I downloaded this and began signing up for the service, however I found a better way of processing my customer's payments. I never authorized payment and they started charging me even though the app is not installed. Now I'm trying to jump through hoops to cancel the charges.

Straight rip off. Stop direct debiting my account without my authorization i provide you my direct info for receiving payments And let people know there is monthly fee stop manipulating people. I downloded the app put my name and last name and other info then the app asked my direct debit info which is usual for POS companies they all ask you to deposit your payment. And then i didnt like the app and deleted then they start to take money from my account.

The setup process through the app doesn't work; a Merchant Account Solutions rep will contact you and make you redo the application via email link. Also, not all checking accounts qualify for deposit.

You can't keep the verification page open after you go check your code in messages the page closes and starts the whole process over again with another code tried to 4 times same thing over and over.
