Love,love,love this App!!! Just got this account 3 months ago for my business and I couldn't be happier with it!! Easy to log in with the remember me feature and taking sales is fast and easy.I love the payment invoice I email my customers, makes me look professional and I get paid fast!! I'm not technical,so having this very user friendly app is awesome for me!!!

Blown away by this app!
I mean what I say *stop here* and get the paynet app. Not only is it great , cheaper and efficient but also you get live help and support and with that you can't go wrong. They have the time and the patience to work with you and help you continue doing your business. I speak from experience. Oh, by the way, I don't work for them. I'm a taxi driver and I charge credit cards everyday. I switched from square because the communication is thru email only and that doesn't solve my problems when needed the most.
The app works well but the reader is very fussy in the field. They won't provide a better quality reader. I usually have to enter the data at home which costs a bit more because I'm not swiping the card. Customer service help was good. They are sending a new reader. We'll see how that works.
Solid app. Excellent usability. Convenient tools. Ideal for any business. Could use inventory function, but reporting helps accomplish lack of direct inventory control.
This is the company to use for your home bases business. Fantastic sales and 24/7 phone support and they were able to verify my bank account in less then one day. You don't even need a card reader. You can manually key in the info depending on how much business you do. 5 stars all the way.
Never received my swipe and I can never log into my account to use. On top of that, they keep taking out $17 charges out of my account without notice or explanation. I've tried 3 times to cancel my account and nobody can help. Do not use them!!!!
I use it for my lawn business so that customers can swipe their card when I am there and I eliminate mailing out invoices and waiting for them to return. Great for a small business.
This app is def costing you a lot of money if you decide to use it. Their fees are OUTRAGEOUS!!!

Had the app for some time now. Very pleased. Recently called with an issue about funds on hold. Even though it was 5 minutes before the end of the business day, Cindi took the time to handle my issue with extra care. She even took steps to ensure the the issue will not be recurring. She gave me better service than I even knew to ask for. Thanks Paynet. Seamless application for credit card transactions. My customers love the option to get a receipt by email. Horrible Company. They Sell for other companies and sell your bank account info. After a month a was getting bank charges from different companies saying I was non compliant with there service agreements which I never made. Paynet set them up and sold off my info. BEWARE. Tried to call all they do is keep transferring you.
They are scammers they froze my account and held $400 for over 6 mounts but even though I couldn't going to my account they were charging me $29 each month. You will go through hell with this company there probably like 5 people working in that company, and trust me they are crooks scam artists!!!
