Horrible!! Dont do it or you will be stuck. They are hard to get a hold off. App has many issues that will make you crazy, they aren't easy to contact. They can charged me twice, charging me monthly and also per year! Careful cause they throw the ball at Google. Wont pay back.

Horrible. Every time I login it asks me to pay again and then logs me out. Unable to use app whatsoever. The issue has not been resolved as the creator has replied. It has been over a month and again I have the same issue. This app is a disgusting waste of money

I've sent message to the developers. I've contacted my cellphone company and Google play folks to find out why I'm being charged $8.99 then $12.99 every month for one account. I've been double charged for the last 9 months to a year. This has to stop.

I would love this app if the messaging actually worked. Unfortunately, it takes years for a message to arrive and it doesn't notify you. It's impossible to have a continuous conversation with the other parent or know when they are writing to you. Other then that it has been very good.

Update: My parenting plan that was originally upload into my profile somehow disappeared. I've emailed and sent a ticket to the support team and have yet to get a response. Being a paid service I expect at least some decent customer service but have yet to receive that. This app was working but since the update it's made functionality more difficult. I already have to deal with difficulty with a parent now an app.

Same article on cover for 2 yrs. Hasn't been anything helpful to me or my child. Evidence file at best. No heart and No Help.

Disgusting waste of money and time. Does nothing positive for parents or children. Trying to unsubscribe and cancel my account isn't working. Please see this review and contact me to reimburse me for 2 years of wasted fees.

Notifications don't work, and are misleading. Chats don't come through until I either send a new message, or restart the app. Chats may send immediately, but I can't tell, about half the time I need to restart the app to see. The calendar is not intuitive, and functions very poorly for anything outside the regular schedule. On the plus side, the mediators are very professional.

Great app! Needs more details tuned up. When writing in the journal, the cursor constantly drops to the bottom of the page and I can't click next to words to change what I wrote. I have to drag the cursor all the way there. Also, creating a "Parenting Schedule" tab on the calendar activates a chat with a mediator. Im not sure why it does that, but I cant create a parenting plan schedule from the tab. I just get a message from a mediator about a day later. I also would like to edit Check-Ins!!

I LOVE THIS APP. Everything is available for parents to keep THE CHILDREN'S NEEDS paramount. 4 Stars because: 1. In some situations, there isn't a way to edit a mistake without starting over. 2. The app could be more user-friendly and isn't always straightforward to navigate. However, the features offered are nearly flawless, so you'll be willing to persevere through your frustration in order to utilize tools and access information that will be beneficial for your entire family.

I think this may be a good app for messaging. The schedule only has a button for vacation and appointment. I can't see a full calendar, just a list of appts. Appts should overlay a general custody calendar. Also I need an option for recurring appts. Soccer ever saturday for 8 weeks, but sometimes a holiday is there or a make up rain date, so recurrance needs some flex. So far, i like lay out, but i don't want to spend time entering appts when custody trading is also an issue.

An overly expensive app that provides false promises of functionality but is actually surprisingly limited. Ex. You can't have more than one conversation with a person (yet they force you to specify a topic, which makes no sense). If the other person sends you documents, the app (by design) doesn't allow you to download them. Confirmed by their support. On top of this features like the schedule are buggy at best. Less functionality than any free messenger, for only $20/month.

Here's everything wrong with this app: it may crash if you attempt to click on an in-app notifications (provided you even receive an in-app notifications), provided the app doesn't crash when you click on notifications it will likely lead nowhere, the application does not provide accurate out-of-app notifications, date/time stamps are inaccurate, punctuation works sporadically, and good luck talking to IT (they'll tell you the issue is with your (~6 month old) phone and not their app)

I liked that you can set a schedule and requests and such but what is irritating is i tried again and again to send a schedule over to my coparent and it would not work it just kept re creating it again and again and he never could see it. Hes terrible with technology and schedules so me making it for him and his having reminders about it would have been great but oh well. The app has potential but doesnt do all things necessary

A. G. u. Mar 26, 2020

This app is amazing to keep track of scheduling and messages between the coparent. I love being able to print my messages if needed and I am able to use the calender to keep easier track of our rotation! The mediators are amazing people 10/10 recommend this app, the other parent doesnt have to have it for you to use it to speak with them by the way!

