I appreciate the simplicity of the app. It brings some discipline into my daily journalling and I can always access my information no matter where I am. I can also see how my emotional states progress throughout a week and re-read my previous entries.
can't delete emotions, couldn't export data when there was 1 record, when first generating report asked for permissions then something about screen overlay, couldn't allow saving report. a lot of translation errors in russian
HI, I just purchased the 1 year licence, but when I try to generate the report the app keeps shutting down. I can't find a support adress in the 'HELP' section, so I hope you can help me here, or refund me. Thanks
Great app for self-investigation CBT style through use of the cognitive model. In the future a thought-testing feature (socratic questioning, cognitive distortions) would be making this 'the CBT app that makes all the others redundant'. I hope you will be able to make that happen. Good luck!
Great for distress relief in both times of disgrace and also in general; it's probably perfect. I love it !

I was never aware of any kind of CBT apps until my Psychologist I began seeing recently recommended this app. I input my data ever hour on the hour until around 8pm when I then go to bed. I really like how I can add thoughts, emotions, etc. instead of relying on the default mode. I use MS Excel on all my desktops and laptops however I use Google Docs when I use an Android device. I really love how I can give my Psychologist every input on this app on every visit.
I got the customize emotions function to work which I thought would be the key to liking the app. But it was VERY tedious to do. You cannot change anything. The help is less than helpful. I wasn't allowed to complete thought section. Wanted to give it a chance for a week, only to learn it would not generate a report after 3 days. So you must buy. Not so motivated.
Please insert the features of, filter the particular emotion so that I know clearly the trigger of any particular type of emotion and also insert the feature of search thought or emotion

Just what I need and more. Simple to use, and customize to ones individual needs.
Will there be an activity log? To assess base rate activity. On the base rate log could be columns about measure closeness, importance, achievement etc
Like the reminders or I'd never do it.
This is a pretty good app to record your emotions and practice CBT, I like it. However there are times now I rely want access to it on my laptop/desktop so that I can record events faced at work with angry emails etc. I'd give it 5 stars for making this available on Windows.
I was enjoying this app until it wanted me to pay to see charts. What a bummer (price is 3 months is about $5 and unlimited is $20!)
I'm enjoying this application. It has a slight learning curve to it but the time spent filling in the data fields leads to a data set that can help one see patterns in their thinking and behavior. Thanks for making this application.
This is a great app. However it seems to be interfering with my other apps and freezing my phone up. Maybe its cause i have an older version phone. I find this app very useful. I do like it allot. Any feed back id appreate it..
Now I can digitally capture the emotion ratings I was capturing on paper. having it digital makes it so much easier, and the option to include notes and generate charts is invaluable. thank you very very much for creating this app.
Great thought diary following the cbt principles. Exporting option is a great plus for sharing your records (probably to a therapist) in a spreadsheet. My only complaint: pressing the help button while having partially filled a record seems to cause your record getting lost, do you have to start over again. Maybe I missed something? But in any case, thank you dev for the great app.
