Credit Sesame

Pretty horrible app. Very confusing, customer service is out of country and completely uninformed and complex, just like the app. Money takes forever to get into the account and is hard to move once in. If you can figure out how to transfer from the few options they have available that are supposed to be instant, the fees are antiquated highway robbery. Yes it will increase your credit score, but it's a really poor quality service and option. Avoid if you can.

Just a few weeks and I see improvement. A lot of links for credit building cards and account with your chances of approval clearly stated. Puts things in laments term for you to really understand what you're doing for your credit. Only Experian is free, the other two need premium. But I got a debit credit builder through them with no annual or interest! I also was able to despute a car loan I've paid off and get some stability back. I see a lot of resources like rental insurance or car insurance

Credit Sesame offers generic advice on improving and maintaining your credit score. The app mostly pitches you to sign up for different credit cards, personal loans and insurance. (It's how they make their money and why the truly exist.)

Helpful with credit. I learned so much from this company about credit usage..My score has not increased in a long time. If I use my card the my utilization goes up my credit score goes down. It's a no answer situation you scared to use your cards. I haven't used my credit cards in so long because every time you use it my score goes down, even though I pay it off. The score still goes down. I paid my card loan off. My credit score went down. That doesn't make sense.

Excellent service. Easy-to-use application. I was using Experian and everything including Transition and Equifax. Experian is a great disaster. My credit score went down 20 points since January. Called Capital. No good help. Not recommended from me.

I like this app. As far as watching every good andbad change in my credit, they have recommendations which work. The credits core provided is not always in sync with the 3 major credit companies, however the trend of the number is always accurate

This app AND the website is garbage!! I've been trying to use this card ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT only to find that my card is FROZEN!! I can't "thaw" it out because the app crashes every single time I try to unfreeze it and when I try the website, it just loops and loops and loops...I have bills to pay and this is unacceptable FIX IT!! Oh, and now I have to pay a late fee because theres also no one to answer the freaking phone!! So, yeahhh I'll be billing y'all for that late fee

Terrible cant do wire money transfers cant load my debit card information to get money. All it wants is every bit of information from the person who is trying to send me money to the point of being uncomfortable to give sensitive information. Such a horrible site. No customer support to assist. Not good. Dont use this app.

Credit cards don't build credit buying a house buying a car making payments on time that only builds your credit it builds your character. When you say anything that's including your device info and your account to the public. What a dumbass idea.

Definitely not a FREE trial. They claim you can use a FREE trial for 7 days if you upgrade but in order to actually use the upgraded version, you have to bypass the trial and be charged. So you never actually get a free trial. Very deceiving.

I installed to receive what was advertized as a free credit report when you sign up. I have yet to be given my credit score or any solid info about what it actually takes to acquire it. There only countless junk mail ads to pay for services and apply for secured lines of what i call free wealth to the banksters that this app aupports or do they support the app. if you advertise a free service give it. PERIOD "We the People"

Awesomeness. Getting credited 10.00 into my acct. Every time I look another 10 dollars added! for doimg absolutely nothing or it seems .Pretty impressed, my credit has done nothing but go up even though 2 accounts went into collections. Idgit??? Idk, idc, i like it and basically who can beat it.? They only report the bills you do pay on time.....why everyone's not using this app is beyond me! What are you waiting for people. Doesn't get any better than this! Thanks sesame credit, you guys rock!!!!! Outstanding !!! I can't say enough good stuff aBout this app... seriously yous really outdone yourselves credit sesame. Your app used to be pretty good. Now it tells me I need to download an update and it won't let me sign in. It just keeps running you in circles. Not very reliable and they hit you with all kinds of offers you really shouldn't need or don't need.

I've had this app for almost 3 weeks now and had applied for their Cash card and never received it. I have tried numerous times to contact them and the only response I get is that they are a third party and that they will forward my information. I've never gotten the card and I've never gotten a response from a live person that I could actually talk to. Very frustrating I would not have wasted my time on this app if I would have known that they did not follow through with their offer.

The latest version although downloaded won't populate. In play store I'm told to open, on the app I'm told to download. Not sure why it isn't syncing but this is very annoying! Worked fine before this hiccup

I am a Premium Member, and they update great information regarding changes. I pay $19.99 a month and still have yet to hear back regarding emails and chats sent into regarding uploading rental documents. No one responds, and you can call, but it is the operating system that does not offer assistance. I am glad there is an option for rental segments to improve your score. The follow-up services are not up to standards. The failure to respond makes me look at other options.

The app constantly kicks me out when I go to manage card, and when I activated the card, I wasn't told that my account would be froze so now I can't access my money. I had an agent tell me she had unfreeze the account and I still can't access my money. If they don't get this resolved I'm closing my account asap.

I was informed checking my credit here wouldn't impact my score. I just opened the app. It says checking my credit will have a 10% neg. Impact on my credit. My identity was stolen in 2019.I wrote all three credit bureaus, contesting 5 things that weren't mine, I never heard sh|¥ back from any of them. F#$@ credit bureaus and the U. S. Gov. I'm so sick of being lied to!

At some point during set up I must have accepted a trial. They got their $10 and change out of me before I noticed. Charged my card I had used on Google play. Shady b words. Canceled and within 5 seconds received an email that almost exclusively said "no refunds". Great people.

Credit Sesame is a great tool. Ever since I joined Credit Sesame, my credit score increased 142 points in one year. I joined premium a while ago. This motivated me to learn how to increase my credit. It taught me what I needed to correct & what I needed to avoid. Credit scores are more complex than I ever imagined. I was very ignorant with my credit score knowledge. Credit Sesame breaks down your credit history. It's been very educational.

I love it and recommend credit sesame to any and everyone who never had credit or don't understand credit this card alone will guide the individual the entire step of the way I'm from the hood I've never used credit, since becoming a customer I'm learning and growing my credit and credit score. This is the one take it from me and don't get it f*** up I not getting anything for giving this a 5* or speaking highly of it. Real talk take it from a Park height's Born and raised bro. Transfered money to Sesame Cash account only to find the PIN did not work and got NO help solving the problem. The app redirects you endlessly, and customer support keeps you waiting with no end. My money has been stolen. Would NOT recommend opening an account. If it would let me, I would give no stars.

Credit Sesame Nerds To Enable Free 3 Credit Report FROM All three Bureau Once and then have them sign up and pay the monthly fee for subscription after sign up... I Truly Believe that the app it self would have more clients if this is made available to all users as a one time free report and therefore after have to pay to see updates .. Please consider this seriously it's important to many members that their score and report are available to them most people don't have the resources to pay..

The credit score you show me are incorrect. You add about 10% to 20%. My credit score dropped 40 points after a lender checked my credit score. Why is that? I don't know who to trust. Have any suggestions? I lot of the bad stuff against me is more than 5 years old. No late payments for 2 years on my mortgage, 65% of the value of the house is paid off. The appraisal came back at $327,000 I owe $141,000 Cardinal Financial @ 2.75 26 Feb closing date, VA is guaranteed loan. No honor!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I tried to register 3 times. 1st time I never received verification text. 2nd and 3rd time it said my info was not right but it kept cutting off my address so no wonder. Sorry my address is more than 10 characters long
