Dawn of Isles

A lot of good quality and good work, the graphics, control and gameplay are smooth and nice to play but I don't have the motivation to continue further (have just left the first island), the way it is I think it feels very monotonous and I would prefer to play this type of game on other platform, like PC as it feels wrong/not comfortable to play on mobile.

I'm not a dumb. If I said it doesn't work in mobile data, it's just true. I have a better mobile data than Wi-Fi, but no, impossible to connect with mobile data, with good environment etc etc, with full MB in 4G+ it doesn't work, and I have trying to connect many many time and no, impossible to connect if I don't switch to wifi. So fix it.

I have been searching for what feels like forever trying to find a good RPG game. Honestly, this is it. I wanted something with nice graphics, and coloring. Just over all design upgrade from what I was used to seeing. Voice acting is really good ontop of a compelling story. The thing that has me sold is the fighting buttons, and abilities. Instead of just spamming one ability, you have different combo moves you can pull off when using one after another. The rating should be much higher than this.

The most complete MMORPG I have ever played, hands down. It has a fluid combat system, intuitive controls, a customizable island, mini-games, and more. I do, however, find fault in the lack of customization with characters. The skins are too expensive, so if you're a non-casher, tough luck, you're stuck with your VERY BASIC and BORING outfit (unless you want to spend a minimum of 20 bucks for a decent one). Mounts, too, are very expensive. Overall, the game is very fun. Good job, devs!

I like it so far. Only real problem that I've noticed is that it will only connect to server when on Wi-Fi(doesn't really matter which one because I tried a few and it even connected to the Mcdonalds Wi-Fi). Not too bad unless you're traveling and wanna play on the go. Other than that pretty good. Update: Always nice to see a developer reach out and fixing issues. Will bump up to 4 then 5 once issue is fixed. Thank you

Really want to like this game but I cannot recommend it as it is. Graphics look good, gameplay is fun, no beat you in the face P2W (at least not yet in my experience,) the game itself is great. Too bad it does not work over a data connection at all. WiFi? No problems. 4G LTE+ with full bars? Nope! Please fix this, it completely ruins any draw to a mobile game if you can't be mobile!

Addicting till you reach higher levels / The game is fun, you dont need to spend a single cent. Love the base building. Graphics are pretty. Pet system is a brilliant addition. Only issue is, the XP limit. Why would you limit us? Allow the player to level up as much as he or she can, as long as they are dedicated, or raise the XP cap with the player level. Because, it certainly isn't high enough. At this rate it will take people 2 to 3 days to get 1 level, and that is not something anyone wants.

I really want to love this. There are so many good and cute things about it, but 2 things stop me from a perfect 5 stars. 1) The tutorial locks down menu access, which means that if you want to try a different characters class, you have to grind out the same tutorial, 5 levels of fetch quests plus storyline. 2) the camera is locked vertically such that you cannot see more than 30ft ahead of the character. Not only is it limiting, but it is disorienting and forces reliance on autopathing.

i love the game, i wish there were a few things that were done differently. first I wish you could do dungeons alone, sometimes i find myself standing at the dungeon entrance for 15 minutes before finding just 2 other players to hit the bare minimum to enter. secondly, i wish you could craft items and upgrade buildings without having to wait days to obtain all the materials needed unless you pay money. other than these things i love the game, auto navigation makes life easy and relaxing.

I love this game to bits! I repaired the client and it fixed the crashing! the game is perfectly playable and even though there are some small bugs here and there, the team does their best to fix it and has a quick response time. The game itself has easy controls and paying is not required to "win" or get ahead! the only thing that bothers me is that classes dont have different genders and you cant yet skip the beginner tutorial with each character. Characters also arent saved across servers

consider this game is legend of Zelda and multiplayer mashed together into mobile. beautiful graphics, great storyline, and a lot of fun. however it is ruined by two things, one is the fact that there's Auto quest, which makes the game way too easy, two comes with the camera is locked in one position and is not able to zoom in or change the view. other wise a great game, keep it up!

Great game, love the character selection screen. Things I would hope to change, however. Is the ability to change the angle of viewing up and down, so we can look in all dimensions.... also, text is cut off by my notch and the app has the ability to change this in my system settings disabled.... please allow us to control our fullscreen mode. Beautiful. The graphics are absolutely stunning even on the default settings, but when using the Ultra settings, it looks spectacular. I love how easy the crafting system is, how engaging the battle system is with the elements making some of your skills change. Though, I am a Free to Play kind of person at the moment so the sort of VIP rewards nature of it is an eye sore but that doesnt change my review, I merely wish that this game gave equal benefits to all players in the future.

This game is super fun and super refreshing to play. It kept me wired for a while. But as soon as you hit level 50+ it starts to get a little boring, a little repetitive and theres gaps in the story that require you to level up to unlock. I wouldn't necessarily have a problem with this if the level requirements weren't so high and they put more in the chunk of the story. I just got to 55 to unlock another chunk of the story and not even 15 minutes later it told me I had to level up to 60.

if you like Diablo and survival games this game is for you. character customization is surprisingly deep for a mobile game, which was VERY pleasing. the only thing i wish is the ability to change skin color and perhaps some hair options. It looks good, UI is nice, not overly complicated, but i do have a question: i just started, but why add "regen" as a bar stat in character selection if the Dancer is literally the only class that can do it? Just seems like unneeded padding.

