For one thing if you look at the winning numbers at 3 in the afternoon it says Wednesday October 2nd and right below it you read the night and it reads Wednesday October 1st. I'm sure a lot of people throughout a lot of tickets thinking those numbers were for Wednesday and it's been like that since the new app started. The old one was much better and easier!!!

You need a logout button for the 2nd chance area! I have to Uninstall / reinstall every time I want to enter more tickets. if not when I try to login it says my session has expired, please login again, connection isn't reseting until I Uninstal, even force quit off all doesn't clear it. this is on two different Samsungs, one phone one tablet... Also in 2nd chance, the scary ticket didn't work z says server is not available at this time, yet I can manually try. 5 stars if theseproblem go away!

Impossible to exit, you have to use your quick settings menu to make the return arrow appear. Tickets are good for 6 mo but the list of numbers doesn't go back very far. Also I don't trust scanning at all online or store.

Terrible CT Lottery Mobile App. The design is outdated, the flow to quickly scan multiple tickets is awful. You scan and have to go back home just to get it to scan again if at all. This went from 60% scan working to 5% scan working properly. I am disappointed in this app. Design is outdated and the scanner barely works.

Constantly freezes when you scan a ticket. App is outdated, takes over the entire screen and is very slow. It seems like it was developed by an amateur. Hasn't updated in a while.

Looks like there's a major glitch in the App. For Keno, if you have multiple draws, and there are pending draws that haven't played yet, it tells you that you lost. And when you've one maybe, say $2 on a 5 draw, it still tells you that you lost. Fix the App

The scan feature is really good, but it just shows winner, not tell you how much you win. Would be a nice feature to show that info as well...

This is a very useful app. I can check my tickets and lookup the latest winning numbers. I can also get information on the games and the different payouts. Functions well with no glitches.

It's a bit hard to scan but it works. Wish it would tell you the payout value of winners. Needs a lot of light to work well.

This app use to be good....needs to be updated to get rid of bugs...the app continuously freezes. Tried to reinstall but its the app itself

It's a great app. It would be better if it would say how much you won when you can your tickets. UPDATE: Keeps crashing now.

Cannot Trust. While scanning some tickets it said we won $2. Scanned another ticket and it said we won $208. Scanned them again and it said they weren't a winning ticket. Now I will only check manually.

Um, if I'm going to check my lottery ticket to see if I've won, it would be NICE to see HOW MUCH I actually won... The app only indicates if you've won or not - why even bother installing it?

App works fine. But who makes a program that has no way of shutting off... Exit.. Quit.. Anything!! Had to shut down the phone to exit the program.

Excellent 4 quick & precise results for all games. Very user friendly it also scans your tickets which is a lot of fun, especially if you win.. however I wouldn't no😪

Its will load showing the Ct Lottery logo but then say unfortunately the app has stopped then ill completely close then window and give it a min or two then i try to open it again and it just says the same thing

Numbers don't show up when typing from cell. Also no way to limit range when watching Keno drawings.

Glitches here and there, especially when scanning tickets. Wish app could tell one how much they won.

Not bad. Scan doesn't tell you how much you've won. Also, app doesn't tell you what payouts are.

careful with this app scanned a bunch of tickets. 2 came up as losers but when I rechecked are actually winners

I wish you could watch the current keno game and not the previous one...and I wish when you scan a ticket, it told you how much you won!

I love it! It tells you the payout amount now which makes it so much easier to know what you really win.

Yes!!! I can check my tickets from home by just aiming camera at the QR. Love it!!!

new Samsung 20, need to hold scanner vertical, works very fast

I'm glad they started giving the total of how much your ticket is it'd be nice if they had where you can put the money on your card or whatever so you don't have to go cash at a store

Takes forever to get it to scan then always just says take to retailer.
