Really good free program (but eventually switched over to the paid version). Ads are present but they're not omnipresent they don't overwhelm. The free version has a good selection of exercises and isn't overly crippled compared to the paid version. It's a 4 out of 5 because there are some features missing it doesn't seem like a complete 100% perfect solution but it's good
I've had this app for so many years and it's the best at home workout app! It's great that you have time intervals to choose from so even if you only have 5 minutes you can get something done! It speaks to you so you don't need to see the screen, and your music works in the backround but you can hear the instructions. Great app thanks!
Awesome app by far the best app I've used for working out. It is very effective. I used it for two-three weeks generally concentrating on my booty and people were raving about how the growth was significant. The experience is holistic, from the graphics, the demonstrations and the voices of the coaches are not annoying at all. If you want to effectively work out. This is the app.
So far this app is super easy to use and I feel like the targeted areas are really getting worked. The exercises are fun and you don't need any gym equipment. Each exercise is a separate video with autoplay and a countdown so you have more control over what you are doing. This app just might be the best I could find for exercising in a house with young children that always need things from me, lol.
This app is really great. It's bare bones with some simple customization options if you pay for the Pro version. I recently hurt by knee and I can select which exercises I'm able to do and create my own workout. I didn't choose 5 stars because I would love to be able to create an account so that I can log in on my iPad and Android phone without paying twice and creating workouts twice.
Overall good app. The basic interface allows new users to jump right into preset routines. Once the routines start, the timer starts relatively fast and doesn't allow a lot of time to learn the exercise. Also the inability to choose which exercises to do could be improved upon.
i love it! the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars was because the rest between exercises. I'd like to be able to customize those. i saw somewhere where they said it's 7 seconds but from what the workout says it's 3 so I'm not sure. if i do a randomized workout, i barely have enough time to gather the equipment i need and take a breath. i love they use free weights though! most apps make you do body weight the whole time and i hate that. also a 15 and 25 min workout option will be great!
Not sure how many stars to give it. 2 exercises in side lunge squat and the cartoon is heavily hyper-extending his knees past his toes, so dangerous! I guess this would be a good app for people who know what to do and not do . Am going to uninstall it and go back to Shona Virtue method.
Short, effective workouts! Have used this app off and on throughout the years. It has made some nice adjustments. Great variety, and user interface! Would like to see some more workout time options, such as 15 and 20 minutes. This is my current go to for my busy schedule.
Nice try, but needs improvement. More audio feedback is needed to indicate when an exercise is about to end. The random selection of exercise has no structure. It switches too quickly between standing exercises and floor exercises. Up and down in 3 seconds, that is too little time.
I have been enjoying this training application for many years and I am very happy, and very grateful for how great and effective has been. It really have been helping me a lot. This application it does not take much time the full variation of workouts; but definitely your body can show the positive changes and you can feel them too. I truly give it 5 and plus Stars!
I have loved this app for years but the latest update makes me wish for the older version. In Landscape view on tablet and phone the instructions are not visible, the countdown clock is white on a pale grey background, ie. NOT visible, the pause button is now to the right of the screen rather than centred as per every other app with reverse, pause and forward. Please review what your update has done.
I absolutely love this app, and gives you a step by step guide on how to do each exercise. I've already got good results and I can just see it in the mirror. My favourite sections of the app are but, legs, and cardio. This app also makes me look forward to do it everyday !
I think that this app is better than any other. I kept on doing workouts on youtube and they were not good workouts. Then I look in the play store and I get this! It was nothing like ive ever experienced. Thank you so much! I LOVE THIS APP!! But I just wish that the full version was free.
VERY PLEASED! Recently lost 50lbs thru diet & basic exercises like these. Currently working on maintenance & toning, was getn bored w/ same ol' routine. This app (free version) has my standard faves & some new/varied exercises that are challenging my muscles in different ways. I heavily depend on reviews for apps & had been searching for 1 like this, that didn't spam my phone w/ ads. So glad to have found this!
I've went through a lot of apps. And this one is definitely the best. For people who really want to work out and not only do 5 min a day. You can choose to exercise only a part of the body or do a mix of all. I used it a long time ago and I'm using it again. Very real results in between 1 month or 3 depending on how much effort you put on each exercise. Try it but stick to it everyday.👍👌
definitely gets your heart pumping and the sweat going, has good workouts for beginners to intermediary exercises. only improvement I would suggest would be a target weight mechanism in which the exercises would increasingly get more difficult every fortnight or week. apart from that it's an excellent app!!
Developers! Can you PLEASE display # of calories burned w each segment? App now critical in my life. Always been too lazy, undisciplined & clueless what to do. Decades of serial starvation. Personal trainers. 0 results. Here, no obstacles or impediments. You know it's not going to overwhelmingly exert. So you just start. Switches up so fast, way before you can't anymore. 20 min; you feel fully worked out. So it's easy to pick up again: No anxiety. I only w.o 3x/wk. And I'm losing weight.
Perfect for me. I used this in college as a jumping off point to exercise and did fairly well. The timed confirmation is a definite needed part that drew me back to this app. Here's to hoping I get back into shape enough to use it as a jumping off point again.
I love this app. I'm an athlete and sometimes you want some direction with your workouts. Its very easy to use and has good excersises. I do wish there were longer workout options but other than that I love this app.
it needs a resting time to prepare for next exercise. it gives you about 3 seconds to prep for the next one. the coach needs to be more involved. I've tried the 30 day fitness challenge app and liked their setup. gonna go back to that one.
Being an older person, I like the fact I can go my own pace. The exercises are reasonable for what you're looking to do : abs, whole body, whatever. Wish more workouts without cost, but I am quite happy. Doing better on completing entire set.
Great app to maintain a routine and stay in shape, with good explanations and videos, variations and nice rythm. It used to work with Google Fit, but the option to link it to an account seems to be gone now :/
All of my quibbles have a work-around. If I'd like a 15 minute work out - I can just do a short full body workout then add a focused workout on, say, cardio. On my tablet, I could even lengthen the time between exercises to give more time to get up from or down to the floor. I haven't found that function on my phone, but everything else works the same.
This app is great! I just wish the number of calories burned for each workout was displayed with the workout options, so you could choose a workout based off that.
Been using it for years. Simple, no stress, and a great way to keep on top of your health/training while traveling or when life gets to hectic to hit the gym like you should.
The app is doing what is it supposed to do. -1 star for the UI, not many people are eager to get premium with this UI. -1 star for missing stretching after and before exercise, beginners have higher risk of injury. Next, the exercises should be chosen at the beginning of a session, not randomly changing when I step back to rewatch the instructions. There should be a way to disable some exercises. Also, there should be a button to extend the break so I have time to understand the instructions.
