Constantly getting error messages when I try to sign into my account. Only fix seems to be deleting it and redownloading the app. Yet they make a killing on all the sneakers they sell. Wow get it together already. Would get 0 if I could.
Trash! Fix this damn garbage of an app! It's glitchy as hell. I happened to win a raffle but the dumb app Never notified me so it expired and I ended up losing my pair. Also,it makes me sign in everytime I open the app,it says my password is wrong..but then it has me logged in the whole time. Stupid app. FIX IT!
This may be the worst app I have ever attempted to use. It just doesn't work at all. You cannot open it sometimes, cannot search for anything, I even had a really hard time trying to log in. I will be uninstalling the app.
Missed out on playoff 12s. If I'm not mistaken I actually hit but because the app logs out all of the time I never got a notification every time I kept trying to sign in there was an issue too. Very disappointed
Only App worse than the Footlocker App. Can't get anything right. Can't sign in, always getting error messages and then when u do win u can't reserve because they only give u an hour and it be saying refresh tokens the whole hour.
This is by far the worst app on my phone!! I don't understand how you app makers don't make a perfect app before launching it, but that's why I don't make them. I couldn't even log in and it seems to happen everytime a Hype shoe launch is afoot, can someone please tell me why that is??
Constantly telling me error after trying to add something to cart, crashes while im using the app, very slow when working, etc.
Horrible app. Once you get logged out and get hit with the refresh token error it won't let you log back in until you uninstall and reinstall the app.
Terrible app, will not let me sign in at all. Keeps giving me an error. App is updated and I even uninstalled and re-downloaded it
This app continously logs me out & when I try to log back in I get an error. It seems all of the Footlocker & their affiliates apps are having issues. Please fix them.
I think it's ridiculous that I have to sign in every single time I use the app. The fact that I can't sign in due to errors is infuriating. Please fix.
Worst app ever.. Everytime i enter a raffle i can never log back in to see if i won. Keep getting a error.. Im removing Champs app and all affiliates.
Trash app. Can't order, can't reserve, can't use head starts, points or well..can't do anything really except look at pictures. And see how many times you loose to resellers and bots. Thanks dorks, Sincerely, No longer a loyal customer
Very disappointed in the app. Never know if I win a raffle. I spend a lot of money on shoes and I NEVER won a raffle. You always get an error code
None of the flex apps will load going on 3 days. What is going on. It never fails app shuts down during release
This and footlocker block me all the time. I downloaded this app so I didn't have to deal with that now even when I go to sign in it blocks me, but yet people use bots to get everything
Doesn't let you confirm reservation horrible app needs to be fixed and customer support is useless if they can't confirm for you
Your app never informed me I was the winner of a draft. I kept trying to enter the app and it wouldn't let me and I lost the reservation. NOW I'm trying to enter another and it keeps saying return token not valid. THEEEE WORST.

Apparently I won the Jordan 13 Court Purples and I wasn't notified. what is going on? was there a glitch, or was the site messed with? I'm very disappointed because my daughter is telling me the same thing happened to her just now. No notification, no email, no text to phone, nothing! Iv been a customer of this branch way before raffles were even a thing. I dont appreciate being treated like this.
What is going on with this app???!!! It constantly gives error messages and crashes!!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app countless times!!! It's not like it's a problem that's foreign to Champs because just about every review states the same problem. This has been an ongoing issue and it really needs to be resolved!!!!
