This does an excellent job of a being a character sheet, the sorting for powers is very helpful. It also does a good job adjusting for half-levels.
Terrible text boxes. Typing anything requires twice as much work as it should. I don't have time for that.
I have to manually enter everything. If I wanted that, then I'd just break out an actual pencil and paper.
It crashes when switching to and fro and has a few issues not remembering with quick changes but very good was able to flush out a whole 4e character
great dnd companion. if you people can't use your crappy brains to read the description, don't post about it not being a game. five stars all the way, nice job devs!
It's a niche thing. I still use paper, or other more powerful (if separate) tools.
Nice but only run 1 campaign using it.
Was a great app... Now it's no longer being maintained...
TERRIBLE!!!! So missleading!!! I thought i was a game!!!!
doesn't provide any information for anyone who doesn't have the books
I could not find out how to play the game. 😠😠ðŸ˜
Needs a few tweeks such as. Armour penalty s should be minused not added (you need to add a negative sign) armour penalties and bonuses should be automatically added where applicable. Im new to dnd so me and my friends can point out what would make this a more attractive app to download Ill comment more if you would like feedback.
I'm really glad to have such a good app for this, but I'm missing a lot of good things from my old iOS character app: 1) Separate equipment from inventory. This is really inconvenient right now. 2) Provide more complete inputs for powers so that I don't have to type keywords, damage, effects, standard/move/minor, etc. all in one box. 3) Allow more freedom and customization. For example, let users change which ability is used for a skill. Some DMs allow Int for Perception instead of Wis.
I think i like this app because im not sure how to play. I get how to make a charecter but i dont know any of the abbreviations. can someone pls make a guide. Or add a tutorial or something. Sory for not being a super nerd. Btw i will rate 5 stars if u make tutorial.
I keep digital copies of all my books on my phone, so copy and paste from Power/Item fields isn't an issue for me. This is definitely much more efficient than lugging around all the books, pens, etc that I'd need otherwise. I spend my downtime on the bus creating and tweaking characters that I'd be interested in playing, and having such an efficient digital medium to do that is really handy. I really really like the format! Thanks very much!
Still a few bugs in this app. You basically replaced the app forcing me to delete all my old data for an app that was exactly the same. Probably for no other reason then to boost your ratings. I disapprove of this, especially since you could have just updated the old one, meaning I could have kept my data. Plus they dev has a bad attitude.
After all of my encounters, I find that the ability to rest and reactivate my encounter powers. The inventory system, however, could be a bit better by adding a way to price items for later selling (if you aren't a hoarder). Overall, the app is very helpful and makes my D&D experience almost paperless.
It's perfect besides the fact that you're unable to organize your character list to your tastes. Once you've made them, you're stuck to the order in whichever one you made first to the latest one. It's nothing much, just more of a pet peeve for me, lol.
This is a great app. Thank you for creating it. The one thing that scares me about it is that I can't back up. Just says failed to backup. I would live to be able to sync it somehow across my phone and tablet, maybe with Google docs.
good app, does mod calculating automatically to save time with leveling. has a lot of potential for improvement in the inventory/spell/power areas, I understand that a complete library would be near impossible but a bit of streamlining would be nice. Maybe set it up with fillable fields rather than just "description"?
App needs to have more in it. I'm basically plugging the data in my self. All this does is remove the paper and pencil. I still have to return to the books for info. Needs auto fill and the compendium. Otherwise I'll stick to the book with paper
Amazing app been searching for this for a long time ink and paper aren't cheap hopefully the Dev will give me my wish
The button to remove/add HP, spend surges etc has been removed since the update. Please re-add (Samsung Tab)
Was better before the latest update. It's now missing the floating button to record damage and have short ot extended rest.
Great 4e companion. The only thing that would make it better imo is being able to change the font. The olde English font, while thematic, is difficult to read at times.
