Checkers for Android

Excellent checkers game, especially the "Position Setup" feature, it's very good to practice from books. can you please add another variant of the game such as Russian or Pool Rules. Thank you.

The game's interface is minimalist and fresh. I'm not too interested in CPUs/AIs in checkers, so I won't comment on that. However, I value multilayer mode. One suggestion: Slow down the animations. Because of the high speed of the animations, when introducing checkers to people, I'm stuck having to explain why a piece just seemingly teleported horizontally across the board, disappearing with a handful of pieces. Otherwise, allow players to input every jump till the end of the jump sequence.

Thank you for this excellent Checkers app. I really appreciate the Ads free play. One of the best features is the option to view from the black/white perspectives. Can you please add feature to highlight the last move? As mentioned in other reviews, the AI engine plays too strong. I'll just have to keep on trying to improve using the Random first moves. Thanks!

No fun for me unfortunately, because it's too difficult at any of the intelligent levels - computer way ahead - or too easy at random. Could it be easier in the first levels with more limits to the AI as to avoid the strategy of jumping many pieces in a single move for example etc?

Checkers game is playing faulty purposely and I do not know why because it has been playing hlgh Checkers all along but now it doesn't even doing the jumps and it is boring !! Hugs

the auto play is doing illegal moves on the board, twice the game jumped spaces from across the board when it wasn't actually possible to make the moves... I played the game again and it does move randomly, this.maybbe down to other factors or even the hardware

Far too strong, even at the easiest level. Edit: What random level? The lowest available is Level 1 Edit 2: I'm telling you there is no random level. I know how to change the level and random simply isn't there

I love Mr Art Bik amd his games. He makes simple and awesome games. I already have his other games and I really like playing checkers to kill some time. Best things is it's lightweight and has no ads.

The app is okay coz it is a tough opponent. It's unfortunate that you gave us only the English version. We come from different parts of the world and there is need to enable custom rules.
