app keeps crashing. It crashes when I scroll. I paid for it because it is so helpful but please fix the crashing issue. Otherwise, awesome. It has great lessons, love the videos, and how in depth it is. The exercises are great but hard to know what distortion they are used for, a description of that would be helpful. Has helped me in times of distress and has already helped change my thought patterns. Thank you and please improve!!

I haven't used this to much yet. I do like the daily notice they send you reminding you to write in the journal. Or at least do the how you feeling today. And picking the words that best relate to how your feeling. Then you can always save a picture for that day. So far I like it, haven't found any glitches in the app at all. Seems to run very smooth on my phone.without any complications with other apps. I would highly recommend for a daily diary or keeping your notes for CBT treatment.

Great app! I like how it breaks down your thoughts and helps you to category the cognitive distortions. I think it would be nice if they had the cognitive distortions still displayed and you could see them still when you go to the posative thoughts as to do the opposite of that makes any sense.

I've been using this app for a few weeks and I have been using it specifically for the journal part. I have not experimented with the rest of the apps features. There is one issue I have problems with though and that is selecting the mood the user is in and the percentage of that mood. Instead of having a sliding bar scale, I would like to see a box appear where you can put your own percentage in. It's difficult to get the right amount that you think on the sliding bar. Just a minor issue.

I have been in PHP and now IOP for the last 4 weeks. I wish I had this application when I first started. It could have been very helpful during those early weeks!! Great app. It's everything that they're teaching me in my group and it's all in one spot. I will definitely keep using this!

This app has an interesting format of creating the space to be direct with emotions. How to understand emotions on an accurate level. There lots of helpful coping mechanisms for people with chronic issues, which may be great for someone just starting out on managing their health and wellness without a coach. However, I do think that happiness is a learned habit, yet this app is great for you if you want to take that step in knowing yourself better.

I love this app!! I have downloaded and erased many apps trying to find one that is complete. You can journal, record your thoughts, do exercises, learn etc thanks!

One of the best mental health applications I have used so far. Like how it allows me to record my different emotions more accurately, its journal features, lessons on mental health, and free meditation practices. I've been looking for an app that allows me to do all these things and glad that I tried this.

Already seeing issues with the first opening if the app. In intro slides are completely blank. Will update after moving forward into the app.

This app is so helpful for regulating thoughts and perspective with real problem solving actions instead of dwelling and feeling hopeless. It's really well detailed and contains learning as well as exercises for daily/weekly practice. Something to keep up consistently with real results. My ocd and anxiety is kept in check with this app. I paid the fee for more resources as I think the app is so well detailed and more than enough helpful exercises. An investment in my mental health.

When I first opened the app and created an account, the first pop ups of the explanation of the app didn't even load properly. I tried everything to try to make it work and nothing. I try the first quiz and it wouldn't even let me submit my answers probably because you have to have premium to do a damn self assessment. I can do that for free online. Also most features are locked w/o premium. Mental health apps should be free, I'm seeking treatment through an app because I can't pay for therapy

I really like this app I find the exercises very helpful, maybe even more so then my actually therapy sessions. Unfortunately after a year it's started to stop working and I've lost my journal so not happy

Early days still but it's very easy to use and does all the hard work of prompting journal entries for me.

I enjoyed going though this very mental health/physical health app. I got a new perspective of where I was internally. For myself I noticed more hobbies I hadn't seen I could have been doing, and I started going away from electronics more. I'd say to pass this on to everyone who has there own truthful inside selves. that want to better in whatever way.

So far , so good. Honestly, I can see this really becoming a MAJOR help to me. Especially, when I am able to bring it with me to therapy, so that way I can be even more open to new suggestions, or possible recommendations for further personal growth and development. F*** you PTSD.... there seems to be a light FINALLY appearing to me. Really hoping for the best here.

Y'all giving 1 star because you don't want to pay for a service is beyond me. Don't whine about apps that charge a normal monthly subscription when they continuously add content. It makes no difference whether you have a mental illness or not, you still have to pay for your stuff. The one's complaining about signing up, where have you been the past 5 years? All apps require signing up and you can click on google account now. Got the app cause of the dumb 1 star reviews and it works just fine.

Jam. A. Apr 27, 2022

Added a 5star review and then realised the majority of exercises need paying for. Very upset by this. I loved the app as well at the start!

Still new to this app, but so far it is good. Very easy to navigate and the interface is pleasing

KT. K. Apr 20, 2022

It's a bit expensive really for what you would get considering it's ment to help people I mean $75 for 6mths might not seem much to some people, it seems well put together with medical info sadly with the amount of 'free' apps that do the same I can't justify $150 a yr and you can't use enough of the free bits in this app to warrant keeping it sorry....

I like the design and look and information. But when you edit sweep into some sections the information is only good on they surface but doesn't provide enough detail. Even with a therapist there is some sections that are just downright confusing, like the values evaluation. You are asked to rate importance of questions from 1-5 but it doesn't provide enough context. Good design but needs polishing
