Chrome Beta

Then trying to fill in a form, such as when trying to make a card payment for a purchase, often when clicking on the field the webpage zooms and magnifies everything so much so that I can no longer see what I am entering. When I zoom back out the fields become unresponsive and I am no longer able to complete my transaction and have to cancel and use a different browser. This issue is fairly common and has happened on a variety of websites. It doesn't seem to be an issue on the regular Chrome app

As with most things Google's web browser is user friendly, quick, and accessable. However, I am not appreciative of how my information is tracked all the time and do not like having to hunt down every area in settings to turn this off. Quite frankly what I do and when should not be part of a web browser's business. Plus ads everywhere is just far to much. That's why I stopped watching television, too many ads so you really can not enjoy a show anymore. The web is becoming the same.

Has been great for the many years I've used it, until the last few days in which it would constantly crash usually instantly or within minutes at most, as noted in many other reviews. I now seem to have it working again after uninstalling and reinstalling, but I did have a couple dozen tabs that are now all lost and should not have to clean install whenever there is an update.

Very fast and easy to use. There was a tool I was told would be on the toolbar that looked like a beaker supposing to have an experimental option that I was looking forward to trying but I never could find it. There was a new one on rhe toolbar but it was just a different look for "new tab". This will be the first update 3/1/22 so hopefully nothing goes bad. I also wonder if I should choose this app or the streaming app when streaming shows.

Please, add the option of moving the SEARCH box down the browser page (not top); a permanent READER'S mode button (not VIEW SIMPLIFIED PAGE pop-up, which disappears) somewhere for ability to read simplified web pages; also a master password/fingerprint option before inserting the saved passwords in sites, and a convenient fast-access button for the recently-closed pages. Thanks!

The suggested sites icons on the New Tab Page have not been able to be removed unless you remove one, then open a New Tab and then continue to remove one at a time, continually until they are all removed. The app also freezes after removing each icon as well. Please fix this issue. One star because this issue is very time consuming to fix.

The app has it's own personalized way of letting you know how and when it will be a needing from you, Typically when it needs to charged and when it has no reception from the near by towers in which case you can expect complications and difficulties, regards to the app,

Chrome was once so great browser but now sluggish, everloading & fake ads, scam support numbers & ads & ads. No adblocker (every major & minor browser has it like edge, brave, Opera, kiwi, bromite, Vivaldi). Forcefully opening links from 1 tab to another in tab groups without any option to disable it (see Vivaldi). Useless new share option where most used apps are never seen (see brave browser lets u disable it). Very heavy in terms of RAM & storage consumption. See alternatives they are better.

I've been using this only for ??? now. The beta version has it's corks as do all testing softwares, but updating it or chrome has never been an issue until few months back, now without the updates it can't provide secure & safe browsing as normal & I don't want to lower my security features knowing the potential opportunities it opens up for hackers, scamers... Ect. Please get fixed!!!!

Not optimised at all. 💩 Chrome seems to be in a hellbent race with updates (using 102) that it has forgotten devices with 1 & 2 GB RAM. Always lagging, unresponsive & now webpages dont load especially one with images. 1 hour usage takes 50 percent battery. Forceful tab groups usage is another. I dont know how to use it. Provide us options. We aren't tech geeks. No dark mode for webpages so night reading list is cancelled. Cant save all tabs if device has any issues and one isn't using desktop.

I see that I've given a three star, and that is incorrect. I think this app is the best app on the phone. Not only is the speeds perfect and great but the updates are just top notch. This is a great app I do highly recommend it it's a lot better than the version that most people have. This version is the one prior to it coming out so this is the one right before the one that is the normal one that everybody gets,

Until Chrome allows people to disable tab groups it's a one star review for me all the way. The recent update which seemingly forces you to see all the random groupings that Chrome has arbitrarily clustered your open pages into almost every time you open it just makes it even more obnoxious. It's a terrible, terrible thing.

Will make a good stable, hopefully soon. Eats up my battery fast! Older phone 2019 moto g7. Had issues updating the previous version but this one runs great. New grouped tabs help make browsing more efficient by keeping a couple important pages always accessable in the first tab group, in my experience so far.

