What a RIP off. Premium doesn't work. Update, if I could take away this star I would. Finally heard back from these people that created this worthless app nearly one year after this review. Unfortunately they did not refund the money I lost instead they wanted to know what steps I took to resolve the issues. Like I would remember that after a year. I uninstalled it that's what I did.
Horrid! I want a refund and asked just for that in the settings section where you can contact customer service. I would give zero stars if possible. Customer service isn't answering either. Waste of money
I love this app, but I can never just purchase the next year CPT. I always have to bounce back and forth from Message Center to 800 number. Ugh.
The cpt code manual that's so illustrative and definitive for users. I'm so proud of this app. Thanks to the developer.
i purchased the premium content option to obtain access to the anesthesia content and it did not unlock that, can you please refund the in app purchase? thank you.
Can't find the premium section on this app. Does not help you at anything unless you purchase the premium but where is it???
The basic functions of this app are considered Premium Content and not available in free version.
This is a total RIP offf!! I purchased the cpt reference assistant for 59.99 and it is still locked and I cannot review anything. I want a refund and I will call the AMA tommorow morning. This is a joke!! I should have read the other reviews before I purchased. I'm so angry!!
It says free CPT QuickRef.... but once I downloaded the app, it wants me to pay for each one.... Free what?

Very poor, lacks basic codes. It is a feeble advertisement to purchase the App.
Don't scratch that qr code area and get your money back for your book! NOT WORTH IT! I wish I would have known I'd never have scratched mine and upgraded. I would have rather gotten money back for the book.

Product of 90s thinking
I'm a medical student working in coding and this app did not have all the coating that I needed for my class. Do not recommend for long term use
After purchase, it's difficult to find any codes using the keyword search. Also no access to ICD 10 codes or place of service codes.. all of which are needed in order to successfully code and bill. This app falls short.
The basic version isn't free you see nothing just to get into view codes requires payment ....
Like many other reported, it crashes a lot also you only have access to E & M. The E & M tool would be excellent if it worked.
Keeps stopping
What a time saver. I really love the CPT app. My phone. It has already paid for itself several tests when I'm talking with a physician and we needed to fully understand a code's requirements. BAM...It was there. Adding the CPT Assistant feature is terrific too. I find I'm reviewing more items than I used to, simply because I can.
I love the easy access of having it on my phone and available when I need it. Particularly the CPT Assistant. Great product.
Not helpful app... Disappointing
App closes itself frequently and you can only access E/M codes and selection wizard. Haven't been able to see how it works yet... keeps closing itself. Looks like it could potentially be good at least for that if it would work.
I love this app, but every year (so far) I have issues purchasing the new code pack. It's an in-app purchase. This should not be so difficult. Once I get through the song and dance of having customer service fix it (which I will say is a fairly pleasant experience normally) it works great. If the purchase issue could just get resolved I'd easily rate this 5 stars. Edit: It's gotten worse. I want this info, I want to use this app! But it's so broken.
