Commissary Rewards Card

PLEASE UPDATE APP! It says it's been 2018 since a update with supposed bug fixes. The bugs are back! The app has an issue not coming out of loading. It just continues to spin. When I have gotten it to work, long ago in past, it was very slow to load. I also have an issue with it working in the actual store, but that may be because of poor connectivity on the stores end. I use their wifi and the app still won't load.

Can't login. Even when I could login, I couldn't view all clipped coupons. The app and website haven't been showing all clipped coupons ever since changing to the new website. Not sure how long it's been, 2 months maybe. I've spoke with representatives a few times, and nothing has been fixed. I would like to use my coupons, but since I don't know what over half of them are, I can't. This issue has become irritating. At least, go back to the old site until the issue is fixed. Geez

App does not work. I keep getting a message that this app was created for older versions of Android. I also can't log on, it won't take my rewards card # and password. I can log on to the website just fine though, so its not the info being entered, its the app. If you click forgot username or password it just spins. Looks like this app hasn't worked in at least 6 months based on the reviews I see here.

Please remove this app. Updates and changes have made this completely useless. You need different card number/account for each device. Unless you bring a pc or laptop to the commissary don't register it on those devices, only your mobile device. Can't scroll to the "Accept" button for terms and conditions, so how can you register on phones??? Please bring back serious quality control before collecting personal information. Otherwise this is just another data mining app that gives nothing back.

I don't have the same issue as most other users with it not loading or working, my issue is with the coupons not being redeemed. Every time I shop, I almost always have coupons "clipped" that don't come off, even though I bought exactly what the coupon says. Today, I had $5.00 worth of coupons that didn't come off my total. I also agree that the coupon selection is not great. It's almost not worth having this app.

I just downloaded the app and it won't allow me to login. I know my rewards card number and password are correct because I can get into my account from the website. However it keeps saying my information is incorrect when trying to login the app. Having the app would have been more convenient, oh well. So disappointing!

Doesn't open most of the time and that's including being connected to data or wifi. Also the only available coupons aren't for things that really matter to me. What grocery store chain doesn't offer coupons on things like fresh/frozen produce or meat? Lastly the only coupons that I am able to use are for pocket change at best.

This coupon system is the worst thing I've ever seen. Create an account, can't long in the next day. App doesn't recognize the card number. Try to reset the password and it gives me a military ID invalid error.

7/20/2019: I have to force stop and delete all data every single freaking time i try to use this app. If i don't, it sits on a window saying it's loading coupons. The app doesn't start on its own otherwise, just sits there and does nothing. Still does the same thing to this day, problem isn't resolved. Sprint Samsung Galaxy Note 9

This used to be a good app and saved me a lot of money. Now you can't login with the app, only through the website. At the register it won't even recognize the rewards card for coupon usage. I obtained a new rewards # and that does not eitherl. The app needs to be completely redone as it is not compatible with newer phones. All the negative comments posted here are true and makes using this benefit very frustrating. No 1 800 contact info can be found to report this. Please fix ASAP🤯

The worst! I assume they paid someone a 1 time fee to create this and didn't pay them to support the app afterwards. Won't save my card #. The app always errors out after EVERY use. We get boned as overseas users since couponing is much harder here, so I've now given up completely on using this terrible app. Please pay someone to bug fix it asap. Can't wait till we are back in USA so we don't have to shop at DECA anymore.

Not worth it. It is a hassel to remember an 11 digit number/physical card on hand and it crashed when trying to send a notification email to what we *think* is the correct one. It could be much better if someone took the time for the update...

The comments are accurate. The app is worthless and a waste of space on my phone. Uninstalled and reinstalled it, and it still wouldn't open. Used the same login information online and it works fine online, but the app keeps giving a login failure. Just uninstall and forget about it. This app is a waste.

Completely useless. Does nothing. i contacted support and was told it would be fixed in February. Now it is late March. Support and development teams are obviously not competent enough to fix this. That's what you get when you always go for the lowest-cost contractor.

If I could rate it in the negative I would. This app has the potential to be great but it is horrible. Can't log on, crashes, few relevant coupons, extremely slow. Please improve ASAP. Even this part of the app. is corrupted 🤬

App just sounds when I click "Forgot rewards number" which is the only way to sign-in and information that pretty much nobody knows. Basically this app is unusable. It wouldn't be so annoying if the commissary didn't always ask me to scan my rewards during check out.

Everybody is right that is giving this app a negative review, the app is no good. But, you can log-in by hitting the back arrow when getting the spinning circle. You'll now be able to enter your password. At the register I don't provide them with my app, I just give them my phone #. Win win. YES PLEASE UPDATE THIS APP, IT'S ABOUT TIME!

It worked well for about a day. We had to get a new card and it wouldn't let me log in. I went back to the log in page like people in the comments say but I still can't get logged on. It just keeps loading and loading. Would be nice if it worked. Can do it from the computer though.

This is the worst app that I have ever had the chance to use. It does not have a register log-in capability. It assumes that you already have one.....pretty dumb. It requires a username to be the 11 digits on you ID card and then rejects them when you enter. The worst ever.....

You can't even log in... the credentials you set up on the computer do not work on the app. Doesn't matter how many times I log in on the broswer, the app never works. Nothing has been done to fix it either.

App never loads, even after unistallling and reinstalling. When I can actually get on the webpage through my computer, it thinks I am in a different state and does not give me the option to change it.

i have to uninstall and reinstall everytime i want to use the app. however, i do save a lot from the coupons, just frustrating that I've had to do the reinstalling every time for a year.

This app needs to be updated. Too many issues; must login each time, cannot see what coupons was redeemed & error messages while in the commissary. It just spins & you have to exit or hit the back button

They have the same things every month. Where are the coupons for grocery items? It is aways diapers, laundry detergent, toothpaste, deodorant, pet food. Most times, even if you clip them, they don't even come off at the register. The commissary says that they can not over ride that. Lastly, if you are getting that spinning wheel when trying to log on, you must hit the back button so that you can log on.

This is the worst app ever! The cashiers at the commissary are supposed to push the rewards card but I don't understand why most of the time it's offline in stores and this app doesn't load to look for coupons. I will be uninstalling this app.
