been trying to use this for a month. i cant even call to get a balance. direct deposit takes longer too. this is by far the worst banking app.
Good bank account access. Ability to deposit checks ($2000 per day max) via camera is good, though still some trouble getting a clear picture.
I've always liked it, but they've just included a memo line on the transfer section which I'd hoped for for a long time, and now I absolutely love it!

So convenient! I look back on my review of 5 stars from June, 2014 and here I am still happy after all these years! I don't know what I would do without my ability to bank from wherever I may be! I have been a client of CSB since the early 90s. They have always been on my side as a consumer, and to have this app at my disposal is the most convenient thing I can ask for!

Photo deposit takes multiple times to"find" the corners of the check! Very frustrating!
App is generally good. I use it mainly for check deposits for a business account. Just installed on a new phone which is a replacement for a destroyed phone. Installation and first deposit was very time consuming.
Honestly the deposit feature really just does not work very well and I've had more than a few occasions where checks have been kicked back and it's really created problems for me other than that the app is okay.
Solidly dependable, just as you'd expect from CSB.
Saves trouble of driving
The app is less then desired, does the job I guess You can pay a bill and it will not show for a few days, nor will the money show taken out of your account. So be careful. Also, you can't view payees, meaning if you have 4 town of worcesters in there you can't review the remit too to make sure you're paying the right department. Thats a pretty poor design feature.