Great gameplay, decent story and translation, very good art style. The only thing I can complain about is giving us some skin and hair color options in the character creator, as well as few basic hair styles to choose from. I really hope the devs see this and add that in, would make the game even better. I would complain about the fact that theres only like 7 costumes in the game, but I have a feeling the devs will add more over time.

HELP! I had to uninstall the app. When I reinstalled, all my characters are gone! My Warmage was over level 70! I had bound my account to Google play as well as Facebook! Now it's asking me to create new ones. Please HELP! Beautiful artstyle. Amazing voice acting. Full of life. Soothing colors. Tons of activity. Constant events. Multitude of mini games. Rewarding exploration. Unique elemental interaction. Cool action animations. PETS!!! A breakthrough in the MMO genre! I highly recommend it.

as far as mobile mmorpgs go, I'd recommend this one the most. the art style is really nice, the theme of islands is quite cute and the gameplay is pretty standard, but has interesting elemental combo mechanics. the reason this is not 5 stars is because I find the character customization very lacking. I just think that options to change hair, body type and skin tone would add some much needed variety. the quests can also get repetitive.

I downloaded this game because from the screenshots of gameplay it really reminded me of BOTW. The world, the music, even some of the character design. This is one of the most relaxing MMOs I've ever played. I'm really enjoying it so far. I do wish there were more character customization options and less stuff you have to pay for if you want it.

I was really hype to play this after starting it up. It's pretty top-notch visually, everything is detailed and colorful and animated very well. It's a little goofier than I was hoping for, but I could get past that. I couldn't get past character creation without issues, and once I did get past it I encountered more. Since my identity is kind of important in the context of an RPG where I'm creating my own character, these issues are deal-breaking. [NO HAIR STYLES OR COLORS, OR SKIN TONES] Character creation is surprisingly detailed, especially considering how small players are on the screen. Even more surprising is that hair style and color cannot be changed, despite this being one of the most easily visible and identifiable parts. The same goes for skin tone, which is even more visible. Strangely enough, eyebrow style and color can be changed, despite there being no way to match the hair to it. I searched around, and read a post about customization at level 30, but if I have to get that far into the game to finally see what my hair options are then no thanks. Further googling didn't produce anything informative about hair styles, so I guess everyone just has the same hair [NAME FILTER IS OVERKILL] I have no idea what the filter is catching, but it makes it very difficult to name anything. If it's going to be using completely arbitrary rules that catch specific combinations of letters can't be identified, it either needs to be fixed or it needs to be removed. [TRIED TO PLAY AS GUEST, WAS FORCED TO CONNECT WITH GOOGLE PLAY] I initially logged into Google Play, but logged out and used a guest account to see what the game was like before I committed to it. A little ways into the tutorial, the game just logged me back in, with no input from me. I don't know if this means I'll be missing out on new-player login rewards should I decide to try this game out at a later date, but it would be annoying if that were the case. (Sorry for the formatting, Google doesn't seem to care about preserving paragraphs.)

Overall, it seems very well developed and has a similar feel of a console rpg game but with the fun mobile multiplayer aspect. Although i have 2 main recommendations. 1, it would be nice to have a little less players shown on our screens since they tend to crowd around popular spots and makes the world more chaotic. 2, have an option to implument the camera control to the main movement controls so as we are walking, fighting, doing quests, we are able to adjust the camera easily.

Customizing your character, can have multiple accounts, very adventurous, unlocking new islands, taming pets, decorating your home, upgrading and adding new buildings to help on your journey, doing tasks, missions, dungeons, etc. its really fun, and a lot better than the others similar to things like this. I love it, I'm quite addicted to it and can't put it down. I highly suggest giving it a try, starts off in story mode but once you're through that its hella fun from there :)

Normally I don't like RPG's at all. I saw the screenshots of this and I thought well, let's give it a shot. One of the best desicions I have ever made. This game is great! Story wise and graphics wise. It plays great, movement is fluid and great, controls are easy to get used to. The grind for items isn't that hard wich makes it even better. Don't hesitate and download the game!

A smooth, intuitive and unique mobile MMO. While the ability system is relatively limited (similar to the MOBA system), the elemental effects and all of the flexibility that comes with them make the gameplay feel fun and never repetitive. Character customization is absolutely gorgeous, with an immense amount of details that can be worked with (again, in a mobile MMO). Really hope the developers bring more pets, mounts, costumes and abilities to the table. The game deserves to be big.

Best MMORPG I've played. It has LOTS of activities to do, you always have something to do even if you're bored (water plants, do dungeons, deity errands, interesting side quests etc). I've seen people complain about difficulty to lvl up after certain level and this is true and very important. It is only logical that thing get more difficult as you level up, you have to think more, find different strategies, rely less on auto-battle. Only downside I see are prices for costumes & mounts.

The game as a whole is nice. Good graphics, mostly intuitive controls. But to progress in the storyline, the game requires you to play dungeons that require a team. So if you can't get two or more other people to join your team when you're playing, you're SOL. I just uninstalled after being stuck on the second dungeon for two days.