A. G. u. May 15, 2019

The app now charges monthly which would not be an issue. But for a month now everytime I write the app shuts down. If I get a message, the app shuts down. If I'm reading messages, the app shuts down. It's beyond frustrating for an already frustrating situation.

This app is great! My ex and I are not always on great terms, so this app is helping us keep it civil and putting our child first. Even though I kick myself for it, sometimes I get lost in the heat of my emotions. Between the coordinating and mediation, it's really helped keep things smoother

A. G. u. Dec 9, 2019

It has some good ideas but ultimately it is not much different than regular text messages for the communication and the planning is just stacked with unnecessary robot middle layers so the calendar was ditched quickly. The kids info all in cute tabs is nice but not worth $7/m. Communication should be organized topically not just one stream of texts where one person forgets what they said and it has to be screenshot for them. I am in the exact same place I was in without Co-Parenter, less $7.

this app doesn't work more than it does. it constantly freezes and the accuracy of location is way off. I wish the shared holiday time was something you could personalize. Unfortunately most of "advice" given does not match what my lawyer advises. Currently looking for another app.

I liked using this app for keeping track of things and didn't mind the small subscribers fee. This recent update is glitched. I can't made journal entries or save a pick up/drop off point. Hope it gets fixed soon I highly recommend this app

Ash. M. Mar 9, 2021

Please fix the bugs. It was great except the fact all the kids information kept disappearing. Then the update happened and now all that can be entered is the insurance part. My husband has sent a number of emails and nothing back. It's already bad enough they wouldn't tell him why the information was deleting in the first place but now he can't even put it back? He has a high conflict issue and the doctor information needed to be on the app.

My name is Adam and since I was blocked to write a review I will post it here. I was ordered per court to have this app and use it to co parent on June 13th. I first emailed the Help section on June 15 as my phone was downloading the app but was not loading me through to the main screen. They got back and told me there was a google play update to fix this problem, Still having the same issue. I then went to (Verizon) where the manager did a cache restore on the entire phone and checked for any problems on my end, Their diagnosis was that there is something wrong with the co app. Let me continue on by saying that I run 40 to 50 other apps on my phone and I have never had a problem. I kept conversing with the app supporters and developers and even tried every suggestion to fix this problem to no avail. They told me they had another update that would fix the problem but instead of the screen locking up it kept kicking me back to the log in screen. I went to Verizon corporate store and had another manager phone was good. In all we are at over 80 correspondences and still no solution. They are at a dead end on their side. Don't buy, and look at all the other comments.

Support team comprehensively understands their role and value. Professional, helpful and supportive. It's unfortunate that the free version is temporary and that they intend to start charging, but hopefully they can maintain a free version to continue to support the families who are mandated to participate in an online communication but can't afford it. 👍

This app is complete garbage. Tasks come in without any specific order, drafts are lost, replying is a nightmare. I cannot stress strongly enough how terrible this app is. Do not use it!

A. G. u. Jan 28, 2020

I WOULD RECOMMEND THE APP. I had an issue with two different emails trying to access the App. At the same time. Support worked for hours and the tech Ken was amazing. Thanks for your hard work.

A. G. u. Feb 12, 2019

I've rated 3 because schedule I would have liked to be more easier. I like it simple when I want to schedule. support corrected their doing and helped me have a better experience with the app. thanks

This ap does not deliver the services it advertises. If you choose mediation, just know the "mediator" is useless. They will not stop abusive messages. They will not close a session at your request and you cannot report the abuse because of their "confidential" message. If your co parent is abusive this ap will provide the gasoline so they can burn you. So your abuser can send 75 messages in a row about how you need to submit to the control and the mediator will respond this session is open..

A. G. u. Jul 30, 2019

App pops up under "free" listing when doing a play store search. It is not free. It is a 30 day free trial. One star for falsely advertising under Free. I don't have cash to waste on this app subscription.

New update is soooooo buggy. Goes in and out of conversations in the middle of typing. Then erases messages. Does not send notifications. Not a good update.

Ive been trying to get this court ordered after my ex agreed then said no. It seems to be amazing. I love the fact it was created by a judge, mediation if needed comes with it to avoid court & mediation cost or the simple daily things that can come up, if you have to have laywers involved they can see everything, how it keeps both sides accountable, All court records, medical, educational can be stored if wanted to keep the proper checks & balances at all times. I really appreciate the creator
