CheapTickets – Cheap is Good

The app is good, pretty straight forward. Customer service for any issues with the trip itself is poor at best. We had multiple flight changes, in airport flight issues, confirmation issues, etc. Contacted several times to try to get back to original itinerary and was going to have to pay double the original trip itinerary...not cheap tickets. I could keep on going. I am deleting the app, never using cheap tickets again, definitely do not recommend the company for anyone.

No Account Access outside usa.. In the Bahamas and you can NOT access the website or use their App. Cannot get my travel information - it will not acknowledge my account. This is a deal breaker.

I paid extra for insurance. Dont even waste your money on insurance. I ended up having a medical emergency and the whole day all I was doing was trying to get help for a change flight time or refund. Finally an agent told me I'd be getting refund and to check my email. Two hours later still no email so I contact cheap tickets again and I'm told that it is not true you cant recieve refunds on medical emergenices even with paid insurance. Agents lie and dont help

Don't deal with Cheap tickets. I purchased a flight for my mother on the 8th of 2020 with the cancellation insurance. Within an hour of the purchase to simply correct a detail because of autocorrect, I could not change, correct, nor cancel the flight....even with cancellation insurance. I think a star is too high of a rating but I can't even cancel that now. I know some are to try but BEWARE OF CHEAP TICKETS!

Glitch on the keyboardI can't type in my username or password keypad disappears after first letter typed on. Already test it in another device too.

App is trying to force me to log in with Facebook when my account ID is a separate user name. Shame!

awesome app, just a great experience all in all. Being able to find the perfect flight with awesomely cheap pricing is just what I needed with Flying being so expensive these days. But this app is just what people on a budget need when you have to go from one place to another. Out of all the other apps this one really is the best. I would highly recommend this app. the only thing I would say should be changed is to add paying for your baggage with the bill so you can pay for it all at once.

The app is not friendly user. When I was trying to log in with my credential it always telling a an error message saying Oops! Something went wrong just like there website when I was trying to cancell my flight. I booked a flight going to NYC from Mexico and they sent an email saying that the booking did not go through so I made a second booking and all of a sudden I recieved another email saying that the first one is confirmed. I had to cancell the first one but talking to an agent s impossible

The app, much like the rest of the company is useless. I've used it twice, (shame on me) since the first use was a resounding failure. I got stuck on DFW since they didn't bother to book my connection. The airline honored my printed receipt even though they had no record. The second time I used them I booked 2 tickets, I spent roughly 3 hours on the phone trying to talk to anyone. Eventually they answered and they wanted $900 dollars to change a tic. Delta only charged me $50. Criminals.

I really do enjoy this app. Very easy to plan my entire trips for vacations & hotels when friends come visit. A hotel double booked me, & cheaptickets called me a few hours before my friends arrive to inform me, but booked another hotel at a higher cost, at no additional cost to me. It was greatly appreciated & I loved the service. I will keep using this service due to that.

Cheaptickets has been my go-to web site for travel booking for many years now. I've learned I can always rely on the rates and customer service, and since most of their deals allow free cancellation, I can shop risk free. This app makes it easy to book my travel on the go. Works great!

Overcharged! I was charged a lot more than what they promised. I booked a room at Circus Circus, just to be charged double the amount once I got there. I used CheapTickets because they said all fees included in the price, including resort fees. That wasn't the case and ended up paying almost DOUBLE the amount.

I purchased Cancellation insurance because I travel for work and I never know when the job is going to end. Well I couldn't cancel through the app so had to call and the woman told me the tickets were non refundable. I had to cancel one of my flight through Expedia and it went smoothly and I had a credit. Never going too use cheap tickets again

Beware of the prices, this app offers fares that they wont honor all in hope you accept the higher price for the real fare. It's a bait and switch.

Had to cancel a flight because of COVID, so I had a statement credit because Cheaptickets refused to refund the money. They sent me a notice with a button to cancel the flight on a flight that got canceled anyway. They did that to make it easy for you to cancel your plans so they don't have to give you a refund. Their customer service associates have heavy accents that make them difficult to understand which is frustrating when you're already aggravated trying to get your issue resolved.

I hate this site/app. They legitimately robbed me for over 2k on a trip and they did not help me at all with a possible change of dates on it. Do not book anything with this company because they'll use any excuse to not refund or help you exchange dates. Totally fraud and useless. I had to call three times just to change my flight and lost my hotel booking. Even with a cheaper flight I still lost the difference of $70 for both my passenger and I.

This is the worst app you can find. Don't even think about change your reservation for another date without a penalty fee. The customer service is lacking in a lot of ways but first you have the challenge of getting a human being to help you and I think the automated or virtual robot is smarter than they are and that isnt saying a lot. I will never use this company again or this app. I don't recommend it or Cheap tickets. You can do better with someone else.

Very simple to use, offers loads of good quality options including, the possibilities of free cancellation and paying later. Had to phone customer service once for a refund; the person handling the call was kind, efficient and helped us right away. The refund went through very quickly and smoothly, too. Cheers !

My first time using this app, and it failed to confirm my flight and no support to confirm my flight and no ticket counter people at the airport to help print my boarding pass, and the kiosk wasn't working either, and I wasn't able to board my flight. I spent extra money that I didn't plan on for two Uber's and motel. No credit or refund for this inconvenience.

Won't use again! We purchased insurance so we could cancel or change plans if needed but was told because it was round trip and we already flew one way we could not cancel the second half of our trip. Also they won't refund on car rentals either when returned days earlier. So three extra days of a car rental and 2 cross country plane tickets we paid for and lost out on.

I never, ever had such a horrible experience in traveling as when I booked through Cheap Tickets! They gave me 2 one way tickets, did not answer any questions or respond, I ended up paying way too much, sent me no confirmation #'s, did not help with special needs, and once they got my Visa #, were not any help at all! I had to call directly to TWO DIFFERENT airlines for assistance since they erroneously gave me 2 one way tickets. Steer Clear of #CheapTickets!!!

CheapTickets basically walked me thru the airport. Was fully up to date with any change. Had maps. Car rental, you name it. Gave me the best package I could find. I tend to be pretty loyal to apps that treat me well. If I travel, I'm using CheapTickets!

Terrible app. I have never had a bad experience with cheap tickets until now. Tried booking flights and it would charge my card but not process my trip. I called to fix it and they were so rude and even though they said it was a glitch they yelled at me and solved nothing. I had to argue with them to get the money refunded . They said " i dont understand what the problem is , we gave your money back" I mean serioulsy?! And i didn't want to try to book through the app again .
