I am from s17. character name(Sin) Drawbacks of this game are unbalanced matching up in pvp like Holy League and summit showdown lvl 101 vs lvl 130 seriously. And i would appreciate if the wings had downgrade upgrade like in mount i activated holy feathers accidentally before reaching 7 star many players in same situation are complaining about that in the game some even Quit... Aside from that graphics and control is exceptional.. T. Y.
Still have "loading package failed" until now after more and more update version, i think all of you don't fixed the problems. You always answer reply sent to your email to all players when have the same problems 😢😢😢

After spending money on this game I can no longer play. I got disconnected while in state wars and now am unable to log back in. The email you are giving everyone does not work. You do not reply to any messages. I want my money back, now. I will uninstall the game and no longer deal with anything Snail makes.
