I've used this app on and off for the last 5 years. If you do the exercises properly on 10 minute work it will tone you up nice. When your good you can repeat it to double work out. Love it
love the different, simple, yet challenging, excersies. you have three different sets of workouts, love you have 5, 8, and 10 minutes sessions, and no equipment necessary. perfect for beginners starting their ab workouts.
Had the paid version on my old phone now it wants me to pay £15 for the ad free version of all the apps and this version now has adds and only 2 work out programmes. Will not be paying £15 when I already paid for this app individually.
There's no point downloading the free version you only get two sets of exercises. There's much better free fitness apps such as fit on that have lots of workouts and are actually free.
When I used this app years ago it was 5 stars. Taking off 2 stars for getting rid of the applause after "workout complete" and all the ads it now has. The old app was better.
App works well with good demonstrations. Really good workout too. With persistence, this has given me a stronger core than any other workouts.
This is the most best app it help me breath well and now it's just the app is great we have a personal trainer on screen it's really easy and I hope everyone download this app thank you so much
I love this app! I have used it for many years (5 smartphones ago!). I love the 10 minute ab workout, which I do usually after an elliptical or treadmill workout.
I use it everyday on level one 5-minute workout, and I got abs and back relief. Highly recommend it. Drawback, ads.

It's very easy to follow. It showed me exercises that I had never heard. I actually felt it working unlike other apps
nice app could use longer interval for rest/repositioning between workouts. Recommend 15-20 seconds.
Easy to use, only need a spare 10/15 minutes and can pick up and drop off workouts at own leisure.
😅Feels like im writing for a Saturday morning infomertial. This workout Hurts. Im greatful for the pause feat. 😢Took me pausing over 10 times ro make it through 5 minutes.., But it's Only Five Minutes. Even i (😏the laziest guy i know) can give up 5 minutes a day to feel confident with no shirt on. Two weeks of every day and I'm sure I'll see the difference 5min can make. 😭The proof's in my pain. 🤭
Couldnt do anything! Everytime i tried ads wohld keep popping up not allowing me to click on any of the training.
The exercises are simple yet very effective. I like the fact that you can choose the workout times.

I'm enjoying this. Variety in the exercises and the duration of the workouts. Great for taking a 5 minute break at work to get some ab work in or a longer time at home. No equipment needed! My only complaint is the reminders don't work. Maybe because it's the unpaid version, but if that's the case, they should be disabled.
