The app could be much better. - No option of snoozing the alarm and of alarm repetitions if I did not hear it. Setting only 3 alarms simultaneously possible. - No option of watch's applications customisation: I would like to remove/hide some of them from my watch as I don't use them and the screen is so sensitive that sometimes they got switched on unintentionally. - Forcing internet connection when syncing to watch. What for? Unnecessary.

The app was good overall, however there is are two suggestions and a bug I wanted to report firstly, the shutter doesn't work on my A50, which is an issue that seems to have been reported earlier, secondly, I would also like to see alarms ring on the mobile device itself instead of the watch just vibrating and lastly I would like to see a feature to be able to change the alarm time from the clock.

This app doesn't let you change very many settings for it or the watch. It's only in kilometers not miles & other types of measurements for the US. They don't even give you a battery percentage while charging. It's stupid. They should let you save multiple watch faces you find & as many as you want. Not only just 1 which replaces over a previous one

The basic functions work, but I bought the watch for the compass which took a long time to calibrate but now it is callibrated it really does not show the right directions. I would like to see if a recalibration works, although I doubt it. And it is too bed there are only 3 options for watch faces although the one you van choose your own photo is really great

One feature I have frequently used so far is the alarm and I have a suggestion regarding that. It would be really helpful if the developers decide to increase the number of alarms we can set at once. Being able to set only 3 at once is quite inconvenient. Can't set all my alarms at once and updating the 3 alarm slots every now and then is tiring.

Very limited watch faces that are worth using. Raise to wake is relatively slow as compared to other smartwatches. Favourite contact feature is useless. If the app has access to all Contacts then why only a few contacts can be saved. We want all calls to be named as their contact details saved on the phone. moreover this App needs some more customisation options.

At first everything worked very well. Then it would not connect even though Bluetooth said it was on. That got fixed yesterday. It is not keeping history of sleep pattern which is what I need most. I Uninstalled then reinstalled. It is not saving my history to watch or dafit phone app. I'm hoping this is a glitch being worked on as I really liked the app when everything was working. The watch is new and dafit is what the instructions said to use.

Two updates since my original review and still no new quality watch faces. How about the one used for the app thumbnail? A nice chronograph face like the one on the Amazon listing? The newest update fixed the problem with the weather data now displaying again, but the touch screen is very intermittent. Need to touch and swipe multiple times before it functions. The app is OK, but the lack of high quality, elegant looking watch faces is disappointing. Please add better faces

I too was having problem connecting to the weather but that is now fixed. The last 2 days watch will not connect to my phone to answer calls. Has worked fine for months but all of a sudden just will not pair to phone. Has there been an update since March? Everything works fine except pairing the watch to my phone or any other Bluetooth device. I love my watch and this app has been great. I hope it is a glitch in the app and can be fixed.

On the whole a nice app, but certainly can't access loads of downloadable faces. There are some, but not hundreds. Also, the date format is YYYY-MM-DD and can't find a way to change it to UK format DD-MM-YYYY. Don't see how emails can be shown, unless they're covered by the "others" in notification settings. So far, can't get the shutter button on LIGE smartwatch NK-09 to take a picture. Using Samsung A50. No response from developer.

Everything works well for me just as it should. Some functions aren't 100% accurate but pretty close. My only complaint would be it would be nice to close the app without uninstalling it. For me once the process started there's no way to exit even when I go in settings and apps and tell it to force close it still won't close. Other than that everything functions decent.

Was Good, until update. Now it doesn't work right. I walk 6 to 10 miles a day at work, it is now only showing 2 miles at most. The notifications are spotty and call function as well. I wish it showed how many miles in a week. Oh it's been just showing steps, not miles. I have to use it do to my watch but not to happy with this.

After having this watch, and the app associated with it, it is merely "average". I've never owned a smartwatch device. This provides basic health data; HR, BP (a joke), step counter (a joke), fitness/running timer, and sleep tracker. The BP feature is hugely inaccurate. The step counter doesn't count steps, it counts your arm's movements. The sleep tracker is mediocre at best. I woke up last night to use the bathroom, and went back to sleep. I fell asleep until 9am. The app shows 3am only.

