Worst customer support I've run into. They've even destroyed tge upgrade feature. Also, 'skipping' the annoying tutorial (forced to endure after every upgrade) does not skip the tutorial. Obviously no quality checking. Most of the 5 star re iews were to get bonus rewards.
Play since 2015 Cool game, right now there are many stupid new heroes, I didn't like new building style but they add option to choose old style, thats cool. But, still, it's a cool game for mobile when you want to waste your time in ride or any other free time.
Game is fun but there are some serious balancing issues. Please explain why I'm level 45 with all my heroes just over lvl 100. Yet every pvp mode I try to compete in im getting matched against max level character with lvl 200 heroes and gold equipment? How is that even supposed to make sense? And if they are inactive players then take them out of the player pool.
Well first I wanna start off and say this game feels broken like the rewards I get I get about 1,000 spiritual shards and it don't have any directions on how to use how to get rid of them in the inventory except get those puzzle things for it but even that shows a notification for that stuff and it's like I'm not gonna grab them without knowing how to work them properly so if you can help thank you I'll rate it 2 stars because idk how to do it and it feels broken with no subscription
Game lags like crazy, and crashes every two minutes. Live support is useless, and never resolves any issues.
so many bugs, when i play collesium its freeze on the loading screen and disconnect, i cant reconnect but my point already lost, cant you explain this?
I have been playing this games for the past years, and trust me, it was thrilled..unfortunately that thrilled is lost coz I forget to log in to my acc, and yeah, the game is lost🤣🤣🤣. But, now i have playing and guess what?? I was super hyped with it. This game is goooooddddd🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
It's a lot of fun for about 3 weeks. Then the "Pay To Play" kicks in and it becomes impossible to move forward in any way without getting out your wallet.
Customer support is great. Not P2W even with all the microtransactions (currently 9th in my continent and haven't spend any).
Keeps crashing, freezing. Have to be started 2 - 3 times to work.
Great until you have a problem. My game keeps shutting down mid play. IGG keep sending me the same reply 'please wait 1 day and we will contact you back.' yeah what ever i have contacted you many times and its niw been a month and still not resolved. Customer service is very poor.

I will rate 5 star ; but the problem is that I have nothing to go against it but I highly recommend the serves to please improve the graphics like the troops movement n so on. I recommend other players like if u r searching a game which is like coc than this is the game

Awesome but, special effect is too much not able to see fighting clearly, also need to use real money for lvl up faster, really wish IGG should make it fair for those player who dont buy gems.
such a wonderful game indeed, full of events and activities and many different battle modes, and is easy ti build up a good village. but to be fair, the game does also favour those who who pay over those who play for free 😅 with so many advantages. anyway, I have an issue please, after the last update, I can't increase or decrease the volume through thr phone volume buttons while in-game , phone : HTC U Ultra I hope you guys can see this and help me with this issue.
Top 50 player on the Android server, been playing since the early days of the game's creation. All I'll say is it's a truly fantastic and enjoyable game BUT you have to be realistic with your expectations. Recognize that progress is VERY slow if you do not spend money, and you will never compete with top players. That said, I have more fun on my weak f2p account. There are many bugs, terrible game modes and rewards that haven't been updated in years, power creep with new heroes, but a fun game
I been playing this game for years. It's feels very dated, the animation is mediocre, gameplay is robotic, upgrades take for ever unless you buy a lot of gems. There's a lot to do but it's all a mess of what objectives are to be done. It's entertainment, yes but it needs a major change.
The game crashes randomly after the recent update/maintenance. This also happened in the update where shooting star was added. The game just closes automatically whenever I do lords league and guild clash. I tried reinstalling the game and clearing my cache. I also tested my internet down speed and latency and fortunately there were no issues. I can play other multiplayer games just fine. There are quite a lot of players experiencing this problem and I hope you address this soon. Thank you.
Joined back this game and was hoping i can play with my friend. In the end, we downloaded the same game yet we are in 2 completely different servers. The top 3 players in the leaderboard is different when i asked my friend. I also googled the problem and it said that i must copy my IGG ID and send it to him. It would have been fine if the copy button is there. In the end we both gave up. This game has alot of potential but it is ruined by such a simple yet fixable problem.
What part of 'skip tutorial' do you not understand? You programmed it? Also, what's up with watching an ad and not getting the offered reward? Maybe a few emails to the ad service from the people that you are ripping off will fix that. Way to ruin a good game. Seriously people, look elsewhere. This one is now worthless.
This game has gone down hill for sure. Not the same clash of lords I remember, it got worse with the addition of ads
After about 18 months of erratic logins due to my dissatisfaction with the overall state of this game I'm back to my old daily playing self. My interest was rekindled by the great strides taken in available free to play rewards over the past few months. The PvP matchup systems have also shown great improvements. It's annoying that enlightenment is still locked behind a 10 Ancient Spirits wall for Piscies heros but the reward improvements have alleviated some of this tedium.
Ive been playing this game off and on since 2013. This game is one of my favorites. I have rated this game before years ago but I had to come back today to give them great respect for taking care of an issue I was having with one of the heroes I was upgrading/evolving. Eventhough I was upset about the matter, they were patient and understanding. Customer service responded, solved the problem and I was compensated! Thank you Support Team!
First of all, I want to point out the good stuffs. I literally like the layout, designs, heros, and the new base model. However, a user cannot access his/her account if one play this game in another device. So, the developers need to create this options such as log in by Facebook, IGG account or Gmail. Now, if our old account is connected to any of this three options, we can log in through them and start playing where we left. Therfore, this option is crucial for players.
