I have never played checkers before this app. Good for beginners and experts. You can set the computer to easy or intermediate. You can also play against your friends which is great because you don't have to set up a board and it is easy to pull out your phone and play. I literally learned how to play checkers from this game, highly recommend
Good game play but too many ad's. Don't minimize the screen, or dismiss an alarm on your phone. After sitting through a minute of advertising you get a text and dismiss it but here is another ad. I don't need this app.
I've always been a fan of checkers. However it is a little odd that after the last update, when playing the computer it just randomly gives up and says I win when there are still obviously possible moves left. I don't want win by default. I want to win by skill so that is my only issue with this game.
Never had this happen, before... Started the app, selected single player, put my name, name for the computer, level of difficulty, and pressed start. BOOM! Instantly my phone was high jacked and play store opened, at Least 5 different COMPLETELY UNRELATED APPS, for me to download. The only one I caught the name of was of a Tax app, for filling taxes. Nope! As soon as I got my phone back and was able to get to my home page, I unstalled and am writing this review. All this happening, in 30 seconds
Most challenging checkers app I've tried so far. AI is far smarter than most, so I don't get bored winning too often. Oh, and the ads don't break in and bother you, either. A HUGE plus in a free game! Will be keeping this one around for awhile... 👍
I used to like this game but not anymore, now all the endless and unbearable ads that redirects to the play store to some other game whenever I am about to make a move. Sometimes in the middle of a game, it restarts a new game. So sad, I just had to uninstall.
This is a really good app, everything is amazing the graphics, the game itself and all of the settings. I love how it gives you hints, and if you do not want the hints you just turn them off and yes it is multiplayer.😊🙃😜😆
Terrible game. During my first match, the phone started freaking out, loading about ten different games on Google Play simultaneously. I couldn't exit the ads to get back to the game. Uninstalling.
It's to hard or it's too easy no challenge in it. You turn up the difficulty 1 level and it's way to hard. Then to low it's too easy. If you consider winning 10 times in a row, or losing 10 times in a row a challenge i don't.
The game was really good but they cheated on player when you play the grandmaster mode. They make you think it make a move but it didn't, that's the only reason why I didn't beat the hardest. They shouldn't cheat. If you guy don't believe me, download and try grandmaster mode, you will see that it didn't during mid game. Every game I play I saw it clearly, it didn't make any move. Wasted my time trying to beat an ai cheater.
Downloaded to play two player checkers. Couldn't even play the game, ads kept popping up and kept opening up google play store without me clicking anything. Too many ads. Uninstalled it since it wouldn't let me play, waste of my time.
App works most of the time well. There are times in the midst of a game ,the screen starts to roll. can be very frustrating. Have to restart thewhole game.
it's fun you can raise or lower the difficulty. you can build up your skills so you can beat your friends. learn new techniques and try to do the very best you can and have fun. It's fun to play with friends. If you don't have anyone that wants to play you can play by your self and still have fun. I reccomend downloading the game. And when you do HAVE FUN. Made by a 10 year old.
Used to be enjoyable. Yes it had ads, but not like the annoying ad presentations now. Ad after ad after ad. Whereas, before you saw the ad , closed it and played checkers. Now Very Annoying! I'm uninstaling today.
excellent game... well architected and challenging.... the big problem w this game is that a bug keeps opening the play store and it shoots new screens up None Stop... I uninstalled and put up a new checkers game that seems to work better by AI Factory
Great experience and the levels make you to challenge your brain and be better. You have to think better to win the game as you increase the levels and I enjoy it.
love playing the game but it freezes continually. Nearly every time you need to tap for an additional jump, for example, and more frequently just randomly.
If you tap the ad, it will open the play store tp another game. Sure thats fine, but when you press back or switch back to the app it will create a continuous loop of going back to their play store ad. No thanks. Uninstalled
I have been playing this game of checkers for eight years now. This was a great way for me to rest in college in-between assignments and workstudy. Love this app, the custom naming option is my favorite element to play with because it makes it slightly philosophical as well.
Good but there's a glitch when you play the hardest setting. Seems like the opponent made a move when they didn't and everyone is the same colour. It will jump you with your own piece.
DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP. this app is horrible. In the.middle of play, randomly, the playstore opens to a random app and it then switches back and forth between the checkers app and the playstore. Waste of space.
Intrusive ads EVERY TIME I minimize the game for a quick second and then return to it. Some ads cut off the music playing in the background via my music player app. Uninstalled.
graphocs could be just a bit more detailed, and the buttons are really too small. If they were bigger and i could actually read them, I would give a much better rating
The best checkers game I've ever played, you can play one player or two. The robot difficulty can be changed. Actually is difficult when playing the robot.
Can't even play. The ads pop up about 8 deep. You exit 1 and 3 pop up in its place. If you get back to game screen it starts over.
This game is great for the description of a offline game, but I was playing on my tablet (a apple ipad) and the app store had a game of checkers way more organized and neat. I could just say the red marker is a little bright. The game is fine but when you play with a computer, and put it at the lowest level, I thinks it's not easy enough. If a 5 year old tried to play at the easiest, they wouldn't win. I am just comparing it from the a App store (apple) and the play store (samsaung).
