It still just like old times, but you need to give some of love to your game. It's the same great strategy game, you keep it alive and that is good. Nevertheless, visually, it is ANNOYING, I don't remember my screen so filled of things that I can't even personalize; in addition, there are many bugs, above all in the interfaces (mail indicators frozen, entire game freezing sometimes...) You better review the entire game, it would be great to improve its design, to make it more comfortable.

This game was my favourite .. it takes a year of your lifetime to get your stats ready to fight and compete with other powerful castles .. i stoped playing it for one year for some personal reasons and when i got back everything changed lot of research were added and new civilization and heroes and more requirements, all my stats and my troops combinations that i worked on for 3 years to mastered became almost useless .. it became a game for big spenders .. too bad how they ruined it

Dashing game i am playing from 2015 and enjoy a lot but from few months i face some problems, game shows a pop-up that your connection not stable even i checked my internet, it's working perfect but game shows problem, every week i uninstall and install again then work good and after week same problem shows again and again. please fix it

I have played this game from the beginning, the game has became too time consuming to play for me, requires several hours each day that I can not give. It use to be simple to play, but I've come to realize I will never max the game out without paying 1,000's of dollars, each time I have came close, they add new things that others just buy and I become a small fish again, frustration on that alone has made me stop playing.

I started playing this game when it first came out, I have noticed a lot of changes the newest one is (no one talks!) And recruitment onto team's (real difficult!) Like I said a lot changes some good some not so good for the most part it's a good game good for killing time with when your bored. 😂 But now it's just obnoxious and boring and of course I refuse to spend money on this game.

Very complicated game that needs money to be able to get ahead very time consuming also lots of bugs this game isn't getting better its always the player's issue never is it at there end more interested installing new stuff to make more cash than fixing bugs and issues that appear that weren't there before message for help only to say that's its the player at fault very frustrating not much has changed except more new stuff for spenders and its not getting better just greedy developers

UPDATE: i finally got this game to work....only to find that it is impossible to play if you aren't spending money. Lots and lots of money!!! Got to level 4, no useful rewards, ran out of resources, not enough given ingame. I refuse to spend money on any game and if it doesn't allow for people like me to enjoy the game i say bye bye!!

It only gets 3 stars as I've been playing for 6 years and it used to be a great game in the beginning. Now you MUST spend money if you want to grow and keep up with everyone, if you don't then the big spenders always complain about the non spenders and how they don't play much and then it's no fun anymore. You should really try to make this game a more level playing field instead of giving the big spenders a huge advantage.

Love the game but installation process is a pain. The game forces you to play up to level 6 OR it gets stuck when attempting to klick anything but the fu**in tutorial. Sickening.

The game was superb until November 2021. After we receive the update in the game in December it became worst ever in last 5 years. Everytime I open the game it working for maximum time of 10 minutes. After that game is getting crashes and only spinning. This issue was facing not only by me. Same issue was happened to all my alliance members. Because of this crashes we loosing our strength. Please fix this issue as soon as possible in order to have the smooth experience. Thank you

Horrible customer service. If you have an error on game they will do nothing to help you. They want to provide screenshots of their game and do all research in case you merge kingdoms and all your alliance building are reset completely. Spend all this money on game and you get no support whatsoever

Hello, please change the shape of the castles of each civilization. I have been playing this game for five years, but the shape of the buildings has not changed yet.

The game is good though but my problem is that I get 100 gold from certain quests like strongest kingdom and alliance salary the system says I have collected them but when I check my inventory it's not there. I'd love if its fixed .

I spent a lot of time and money playing this game. I finally stopped and feel so much better. The game caused more anxiety than joy. I hope others that fine the game to be a negative influence take a break .

Great game but my game don't work anymore the events to kill monsters for gold don't work anymore they don't show up and I cannot press contact us it don't do anything the game is glitching also chat don't refresh sometimes

Can you guys please stop pushing for so many new things in the game that require so much money to keep up. So many quit this game because of this. It really just makes people not want to play anymore

Plz fix my problem ... New update has some mistake for play .... When I play game my 3 control buttons (back , minimize, pager) appers and not hide , these button appers on map, bag, mail .... Its happens now ... Before it was so cool.....

Challenging game. Has it's share of bugs that are not addressed by the people with any power to do anything about the issue. Just other players trying to calm over the upset, disappointed player.....

All troops wiped by a max level cash player in a week. And all resources wiped just to heal. No balance for newcomers. Just uninstall. Don't waste your time.

I spent 4 times for attribute bonos equivalent to 160 equipment evolution stone to upgrade from 6 to 7 but all was canceled? Why is the game so nonsensical and does not give any chance to players and only in securing the interests of your nonsense company! ????? To enjoy this game, to be strong, to be lucky and to win, you just have to spend money! Money game!

Takes up too much memory on phone!cant play as doesnt remove old files. Game boring..much more so now face book lacks connectivity to the game.. none of my friends now play as they only have computers not mobile.. text is small have to use magnifier to read

This game is terrible for 16 gb phones/tablets, as used all storage memory up, need lots of memory storage for this game. Also glitches and crashes constantly. Rubbish. No good on small 16gb devices.

I am fedup trying to switch the game from normal server to Classic server, but whenver i start a new game in classic server button it always came back to normal server, i have talked in-game chat support but they don't have any idea about whats happening.
