App gives great insight on team info. App does have issues, however. The CC function stays on even after trying to disable it. Changing to horizontal view freezes up. Also at times when accessing app, it states "Could not retrieve configuration. Please try again later". Overall, the best way to catch my team when not at home. Headaches could be eased with corrections to errors.

Absolutely horrible UI. Real estate on screen is always taken up with huge video display at top, which must always be closed by the user, and a bottom feed that can only be partially closed, and must be clicked to "minimize." Biggest screens only get about 2.5" of reading room. And it takes FOREVER to open.

Streams automatically have closed captions on and takes 3 times clicking off for it to work. App does not work with Androids ability to detect auto rotation and give you the option to switch rotation. Stream in landscape is stretched and not properly sized. All of these issues have persisted for at least 1 year

Very good app. I enjoy watching live games and reading the news articles. It's all my teams in one place. My only problem is the notification system won't turn on so I receive no notifications from this app. Other then that, it's everything a Philly sports fan would want

Decent app to see all team news and scores in one place. Has decent articles too. I've been enjoying it with no issues over the past year or two but ever since taking the Android system update to 12, none of the settings will automatically save. I also just upgraded to the Google Pixel 5A phone. Not sure what the problem is. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling and checking all my app settings. Emailed support but no response on this issue.

This app often forgets which cable service I have and doesn't show me a game until I fumble around with it for at least 10 minutes. When I can get a game to load, it's plagued by ads that freeze the app and make me restart it again. I only use this app because I have to

Trash app. Doesn't save settings when you adjust notifications. only giving 2 stars because the articles are high quality and video playing haven't been too much of an issue for me.

EDIT: I was able to watch a game yesterday but suddenly today I can't get anything! I unable the app and reinstalled it and now I can't get past the "Success! Your team's are right behind this" page. My game had been on an hour already and I see nothing! Is three the maximum amount of teams I can follow? How do I add to or delete from what I've chosen? How many teams can I follow?

get rid of the top bar or allow it to be minimized. it limits the amount of game you can view on your screen on some devices. Still crashes when turning to landscape mode

Upgraded to Galaxy S22 Ultra and app takes over 30 seconds to open and won't allow me to turn notifications on and stay on. I have emailed support multiple times and tried everything they recommended and still won't work.

When streaming and a game goes to commercial, nbc sports splash screen comes up and does not return to game unless you restart the app (using Chromecast). Also, on iPad when in landscape mode the time/score of the game is off screen (not visible). If you are in portrait mode and are not watching live, the live score is spoiled on top of the screen.

Confused as all heck If I can watch my local teams. I pay a cable bill And This app just gives me a bunch of stories old and new on my teams come up a bunch of statistics and why would I care about that??? I can look up all the stats in the world on about 1,000,000 websites. I just want to watch games! Unstar.

I really wish this App worked correctly, because the articles are great. The idea is cool being able to scroll though the news of your favorite teams. Unfortunately, the app rarely loads. I either get an error message, or it sits there on the loading screen and does not load. It's a shame.

4/3/22 edit...Streaming won't work for Sac Kings..support said use the website, Really?! Site redirects to app. Genius! 😒 7/20/21 edit...Sac Kings and Oak A's favs...Sooooo many headlines and NO text to the stories and/or that say there's video when there's not. ALSO get configuration error 60% of time when trying to launch app and literally takes 3 min to load... Decent but not great. Takes 3 minutes to load. Use for news for Sac Kings and Oak A's.

Next to the varsity McDonald's app, this is a close 2nd. 1). Crashes on screen rotation of live stream or videos 2) why do I have to sign-in every other time to my cable provider when I already stipulated that this i was the device to be used on a regular basis 3) the navigation of the site for my selected teams is the the most convoluted thing on earth. Let's make it difficult to retain users by making it soon difficult to use. Overall a horrifically bad that needs a new dev team!

I am a fan of all DC teams but this app is awful. Browsing through it and switching between teams is a pain. Clicking on notifications it never opens the article it was about. Browsing through the different teams is always an issue. I removed two of them and I still get notifications of articles I can't find. I would give it negative stars if I could. Uninstalling.

I can stream games, sometimes. Streaming is very inconsistent and often does not load. Notifications are turned back on without my doing after I turn them off. Streaming games cut off and cut to ads when I try to watch in landscape mode. Closed captioning is constantly on. App is generally very glitchy.

App won't open. Error message when clicking on app. No one to contact. Deleted, reinstalled, rebooted. Nothing. Can't watch sports on the road. Xfinity at home app only works on home wifi to watch sports. Update - 01/22/2022 Still no response from anyone regarding this. App still won't work. Great job. Can't watch any games when out-of home WiFi. Isn't that what this app was created?? Don't download. It's an effing waste. Giving one star was too generous.

1 star only because i can watch the game. Captions always are on, have to turn off then on then off to have it off. When casting the game is so far behind! before tipoff its gone thru too many commercials then i exit cast and 3-4 minutes of the game have gone by!! when casting it says live stream will resume shortly, i stop casting and game comes back on. so frustrating. it now goes to ads IN THE MIDDLE OF A PLAY! all season, it's very FRUSTRATING! >_<

What a pile of manure. App is soooo slowwwwww to load, then forces you to log in every time. Once you have my provider info, unless it changes, why do you need that repeatedly? By the time I get the game playing, it's halfway over!

Garbage app and UI. Difficult to navigate. Crashes over and over. 100% would rather watch from my computer.

Worked fine for a long time. Last week I kept getting an error: can't retrieve. Deleted & redownloaded. Says success, your teams are right behind this button, but it won't let the button slide. Swipe right, you see arrows but it won't swipe and won't open up.

App is poorly optimized on Surface Duo. Embedded tweets no longer open in Twitter while clicked. Also, settings aren't available when app is on one screen. I need to span the app across both screens in order to get to the settings card

Love watching the games on my phone, but this app seems to work when it wants to. One day I'm watching the game on my computer, another day I'm watching it on my phone...and now neither is working. I have xfinity service so I don't know what the eff is going on!! frustrated in Jersey.

This app is low quality. Constant random crashes when swapping between teams. You cannot rely on this at all

I like the content but a good percentage of the time I'll get a "couldn't load that configuration" message.

Garbage. First time install, it crashes every time I do the stupid button drag to change teams. Quickest uninstall in history.
