Cover - Insurance in a snap

Installed this app with the impression it would take my info and compare multiple rates. It did not do that. They just offered me insurance higher than I already have. Also, app is glitchy. All the font for the drop down boxes is invisible, you're essentially hoping your info is inputting correctly. Once they have your info, they bombard you with texts and spam.

The wait time was long... but patients is everything. Spoke with a guy name Charlie and the wait was well worth it. He helped out a lot... highly recommend this app.

Friendly to get your money no response after. I was in the process of siginging up then when I started asking questions things started going bad. Now I decided to cancel . I didn't even sign the agreement and my account was charged. Now I'm not sure I'll get my money back. I'm not getting access back to a person. I get forms and no call back!! Beware. It's easy to sign up. Once you say yes and they have your account information, no support!!!

Haven't really had to Use the app because I Just downloaded it yesterday. HOWEVER, my agent Kevin was very courteous and understanding with my busy schedule when trying to set up a time to get a quote. After several hours of phone/text tag we finally talked and he was beyond helpful and already had Everything in place for me! I was probably on the phone for a total of 20 minutes at most and he answered All of my questions. They saved me so much money! Definitely recommend them!

Pretty good so far. Got really good coverage but we will see how it changes over time. My agent Jacob was really nice and helpful.

Terrible. The app functions don't work. Trying to find my vehicle in their list... The search icon doesn't even function. Cannot input my dependent's birth date... It wouldn't allow me to do that either.

Ty was my advisor he was extremely help and got me a fantastic rate and answered every question I had about the coverage I was getting with the new insurance company I highly recommend this app to everyone

* UPDATED* Just when I thought my opinion couldn't be any lower on this company I was wrong. Please don't sign up for this insurance. Run far far away.* Price is good but you get what you pay for because there is no customer service at all. It's for that reason I am switching companies as soon as possible.

The agent Charlie that I spoke with over the phone was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and was able to get me a great rate within a matter of minutes. This is a great app! This app has made my car insurance search a lot easier.

Insurance never this easy and affordable. They apply your info to maaaany insurance companies (like 30 i think )and give you thier rates to choose from. Once you decide on the company, You can add and chenge any you see necessarily and thier service was unbelievabley fast and professional. Best shopping insurance experience ever!!!

Trying to use this app was completely frustrating. Could not get past the section to "add more vehicles". Had no other cars to add, but wouldn't continue the process to get quotes. Uninstalling

I talked with Charlie the advisor from Cover Insurance and enjoyed the info he shared about my car insurance. He was knowledgeable and the greatest part was that we got to the point and I received insurance in a matter of minutes. I enjoyed the call. I was able to talk to him pretty quick after getting a quote online. Thanks Charlie.

Have really great service and people who work for them. They are really patient with their customers as well.

I have used cover for 2 years and have never had any trouble using their services!! Their agents are amazing, super friendly, quick response time, and will answer any of your questions. 10/10, highly recommend!!!!

Cheaper insurance quote here than I got with Root or anywhere else. Hudson was a GREAT help making sure I wasn't missing out on any deals or coverages.

Eric was my agent and he was quick and efficient. Got my new insurance for half the price of my previous. Explained everything thoroughly so I wasn't confused. Even stayed on the phone with me until I got everything set up on my end. A wonderful experience.

They don't run your records, credit score, etc, until after you've invested time in sending over photos of your vehicle, which could likely significantly hike up the original quote. I figured there would be more common sense in the steps, but I assume the steps are out of order to make you feel invested and like you've spent time already trying to find cheap car insurance. I feel like I've wasted my time. The initial quote was appealing, but after it changed drastically, I was disappointed.

Edited to add that after they have your money, customer service is non existent. There is a number they provide but it goes straight to hold music and nobody ever picks up. I was looking to switch from root who hiked up my rate for no reason. I got a much lower rate with cover, they pulled in all my information from my old policy to ensure I had the same coverage and the whole process was quick and seamless. The agent, Rico, was very helpful, explaining anything I had questions.

The insurance rate is awesome. Loved being able to text my agent and get a response at anytime. The only down side was that me email did not link with the app after my coverage started.

Downloaded this app to see if they would be able to give me cheaper insurance. There insurance is cheap but it was still more than what I pay for now. I had seen an ad by them saying that if they didn't beat my current rate that they would give you a $50 amazon giftcard. The person I spoke to helped a lot and did send me my giftcard with no problems.

Super convenient and easy, definitely the best experience I've had shopping for insurance. It's honestly amazing that you no longer have to deal with actually going into an insurance office and speaking to someone face to face. I was able to get a new policy started very easily sitting on my couch texting an agent. Instantly recommend.

It was actually better than I thought most of the time these companies out source thier work. I had a u.s. representative. It was fast and easy. I was paying close to 300 for insurance and the saved me 60 percent. Charlie needs a raise. He my dude..... only problem I would fix is let us scroll down while the keyboard is up. But other than that great experience will use cover in 6 months
