Very glitchy, very buggy, one moment I try to open my business and next second I'm directed back to the home screen. Closes for no reason all the time. Can't ever set my favorite features. Difficult payment even via links and codes. Randomly switches to the home screen. If this wasn't the 'standard' payment service I would have ditched this since years, good grief!

Error occured constantly for a whole week. Tried to open menu but stuck at loading. Even tried to open the app, but just stuck at "DANA". Tried to open eMas, then the whole app became untouchable/unclickable. My device works just really fine with other financial app, but not this one.

Premium account. Want to buy something in A+ Rewards. I couldn't finish the payment due to security reason. Ask customer care, they didn't give me the answer clearly and they asked me to send my data again. Actually, I had sent my data through premium account verification. Poor service

This is my first time writing a review because I'm mad. Just spent the last 10 minutes trying to top up my other e wallet using the "saldo digital" service offered by DANA. It does not work at all. It keeps on saying "your session has expired, please try again" well I've tried again dozens of times and still not working. I'm so mad and tired right now. Please fix this

my dana apps have been updated, and i never log out my account in this apps. and i have transaction in every month which is i often to use this apps. but there is some problem with this app for just now, my account suddenly log out, and when i tried to log in with my account, i got notice "you've been inactive for too long" even actually i active every month. please fix my account

Updated, now I can login and make transaction, thank you.. -- Not using DANA for quite long. And now I want to give it a try again. But when login, it display an error message, "Been inactive too long." The problem is, what should I do? There is no suggestion at all!! I cant believe it.

This app keeps downgrading me to non-premium. Reapply upgrade isn't necessary because the e-KTP is already registered. Contacting CS is useless. What really a non-premium account can do on Dana? Can't even handle a Netflix payment due to payment limit on non-premium account.

Sy melakukannya transaksi isi top up pulsa sebesar 60rb, tp sampai saat ini saya tidak kunjung menerima pulsa tersebut, and i was contacted customers service regarding this problem, and they told me to wait, but until now I didn't get my data and the customer services are very slow response, and also they don't even text you back even you told them that you need it right now because it's urgent. So I won't recommend this apps, this is so embarrassing.

First experience to top up e-money for 500K and after 7 days, the top up never happened, all evidence already submitted of screen shot last balance and last checking, as always standard customer resolution, will be processed, be patient, still being investigated, and it's too long already. I'm so regret using DANA to top up my emoney. First and the last and soon will be uninstalling this apps.

The app is very buggy, it quits randomly and sometimes it doesn't respond for 30 or maybe more second and it doesn't have auto refresh. And i used the app only for roughly 15 minutes

Before i update the App, i can see my account and total amount of my savings, and i'm trying to top-up following the instruction on the App using an ATM machine at every place and is does'nt work or Failed notice. i was thought when i'm update the App there is can fix or can troubleshoot the issue. but until now the app is never or can't be opened still stuck on the startup screen APP

Free transfers are good, but absolutely garbage if the transfer is pending. All pending payment to va will be automatically cancelled by system. Also, the free transfers count decreases even though the payment cancelled by system, weird. EDIT: All those problems are fixed, thank you.

Don't ever try My Bills feature, a few days back I set up auto payment for some bills due on 1st day every months. From 7 auto payment seted up it's been going 2 succeed and 1 failed. Instead of auto payment pay it one by one is the fastest way, but I cannot cancelled at all the service that has already set. There are no information about the progress, nor what time the auto payment will be processed. Just assumed it will be done during 24 next hours, but I really need it now.

I have no idea what you guys have done to the app, but ya'll ruined it. It became laggy, glitchy, closing itself, keep taking me to face verification, etc. You got me embarrassed waiting in front of cashier while others queuing behind me, because the balance didn't change after I top up, but my mbanking sent the money. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Laggy, pending payment 3 days already, poor customer service (no solution at all), reported on whatsapp (the case wasn't solved then suddenly closed the ticket). OJK should check on this.