I got this watch because it has more features than my previous fit bit 3. Everything seems to be working good so far, I've had it for 2 weeks now. The only tracker I question is the sleep tracker. It's always off by 1.5 to 2.5 hours. Not sure if it needs an upgrade. Would be nice to manually change the time when you sleep.

Pretty impressed. Seems spot on when measured with professional equipment. Solid price, and good product. There watches look and work well. And the app is SO user friendly. Everything incredibly easy to set up. Had the watch ready to go within 5 minutes without the instructions. Exactly the way I wanted. Good job.

We cannot save more than 6 watch faces in the list, and from that the first 5 are of your choice only. Atleast option for keeping 10 watch faces should be available. If you cannot do that then you should allow us to replace the saved watch faces on the app. When I am downloading new face it just replace the one which is stored or downloaded recently. I mean the first 5 faces are non replaceable which are not at all good in looks. You guys want us to keep those coz you like them.

Watch faces are too limited in the app, further watch faces are not being downloaded. I'm trying a lot since I've started using the app but I'm not able to download watch face. It's continuously showing downloading but no progress is shown regarding downloading of watch faces. Even I'm not able to get back from the downloading page. It's really annoying to see this. This is creating headache to me. Please update the app as soon as possible. It's creating disturbance and destroying the excitement

One of the worst apps I've used. a. Recorded workout disappears from log after showing up on the device for a whole day No tabulated view of excercise data, the visuals need to be better b. Or workout doesn't get recorded at all c. Steps data changes. It's 10.1k at the end of the day, but the next morning replaced by random steps data. Sometimes a few days' data gets erased! d. Doesn't connect with Google fit Oh, and Looks like the watch faces are made for kids

Im using GTab GT3, and its been connected to my WhatsApp. But whenever i get a voice message, the audio is played in the watch. I want the audio to be played in the phone itself. Kindly resolve this issue. Hoping for a positive feedback. Thank You.

Watch faces ....... I would really ... really .... really like to have access to some nice watch faces. Some of these are outright "zero effort" products, and that's fine man. Maybe some people dig that. I got this watch after developing some heart issues. It's great to be able to see my heart rate and some approximation of my blood pressure and o2 levels. Doesn't have to be scientifically exact. I take some comfort in being able to see if I'm trending toward having a problem. But these faces.

It has been working fine since day 1. I'd love to see some changes on the tab to change watch screens. I made a custom one and one thing I noticed is that I can't have the battery life symbol on it, which it would be great if it was available. Another thing is you can only download and save one watch screen on the app. Besides that I'm enjoying it.

Very limited and surprised to see it's the same app that works with my Space crafter watch that failed about a month after I bought it. All I did was accidentally wear it in the shower. Immediately upon being splashed on, not submersed it failed 2 days later it was operational again but several weeks later not failed completely. They only have a 2 WEEK WARANTY. WATCHES From Wish are as good or better than this high dollar Chinese made junk with a terrible app. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

App is ok it needs some work. Being able to update features is a must. It needs to be better organized. I feel like you could do more with it.. there are definitely some things that you need to debug. I'm running on android and sometimes the messenger don't come thru and I'd love the ability to quick reply on my watch.

It's great to see the update to connect to Google fit, but it is only sharing the steps, and not all the other details like training or sleep and other vitals like heart rate, BP, Oxygen level, etc. I am using a Crossbeat ACE smartwatch and also the firmware could use upgrade like more than 3 notifications, clearing notifications and cutomisation to menu order for easier access. Also the app could use some redesign.

Facing an issue with the calls. The numbers are showing with 91 in the prefix and the calls are not getting connected saying that the number is not valid. Kindly get the update done and add a '+' sign before 91 so that we don't need to face the problem. And when we receive a call or we call someone from the phone then the speaker of my Ninja Watch should not sound.
