Been a member for years and had the app for over a year. It's worked wonderfully up until this week. The app tells me there is something wrong with my subscription or billing and I have to call customer service to resolve it. Well, that's impoasible. There's no option to speak to a live person. An automated system ask questions and sends you around in circles. I've been charged for services but I can't log in and there's zero help. The App is pretty frustrating.

Suddenly doesn't work. Went through all the BS to get back into system. Still cannot get into app. Still says I have call to get their help getting back in. I call (only option). HAVE to enter ssn (super scary). No one to talk to just automated system. Sends me in circles. I can get into Experian but no longer able to access my info through the app. When I enter into Experian, it says ,you already have an account with credit tracker, would you like to go to the app. I select yes. Then I can't login and am back to the oops, call us to get back into your account. Who do I contact when my options are create an Experian account with limited information or go to an app that I pay to have access to that doesn't work?

Unable to access the reports I am paying for since 11/14/18. Says there is a problem with billing or my account but the charge posted on my CC on 11/15, and now pending 12/14. Calling the phone number gets automated messages and no real person. Emailed support, after two weeks they replied with directions how to log in, thanks for nothing. Will be calling credit card company to request charge back if not fixed. I suggest anyone else with this problem do the same.

Says I HAVE to call as my account is locked or there is a billing issue. Well, I checked and they got their monthly fee 7 days ago so can't be a billing issue. The number sets you into a loop where it literally eventually just says "good bye" and hangs up on you so I am at the point where the app says my ONLY option is to call and talk to them, but you can't get a hold of them at the provided number. Who is going to reimburse or compensate the hour of my time spent going in circles on your faulty automated system and obtaining 0 assistance or resolution to my issue?

Just like the others, this app no longer works. Called about the billing issue notice even though it comes directly out of my account and still can't get in. Customer care says that you have to wait 24 hours to regain access, it's been 5 days..... My first ever review! I'm officially worried at this point. Have no idea how to cancel since there's no option but I'll have to find out!

app does not work. It's up to date and still says error. I'm looking everywhere to cancel so they stop charging me and wow they made sure not to make that easy. Idk what happened here used to be a great productive app..

Worked fine for a year, then suddenly stoped working. Said there's trouble with the account and to call. My account is fine, just like the other reviewers who are having this same issue.

I'm very pleased with this app. I am a little confused that there's this app and then the other Experian free credit report app. My sign in details don't work on the free app, but they have fingerprint support for the app. While this out I pay however much money it is from Experian to have the account, yet I don't get fingerprint support. Seems kind of backwards. I feel like the members-only app should have fingerprint support and not the free one. Just an idea

Piece of junk. I've downloaded this app idk how many times and it wont open. Its updated but the danm app wont open. I've had this app for years and have been a member for 3 yrs. Last 3 months its like not getting my money's worth. I switch my review from 5 stars to 1 star because of this.

I loved this app until I got locked out once. I called customer service and got unlocked. Since every time I open the app it crashes and stops as the dashboard opens. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still crashes now. Almost a month later and several uninstall and still crashes as dashboard opens... update I'm an idiot just move your font back to normal size and the app works fine

I haven't been able to access this app for two weeks due to an internal server error. After being on hold for over an hour this morning and transferred to two agents neither could help me with an adjustment to my account. So no problem taking my money, but no help when I have a problem. Just passed along from person to person with no assistance. Thinking of cancelling service since I get my Experian about from AMEX for free. Why am I paying for poor IT and even poorer customer service.

This app is great for checking your score and report the downfall is if u have to contact them thru customer service it always a 2 hour wait and i got lucky once with waiting 45 min on hold for a agent. A huge inconvenience .

I've used this app, and its precursor, for a couple years and have been very happy. Recently I haven't been able to access my account and realized it was because the account was connected with an old bank I used back home. I signed into my account to update my card info and it would not accept my new debit card - and I used a debit card before. Very aggravating so I took my business elsewhere.

This app is good. One issue I noticed with it is it gives you credit refresh reminders even if you have already refreshed your credit score.

It hasn't worked properly in a long time. Most of the time it takes 5 or more minutes to log on, and half the time it doesn't log on at all.

When the app icon changed it threw me off because the name was different and then I wasn't able to log in for days. Today, I finally uninstalled and reinstalled and I was able to get in again.

4 weeks later-reinstalled-still never opens. Since update I haven't been able to open app. It sits on initial page like it is trying to open but never does. It has become garbage app-time to uninstall.

I have been trying to cancel my membership for 2 hrs. I am still on hold. The only way to cancel is by calling them. Reason I am canceling is because they increased my membership. $33 a month for 1 score is highly expensive. Not worth it. Beware new sign ups. You cannot cancel online. And they never answer.
