Keeps freezing and saying Network Failure. I don't like how every single time you scan a ticket, it asks if you want to say that ticket. That should be an option under settings instead of a default setting.

It used to work until they updated it, it will scan my tickets but comes back and tells me "Network Error" when I am on wifi and tried cellular data. You guys get our money, fix your app so we can check if we won a buck or whatever, or outsource to someone that can.

Complete trash. Can't scan a ticket on it. Says bar code is to long then quits the app. Trash

After the update and I kept getting Network Failure. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it. It's working fine now.

For Two days now I keep getting "unknown Network Failure" when trying to scan my scratch ticket . Use to work great .But the past year I've received more "Network Failure " when scanning scratch tickets than finding out if my ticket it's a winner or loser.

Yup, nine months later and still issues. Flashlight option gone, landscape only for the scanner while home screen is portrait only (forcing one to manually rotate phone back and forth to scan each ticket) and lastly, frequent network connectivity issue and random app clossures. The alternative to this app is using the barcode scanner in the Idaho Lottery App. Which is better in many ways except for the fact that it takes 5x longer to process a single scanned ticket. Please fix one of them.

Super buggy! Won't focus. Unable to scan scratchers EVER, the surface is too shiney! Tried with and without HDR, with and without flash, with and without selective focus on. I have a Galaxy phone so it's not cheap. Takes several scans to capture powerball/mega millions. I wish there was an option to enter ticket numbers when scanning doesn't work.

Update 1/13/20: Still LAME. 1. Is this the CAT style of barcode reader? Totally different when scanning, have to rotate phone to landscape view and hold ticket far away to scan. Does scan the ticket now but not very user friendly. 2. After scanning, from the results screen, when I hit "Back" to scan another ticket it asks if I want to save the results of the current scan, EVERY TIME. Where is the setup screen to change this? Privacy policy link not working.

Ever since I updated the app it now will not work. Has said server error ever since. I've tried uninstalling restarting my phone and reinstalling and still no luck. Why did you change it. It was working fine before. Ugh super annoyed. Update: It started working for a bit, but now back to the same issue. Please just put it back like it was. It worked fine before. Why did you have to mess with it. Fix your bugs.

Doesn't work network error. I get the app is free and so if it doesn't work why have it. With that said ...to the lady who said "I think if you put a negative comment you should have to pay $5" what's her damage? How do expect the app to improve? Isn't that the purpose of rating it🤔

The only time i ever found this app to be buggy is when certain apps are installed and running in the background, it didnt take long to track that down... you know how much money this app has saved me from tossin. last week i was ready to toss out 3 $20 tickets I decided to check it last minute cuz I saw my phone laying there and one of them won me $440, it's not the first nor will it be the last time I'm sure. I do however miss the flashlight being able to be used. but still thanks for the app

I used to use this app all the time like 3 years ago and now when I try to use it every time I scan a ticket even if its a winner or losing ticket it just says Transaction Message Failed...So what's up with that I even tried to rescan them as well as scan different tickets to see if it was just that certain ticket kind of bummed I can't see if there winners or not it's hard for me to tell with the crossword scratch tickets if I got enough words that's why I like to check them. Please fix this!

Takes away your winning tickets. I had 3 winning tickets, verified them number by number with info on lottery website. I wanted to double check them before entering store to cash them. App scanned ticket and then was connecting to server indefinitely. I restarted it and tried another ticket, with same results. Then, inside store, cashier scanned them and told me the system shows these tickets being already cashed. Will never use this pathetic piece of software again.

Convenient, when it works. It's so much easier than taking a bunch of tickets back to the retailer only to have your losses viewed by other human beings instead of by yourself. When it decides to work properly. Lately I'm getting lots more "Network Failure" than "Woohoo! Winner!" Please try to do more scheduled maintenance rather than have the network fail so randomly if possible.

The app is very convenient and easy to use. I do have an issue with the app that I was hoping that someone with the lottery could help me with? Starting last night when I scanned my scratch tickets, I am getting a strange error message Saying "Wrong checksum". This is happening with every one of the scratch tickets that I scan? Is anyone else having this issue? Is there anything I can do about it? Other than that it is a good app. Thank you.

My app has not worked for several weeks. I keep waiting and hoping it will be fixed. When I scan the barcoade the app closes and I get an error message. I have had no problems before this. However, is has now been several weeks of dealing with this issue.

This app has worked perfectly for 3 or more years. For the past 2 weeks it crashes when I scan any ticket. I have cleared Cache, Removed data, Reinstalled and nothing just like Jesse reported on 12/21/19. This app for some is totally useless my rating should be 0 ☆ (stars). Can you suggest another app that works?

I've had this app for a long time and it's worked great. Now it's a black screen and closes everytime. I uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Uninstalling again. If this was an upgrade it was a flop.

Was very easy and convenient to use. I seem to be having the same issue a lot of other are after the update. No long works properly. It loads as usual and then says server failure.

Ever since the last update it stopped working on my Moto z 2. I try to scan a ticket and it's just shuts the whole app down. The appearance of the software when I am in scan tickets function has changed and that is where I am having issues.

This is a horrible update. After each scan it goes to the opening screen. The new scanner is zoomed in so tight you have to hold the phone so far away you can't see the ticket you are scanning.

Worked until the developer broke it!! If something works just leave it alone. All I get when scanning a ticket is " network failure". Please just set it back to the way it was before you updated it

Less than a 1 start rating. This app is trash. Still has the same problems that it did a year ago when I deleted it before. You download it. Scan your ticket and it immediately closes the app. Tried it 4 times and still did the same thing.

Nice when it works, but it rarely does. Constantly getting network failure notification despite being fully connected, uninstall/reinstall, cleared cache, etc, and no joy. Just refuses to work.

Giving the app a 3 cuz it has worked in the past. Now it doesn't, I scan barcode and then get a "server failure" error. Now app is giving "wrong checksum" error when checking scratch tickets. The app works on draw type tickets but not on scratcher tickets. "Wrong checksum" error on scratchers.

App no longer works after the update! Please fix the issue! How do you go from a perfectly good app and then update the app and it no longer works! Anytime you scan a ticket it automatically closes the app.

Thank god for this app! Works like a dream!! When you purchase large amount of scratch tickets like I do you need to have something at home to check those tickets. The Idaho lottery app is unreliable and work's about 10% of the time.app is great to check your tickets and actually store the winners so that when you go into cash them in you have a running total and know how much you will be taking home or parlaying!!!! Hopefully the Idaho lottery can use some of their money to fix their other app!

Installed update yesterday now all i get when i scan a ticket is network error. Wish i never did update now!!

Remove the update! It's crashing after first scan! update 12-15-19 is no good too many bugs in an otherwise excellent application that didn't need any help! Long-time user over 3 years.

Horrible! It hasn't worked for awhile now it keeps saying server failure everytime I try to scan anything! It used to work amazing then I have no idea what happened. But I'm ready to delete this app
