First off, the interface is INSANELY organized. I love how neat everything is. Your information is divided into 5 categories and then further from there without being a cluttered overload. The built in dice is a nice touch. However, there seems to be quite a deal of information missing from the app's catalogue. Certain spells aren't recorded and it makes character building inconvenient. Overall, it's mechanically impressive as a D&D character organizer, but the library should be updated. Gud app
It seems okay but I think there's no Class section. It seems promising though. Also a small bug! When I check the numbers for charisma and dexterity, the only 2 I changed for my first character seem to always "reset" back to 10. But when I check them, I find the numbers didn't change there, they just aren't displaying. Weird.
It's an amazing app and deserves 5 stars, but unfortunately the app has recently stopped allowing me to make characters. It started when I left an ad that was to gain a character slot. After that happened, every time I click the plus button, the app prompts me for the character's name, but when I click "Confirm" after typing the new character's name, nothing happens. Uninstalling and reinstalling the application did nothing to help this and wiped my character data (my characters where backed up)
Very good, small visual bugs such as showing ability scores without bonuses (if you have 15 Dex and a +2 bonus it'll show 15 Dex but your modifier will be +3) and it would be nice to have a personality traits or notes section for Familiar's as that's what I use for things like showing darkvision or unarmed strike damage but it's a perfectly good app without it. Also noticed that some spells are missing, it seems that the auto fill feature only uses options from the standard player handbook.
This one is almost the best free character sheet i could find. it has some autofill features, but let's you write down whatever you want too. good combination of automatic calculation and manual input. it's aestheticaly clean and easy to read. The downside is that it doesn't have a good place for class features, I manually added them under the "feat" category. Also it keeps a few things under a popup menu, that you might like to see on screen, like used spell slots, or languages known.
Despite going so far as to build in a pretty nice dice roller, I can't help but note the lack of any hp mechanics. Maybe put it in the Condition menu, along with saves(will, reflex, fortitude) and damage resistances? Only flaw I could find. We could just write it in Traits, but it doesn't go there. Also quick question, where do we input Class?
Very clean looking and organized. But I feel like not all the spells, armors, feats, etc. Are put in so you have to do it yourself and that's fair enough because there is a lot of them and it's only a minor inconvenience. Otherwise really great.
Tbh its a great app, but the only thing i would like is if u could add pictures of the characters u create, and if u could make a copy of the character or change the color, instead of blue, or maybe even the font, anyway, the app is great, and i didnt even have to pay for it, its pretty lit
Got potential, there's bugs which does make it bit devastating because the design of the app is so nice and simple. It would be perfect if the kinks were worked out because the alternatives just have outdated design but with less issues as opposed to this.
Overall good, but I can't find where I'm supposed to write in my race/class abilities? I'll change my rating to 5 if it turns out I just missed it, but if not that's a pretty glaring flaw. Also once I back out of my character and go back in all of my ability scores show up as 10's
this apo is great. there are some things that are really laking. Traits need better placement. and you shoukd have a list od thinga you are proficient with. like tools and armor. You also cannot add an item without weight. a lot of campaigns dont use that system. Overall good but really touch on those things
Truly amazing, I love how you are able to share your characters but why are they in JSON, it just makes it very difficult to share, If you can manage to make it possible to share with something like a document or even a png that'd be wonderful. Would rate it higher if it were in an easier to both understand and download format.
it was very good. I was able to copy my character from paper onto the app. it is extremely customizable, which is great for DM's who are trying to create a custom character whlithout the usual limits. there are a few glitches, but that is understandable seeing as it's a beta.
This is the best character sheet app. Both aesthetically and regarding freedom to add homebrew easily. But... It has some flaws/bugs like not being able to edit everything once it's written (like the description of spells) or the ability to change the order of the stuff you added. It's been a long time since the last patch... are you devs still working on this app or will it stay this way forever?
I was looking for a character sheet that is conpatable with homebrew games this fits perfectly. Update: do not download this app if you want to use it regularly or for more than one character they force you to watch add if you want another character slot.
One tiny gripe. Hit points, both current, temporary and total. Hopefully it gets implemented, or I don't know where it is, because other than that this app is very good.
Overall a very good app! My only complaints are that it doesn't have Xanathar's Guide to Everything spells or feats, and it doesn't allow for separate AC and Initiative bonuses.
There is no place for hitpoints and only the ability modifiyers show up but the totals stay as 10. Other than that is a good concept.
really great app, i use it a lot. wish it had a spot for proficiencies, and a spot for traits that was more similar to the feats section or something similar. otherwise, great
not a bad app for keeping character details straight but needs work because I created a character that has a plus 2 ability to dexterity and it keeps changing the number back to 10.
A good app — however, it is misaing the multipliers that might come with race or specialisation, and every time I try to add a spell or cantrip the app crashes. Are there any fixes for this?
Awesome! I love that I don't have to gather die scores just to make a character, and that I can come back to change it when I need to. I love that I can have multiple characters, and that it doesn't restrict my choices. Thank you!
This app is sleek, and I love the layout. My only complaints so far have been with displaying the numbers and the ads. The ads pop up every time I try to look at my character, sometimes forcing me to close the app. I have to go into the edit menu to see the actual character scores instead of the default 10. But again, the layout is fantastic, and I'll recommend more once these issues are fixed.
