CENTURY 21 Local

It is the most simple complicated app. I am going to uninstall and I would not recommended.

In an earlier review, I mentioned it crashing upon opening, and not letting me sign in before that update. It still gives error messages when I try to sign in the tradtional way, but I was able to sign in when I hit "sign in with Google." The main issue that remains is that I still have to go in and hit "Exclude Pending Listings" every time I open the app. The code in that needs to be fixed so it doesn't reset everytime I exit the app.

I find homes everyday that have your signs on them but! When I surch for them they are not there... are you saving them for friends or anyone?? I found 4 I was very interested in... But aging can't find a listing for them... please update your homes so people can find the listing thank you

Bugs galore, can't see saved homes. Extremely disappointing app. **edit in response to developer** I'm fully aware how to see saved homes, normally a error is generated. Also if I view a home it should not return to the top of the list when I hit back, it should go back to the same spot in the search. The lasso is poor, and sometimes it will not save homes. App is very poorly done.

This app is buggy garbage. The password I used on the website wouldn't register with the app because the app won't allow you to use special characters, but requests to reset my password sent me to a completely unrelated page. Can't sign in with the "sign up with Facebook" option either, so I had to use my Google account. Once I was finally able to use the app, I'd select one listing and be taken to a different listing.

Worked for awhile, then I wanted to save a house and it told me I had to delete a home. So I did, and it still told me the same thing, so I deleted 3 to make sure, and again. Same msg. So I went out of the app and on the site, and I was able to save the home Corrected 4/11/19: The app did finally work, after the update. Thank you, for fixing the error! Glad to see that you look at the reviews!

As an agent this app has not worked once. I've spent countless hours trying to explain and resolve issues and nothing has worked. It is an inconvenience to my clients and I end up having to use google or Zillow to look up properties. It is unbelievable that we pay a franchise fee for this app and it doesn't function properly.

Old Century 21 app, would show you houses for sale on street you were on automatically. Very useful. No bedroom or bathroom info??? Bring the old app back, so as an agent driving with clients in car and they ask how much, it was useful. Bring back useful features .

Working with the realtor to request showings through the app is very painful. The keyterm search does not work, exclude pending only shows pending, and gives only basic information. The only reason I use this app is because our realtor has been great. Another issue is when my wife request showings it goes to other agents even though her agent is displaying ours. Best advice I can give users is to circumvent this garbage fire and use another app and send the addresses to your agent.

Good app. About the only thing I can think of that needs improvement is that you can't see what homes are pending or contingent unless you save the home by liking it. Otherwise it is a very helpful app.

Never thought I could get the level of detail and service from an app. I sat down and started looking at all the listings and the features the app offered in house hunting next thing I knew I spent 2 hours looking at houses... time flies when you are having fun.

The website and app don't coincide AT ALL. I signed up with my Google account on the app, but there's no option to sign in with that on the site. I save houses on the app and they don't exist on the site. I'm not sure what the issue is, but it's quite aggravating.

Providing timely listing data is an essential service. When listing statuses are not timely updated it causes confusion and distrust of the source providing the data. Moreover, the Realtor recommending the source is tethered and risk their reputation for providing and recommending a source for outdated and inaccurate information. At a time when the real estate industry is under extreme preasure and assault from 3rd party vendors, it is imperative that data is timely, accurate, and relevant.

Listings are not updated with pending status for weeks. Every house i am interested in turns out to be pending on Zillow and Redfin. Search option for houses listed within 1 day, 3 days, 1 week, etc does not work. Search results yield all available houses, whether they were listed yesterday or 300 days ago. Also does not show newly added listings. Going to uninstall.

It was working well. then some changes were made and the filters aren't working correctly. Can't set age of house or options like "pool".

Filters do not work. Exclude pending still shows pending homes. The status should be first, I shouldn't have to swipe through everything about the listing to find out at the last page it's pending/sold.

Enjoy looking at the homes on this site. Would give a higher rating if was updated more often as many properties that are listed shows on other realtor websites sold or pending and you still show active. Also had requested a contact for to answer questions about properties but nobody ever does. So not sure if that feature doesn't work or what the deal is. Kept requiring login, but would not show saved properties.

Ever since the last update, it inaccurately shows homes without showing whether or not they are under contract. This is misleading and unprofessional since the problem was reported months ago and nothing was done to fix it.

App doesn't register when you click on a new home half the time, very very frustrating. Also no way to draw a map to look at a specific area

Doesn't bring up ANY properties. Only filters are set to $70k to $400k. Zoomed all the way out to see whole country and no change. All the way on to major IS city and nothing. Your app is broke.

Horrible, takes way too long to log in, enter a search area, draw and search, just takes too much time from your life that you'll never get back. Use other apps instead...

It's ok. It lists the nearby schools, but the only one that matters is the assigned school. I have to go to the zillow app to find the assigned school and put it in this app as a note. Only using this so my realtor can see my saved homes.

You can save homes that you are interested in. The local realtor will contact you to introduce themselves and discuss things with you. There's a price, description, pictures and who to contact. It's a wonderful app! I recommend it.

Won't let me do a search of properties listed with Century 21. You have to know the specific city of a Century 21 brokerage office. Otherwise, it can't find its own listings. I'm looking in an area of listings served by a Century 21 brokerage 26 miles away. I know for a fact that specific listings are in this area, listed by the Century 21 brokerage 26 miles away. I entered the name of the state alone...still can't find C21 offices, in the entire state!

Sign up form doesn't work. Search function doesn't work. Also why is 50000 the upper limit? How often are people actually looking for houses under $50,000?? I was going to just send feedback instead of posting a bad review. But I can't even send feedback without signing up... Which I can't.