Good search search engine, great SPY engine 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's a terrible trade-off that one is subjected to the extremely invasive stalking/profiling done by Google in order to access the information on the internet. You might have naively believed that information access is a human right, but heck no. There's a price to pay, and it's LITERALLY that Google tracks your every move and uses AI (and spying software) to predict what you'll do and listen to you constantly.

This is my go-to default mobile browser after the Chrome browser failed to be updated on my OnePlus One phone. The user experience and Google account functionality is still well preserved from the Chrome browser. Would say it's my best workaround for a Google app on my mobile device.

I've tried all of the rest and Chrome Beta is the quickest Android browser. Puffin may be faster in benchmarks, but in everyday use; Chrome Beta is faster. I've been using Beta for awhile and have not had any crashes or performance issues. I highly recommend this browser for Android.

Can Google stop putting out new versions of this app every two days? No.... And what happens? They put in things that nobody wants but can't change or turn off.... specifically putting dark mode near my fn back button so every fn time I try to go back I go dark, literally!! Also, grid tab view is garbage compared to tiled, also the little circle pages on the bottom to indicate tabs is eating screen space.... So, You like a feature? Too bad.. It'll be gone soon...

Well it's been really hard for to fix all the mess I make but I think someone is helping me out with my phone and it is making me feel better well, I am not very good about using this and that on the phone. But all in all I at some point with the help of google may learn how to get by. Thanks again.

So first... I'm absolutely LOVING the new grouping of pages. In my opinion It is by far the best feature in Google Chrome history! The PC grouping feature is a complete game changer and flawless! However... On my Galaxy S21 Ultra yes it is AWESOME in almost every way, but the one thing that mobile version is missing is group names... The pages are so small you have to open each and every group to find the group you are looking for. PLEASE ADD GROUP NAMING!!!! PLEASE LIKE THIS IF YOU AGREE!!

I have always liked ChromeSync, but I do honestly wonder if my Feedbacks fall upon deaf ears! My questions about Why the option to "Choose Secure DNS" is "whited-out" or "greyed-out" and thus, rendered inaccessible-to-me, I have yet to figure out! It seems to be par for the course, trapped in the Ethernet of Someone's PCs or Servers, the wiretapping, rogue LTEs, "Information Locker" network of cyberbullies who play Cybertyrantz Cyberthugz. It ReallyGets Old! "Does Not Compute! Does Not Compute!"

Moving the bookmark star out of the top of the menu is yet another, idiotic, unnecessary change that has wrecked the usability of Chrome Beta, which will soon trickle down to Chrome. Users are going to be irate!

Keeps crashing. Not sure what's happened in the last week but appia slow, buggy, & keeps crashing.

Google needs to quit moving stuff around. I'm 59 and have been good with tech since beginning & is frustrating to have to dig around though everything to find something I've used before. Found it then security measures wouldn't allow New card entered and verified (something with the cvv number) was entered it correctly, still kicked me out. I'm sure they think that it is more secure, it's so secure that I can't pay the bills I wanted to pay. To top off bank computer was down. FM

I hope developers can add feature which will allow URL/search bar to be moved from top of screen to bottom . Since keypad is at bottom for typing it makes it much more search rather than reaching to the top of device Everytime you want to change websites . Please look into this .

I'm really getting anoid one minute it will cast next minute they're asking for more money for another app to open casting after I already had everything set up. So I did I got Pro. Next day again not casting now they want me to pay for ultimate. Not happening and while I'm trying to get my casting to function with absolutely no help from Google as I feel like it knows what I'm doing but is blocking me. I feel this because as I'm trying to start casting I realise my settings have been changed I

Its the best browser by far, and I've used it for a while now. it only gets 3 stars because of the tabs layout. I have no clue who came up with this idea but it's terrible, tabs keep opening for no reason, there are tabs within tabs (??) this whole ordeal is confusing and redundant. sometimes less is more.

For some reason, regular Chrome pre-installed on my phone wasn't working too well, and this version doesn't have those issues

In Desktop version Chrome Have Chrome Print service but in Android doesn't. Please add Chrome Print service in Android also . Without Print Service many web pages preview crashed in Android system print Service.

For me the best browser overall, tried many in between. Chrome Beta still beats them all. Early adoption/availability of release new features, extra options via flags. Thumbs up
