D&D 5e Character Keep

As a player this app is an absolute dream. It might not have every subclass you would want but the ease of addition of homebrew content makes up for it.

Great app! Easily the best one for character sheets I've found. The only possible downsides is that they only have PHB material for legal reasons, but they have a really great system for plugging in custom content. If you wanna play a non PHB race you just have to plug in the proficiencies and traits. Takes a few minutes, but the app is laid out really well and it goes by smoothly. All in all fantastic app for 5e character sheets.

Is so close to perfection. I love the way that when you level up it feels like a video game. But what I dont love is that the ideals and flaws section is set up so you cant read all of your text if you have a long one. It seems like an easy fix of something that got looked over in development but is annoying none the less especially after paying nearly 5 bucks for the full version. Second thing is the subclasses/archetypes, it just needs a little bit more. But all in all great app.

This is after about 15-20 minutes of using the app; The app is very towards automated management of your character, and things are pretty streamlined. Edit:I have changed to a full purchase and the following issue appears to only be in the free version: "There is an issue I have encountered however that is very irritating. Whenever I hit "previous" or exit out of any notification message, it will back you all the way to the Character/Handbook/Custom menu, having to go all the way back."

This app is impressive and really helpful in some regards, but some things are giving me trouble. For example, when I try to make a character with the Urchin background, it won't let me click on the box to select my proficiencies. I hope there's some kind of fix for this, because this app is otherwise really good. EDIT: I was able to edit the data for the Urchin background, it wasn't sent to --player choose--, but instead a null value or something.

I'd say this is the best app I've seen so far. The only issue is that you need to pay for premium or you can't go pass lvl.5. Which was not a problem for me since it's cheap, gets rid of the ads, and it's seem you don't have to pay for premium again. (Don't quote me on that) now the main issue I have is that you can only equip a shield and an armor set, that's it, there are no options under custom for rings, amulets, capes/cloaks, or anything like that. If they add these then it'll be perfect.

Probably the best character sheet I've found so far. Just enough automation to make everything work really smoothly, but with enough power in the custom options to do pretty much anything. Although some content is missing by default, pretty much anything you could want is available through the community. Well worth the $4, and thanks for a great app!

I love creating characters, you have limited ones without paying but its still absolutely amazing,even allowing you to custom make your own races, sub races, classes, feats, backgrounds, etc. One thing I personally don't like is the inability to personalize the organization and or delete certain races, classes, etc. That come with the app. But thats fine, 9/10 thanks a bunch!

Spent a long time entering info, but the app will not save currency, custom items, notes, or spells. It worked when I first set it up. But when I went back in and added a few things to the different categories, the changes didn't save. The only info saved was from the initial setup. Very frustrating because this cannot be used.

Good, but sometimes a bit stunted. The app is perfectly fine, but there are features that I feel weren't addressed in a sufficient way/could be circumvented with certain, different, features. One feature I can definitely say would be great would be level rollback without having to modify a txt file, especially when modifying that text file tends to make it unreadable. Level rollback would be a great feature for those new to the game, or if someone "fat fingers" an input on their phone.

After using 5th edition character creation to make my characters and having them be reset after a day, this is an amazing improvement. All of the missing content can be added and modified, everything is neatly compacted into a user friendly interface. Absolutely minimal use of ads. This is THE character creator app without a doubt. Love it!!!!!

The app seemed alright, but every time I update the character I created it would then take me back to the main screen. No matter what I try to update, or do, it happens every time I change something. Sometimes previous changes made to the character disappear between the previous change and the next.

I absolutely love the option to add custom content. The app itself does not have every subrace or background, even some spells are missing but I can freely add them into my app just by typing in what my player's handbook says. Not only this, but I can then share these files with my friends so that they can have all the information they need to play. Definitely thinking about upgrading so that I can keep making more characters!

Great app, but some confusing info and odd issues. The app also closes a lot, but only after the last update. It'd be neat if there was some more explanation to what some stats are as well, as some are not the standard stats you would see on a character sheet. Overall, best app I've found for dnd, and the creator is super kind and works hard.

Fantastic app! Great for building any character. The download instructions for the additional content are clear and easy to follow. And even if that's too much, you can always just add it in yourself. One issue/bug I noticed is when viewing the Races and Subraces it says "Abilities: None" despite the ability score increases that either should be there, rules as written, or ones I've made myself. Still 5 stars, but please fix this.

Great app full of useful options, simple ui, lots of options on it's own, and the ability too add homebrew stuff is amazing. However, it would be helpful if it was possible to link homebrew spells to some races instead of just classes as I was making a Water Genasi character and made the Shape Water spell but had to conect it to all the classes instead of just the race to make it universal and accessible to future characters. But this isn't a deal breaker and a minor inconvenience at most.

It's an okay app. It has an awesome theming, great system to organize and create classes races subraces etc. However I can only rate it 3 stars because of it's rather buggy interface, allowing me to edit the information when it wants to and sometimes not showing custom content. If the bugs were worked out of it 5 stars easy

I like this app comes in handy for when you don't have a character sheet. though i haven't tried other apps I am glad this one handles so well. Pros: information about races magic and a small rule book is very help. Cons: it eats battery like pac-man at a buffet and somtimes freezes if left inactive. Also the ads get in the way.

There's a few things that I would change mostly in spellcasting. One thing would be the spells just enter your known spell list in the order you learn them, it would be nice if the was a way to rearrange the list or if they were at least in some kind of order. Also it would be nice if there were a built-in way to indicate the spells you have prepared. Lastly it needs options for subraces. Aside from all that it's fairly intuitive, looks nice and runs well

An incredibly customizable and useful app. Really has everything I personally need in a character creator. I'm considering buying premium rn. No level ups past 5 in the free version but that's honestly more than most other apps allow. Similarly, I think 3 characters is a reasonable number to have at max in the free version.

It's able to keep all my characters (up to 3) and walks me through all of the steps on making characters. It's even got its own guide and information on other things! Absolutely rating a 5 star
