I like this app, it's easy to use, I like the customization options etc, my biggest issue is when redeeming giftcard balances, the app doesn't allow for more than one form of payment, so if I have $3 left on a giftcard balance and my order is $6, I can't pay the remaining balance with another form of payment as I could paying at a drive thru or in store register, you are forced to reload to your giftcard, or use the giftcard balance in-store/drive thru only. I feel like we have this technology.

This app is so easy to use. Make sure that you pick the EXACT item for your rewards. For example, I can not cash in on a drink because I have a specialized tea mix that isn't on the rewards menu. Remember to have the cashier scan each time you are in line. You earn points easily. There are NO gimics or text/email nonsense that other eating establishments have. Chick Fil A makes it easy to earn points and use points.

I've had the app for years and it worked fine but for the past 2 weeks, it will log me out and then give me the error message that they can't help me whenever I try to log back in. Very frustrating. Edit: After reading other reviews, it's caused by connecting via a VPN. It is less frustrating but a little inconvenient that we have to turn VPN off to order.

Constantly buggy, when you try and redeem certain items on your order, it redeems every single item in your order it can, making it ineligible for delivery, and wasting points you're trying to save. The app started going downhill after the pandemic began, app still needs a major improvement. Every time I scan my app now, it says I'm paying with balance when the balance is empty, and causes major confusion in drive thru and at the counter.

I really enjoy this app. It makes my job easier when I have to order catering for groups, and it's awesome for my family when we travel. My only complain is that I can't view my transaction history. I updated the app in the PlayStore thinking that would solve my problem, but I still can't view my transaction history. It just keeps telling me "oops! Try again!"

Until recently the app worked great. I could place my order, then pick it up. Since I could place my order exactly as I wanted, it was almost always correct. Now, I can not login. I get a message of, "we're having trouble serving you, please try again later." I uninstalled the app, then re-installed it. Same thing. So last week I went into the restaurant & ordered at the counter. It was botched so badly I had to make a 2nd trip to have it corrected. What's happened to Chick-fil-A?

This app works great for ordering ahead and saving my favorite foods. They give away free food and reward points add up quickly. I don't like how you can't change what you want to redeem your points on. If you choose the wrong item you can't get your points back. This would be a huge feature I would appreciate! This is the second time I have accidentally redeemed my points for the wrong item so instead I will loose them.

The app is great for ordering. But for some reason I do not get notifications on my device whenever my local store manager has given me a free gift reward. Unless I check in the app I will not know when I have a free reward. I have notifications turned on for the app in device settings and all three boxes (order update, miscellaneous and reward updates) checked indicating they are turned on. I have uninstalled and re-installed the app but still notifications don't work. Frustrating!

So frustrated with the app! I keep getting this error. I know my password and email are correct because I can access via the website! Doesn't give me any number to reach out for support! I only have one account and no one uses my phone!! I have uninstalled rebooted my phone then reinstalled without resolve! The app is up to date as well! 😡😡

This app was a wonderful asset until the last update when I received an odd error message claiming that my password was wrong, or that multiple users attempted to sign in. Neither of those options were correct. I even attempted to contact the developer email listed in the app details and have heard nothing since. After reading more reviews I began troubleshooting again just in case and all methods were unsuccessful. Please fix the error/provide another update for the app. Thank you.

Still has some glitches to work out. Overall they have incorporated good features but they don't always function like one would expect. But the overall biggest complaint I have is that if the app cannot clearly see Wi-Fi or is blocked to the phone network it freezes up or quits. This is quite an issue when you're sitting in the Drive-Thru trying to pay.

This went from being the food app with the best interface and amazing consistency to being a subpar, glitchy mess after the update. It forces you to log in to order, and if you have an existing account, you'll be lucky if it doesn't try to lock you out by falsely saying "You're using too many accounts on the same device" or by not recognizing your device even after you verify through your email. Still not as bad as the BK app though.

Having a similar experience to many other users right now. It randomly logged me out and won't let me log back in, saying I used the wrong email or I have too many accounts, error code 401. I only have 1 account and only ever had 1 account, so idk what the issue is. Very frustrating. Especially because their drive thru is super slow so I order ahead and pick up inside.

I used to love this app and ran a few hundred dollars through it. Recently it has logged my account out and won't allow it to log back in. After trying password resets, the issue persists, leading me to believe it's an issue on their end locking me out. Otherwise it was a much more streamlined way to pay than fumbling with cards/cash and has plenty of rewards opportunities.

When the app works, it is incredibly convenient. However the last update has completely taken out my access and when I contacted the support group, they only recommended resetting the password to gain access, which I had already done.

App is great... When it works. However it randomly logs me out and then will not let me log back in no matter what I try. Uninstalling and reinstalling, clearing cache and storage, making sure I'm on the latest version, rebooting device; for weeks now I haven't been able to use my app.

I was logged out. And can't get back into app. I changed my password, and verified it. This partially fixed the problem, because now I can log into the website, buy the app refuses to allow me to log in. This is frustrating, and my balance is lower than it was after my last purchase. This needs another update to correct the remainder of us who still aren't able to log into the app.

Your app socks. I went to order using reward points and pick up curbside but couldn't get it to work. So I ordered at the drive up and paid with my credit card. When I got home I checked my points and it was way lower than when I was "trying" to use the app. Then today I checked my rewards and they were even lower again after having received more points in the last few weeks.

App is good, user friendly, intuitive, but there is apparently no way to change what vehicle you are showing up in so I have to sit there like a doofus in a completely different car. Confusing for them and frustrating for me.

I liked it until it went down and doesn't show any signs of coming back. The app won't let me log in through Google or resetting my password. I've tried to change my password and reinstall the app with an error 401. It was the best app until today (3/31/22); hopefully it will be fixed soon. I guess no Chick Fila until they fix it. It has been fixed. Once again it is the best food app. All of fast food apps should follow the Chick Fila model.

Not particularly a helpful app during lunch time. It's almost impossible to get into the Chick-fil-A at lunch time. The app did not keep up with the fact that the lunch has been delivered and I have left the restaurant. All the way back at the office and they still haven't completed the order so I can't use the app until it has cleared. Checked my order and there is no sauce on or for the sandwich. Lettuce has also started rotting and is inedible.

Non functional with the recent update. The app was fine until the recent app changes. Like others mention, if you are running a VPN, the app doesn't work. That's just wrong. A VPN is for security. This needs to be fixed ASAP.

I loved the convenience of this app. I haven't been able to log in for weeks. I read somewhere in the reviews that it's because there is a VPN on my device. I'd happily turn it off, but my entire mobile service is through a VPN. It renders this app completely useless as I can't use it once I leave the house. I've noticed that a lot of people are having the same issue and it doesn't seem to be being addressed at all.

Used to work. Not working after update. Keep getting 'something went wrong... Unable to login... Think I found the answer in my case. I use NordVPN and the app does NOT like to work. With vpn enabled. I had to add the Chick-fil-A app to split tunneling to get it to work... Frustrating...
