Days Left (countdown timer)

I have been using this for years and I love it. It stopped working when I upgraded to Android 10. It would only update the countdown when you clicked on the icon to edit the settings and then closed it down again. When I saw this was still getting 5 star reviews I knew it was something about my phone. A simple restart of my phone got it working again after months of not updating. Back to 5 stars again. I'm very happy. Updated on 24-July-2020 Stopped working again.

It won't even open. It plops a widget onto the home screen but that's all it does. Tap the widget, long-press it, double-tap---it doesn't matter. It displays what someone thought would be a helpful tutorial but is just a series of pictures of some phone I do not have.

I used this app as a countdown for a trip. I started it at 40 days before we left. It worked great.....until the last 2 weeks when I had to open the app to get the days left number to change. It kind of sucked because I couldn't just look at the widget and see the days left and it was so close to the end of the countdown.

I don't remember when I started using this; it was many phones and tablets ago. It's been a quality app for a looong time. It simply counts down days till, or, days since. And it does so with style. This version does not seem to have little icons for different things; I miss that.

I'm not sure what happened but the older version was better. This version has ads on top of ads as soon as I hit 'save'. The color scheme is weird; before I could use different sizes now just one size. It's just annoying to be forced into an "update"

I used this app before and it worked great, but this time it doesn't seem to be updating the days unless I actually open the app, making the widget basically worthless. I'm assuming they did this to force you to view the ads. Either way, it's been uninstalled because it wasn't actually counting down like it is supposed to do.

I've used and loved this app for years. However, it has started to miscalculate the days, and always tells me that there is one more day left than there really is. I've tried fiddling with it, changing the time, etc, but nothing works. Please fix this!

App has stop working, it keeps freezing on the screen widget day. I have to open the app for it to make the days continue to countdown I don't know why this has stared to happen it was working fine. Shame because it was a very useful app.

Great App that does exactly what it says and does it well. 5*****Stars. However, just a suggestion if anyone is listening. If you were to mark days from your wedding for example, you could show 5655 days or 10655 days. It would be nice if the widget also showed this in years and months and days. then 6******Stars.

This used to be really cute and it was nice picking the design and colors (but it did get tedious after awhile), but now you have to open the app everyday to get an accurate number. Uninstalled and got a new widget.

Simple widget that works perfect for a home screen. Transparency setting is a great feature. Great widget when you want something that is not overwhelming your screen.

Love the app and all the upgrades. I have only one suggest and that is add a field for a telephone number. I use the app when testing a trial based application. It would be great to have the telephone # readily available.

It worked well on my old phone. But on my new phone, every time I added a date; this app would show me. Long list of other apps. That's as! Not no-ads. Too annoying!

Both me and my wife have this App on our phone to see how long it's been since we got married. Obviously we have the same date but the App shows a different number of days... (mine is one day off - one too many). The App only has one job, and it appears it can't even do that!

The day count often gets stuck and will only fix itself if I click into the widget. Today it said 12 days until I clicked on it and it jumped to 9. Happens all the time. Not reliable.

I've been using days left for years and it's always so much fun to find an event that you can add to your home screen and give yourself account down to something terrific.

Simple. Easy. You can customize the colors. I needed one that would show the countdown on my home screen without my having to open it to see. This one fits the bill.

Useless and confused app. Uninstalled immediately after installing coz it has peculiar instructions to follow. Why complicate an app that should be user friendly. Should be only used by its creators and those that can get a 1O1 contact with the creator(s). It has been a total disappointment to me.

Functions well but it would be nice to be to select the skin from a drop down list rather than scrolling through the whole selection to see what is available.

This is the easiest widget for future and past days. Lots of colors and pictures to choose from. It's the smallest also. I don't want it to take up half a screen.

I've been using this app on my last 3 phones, this is a great app. Side note, more vibrant color selection would be nice. You can discontinue grafite, to depressing.

I love that it only takes up one space unlike other's where it's a whole line. I also like I can customize the color and add icon instead of words or both.

I used to really like this app. Now, "days remaining" do not adjust until I open app and close it. It used to display correctly from my wallpaper without going into app. And like the others, do NOT like wood theme

This app is full of functionality. The appearance of the widget is fully colour customisable with a colour wheel. It also has a notification system.

Works great. The add popup with every sdjustment in annoying, but simple and effective. Would be nice if repeat worked in a cycle other than just weeks...

I love to add the countdowns to events and the new backgrounds available are really nice. It is super helpful when the kids are always asking "how many more days until..." :). Thank you for this app!

This app is simple and straightforward. If you're counting down to something important and you want to focus on that instead of fussing with an app then this intuitive app is for you. I'm very pleased with it.

Had this on multiple phones but it isn't the same app now - very limited options and sizes - and no explanation. Used to be 5 stars, not now. It works as before but it's needlessly limited. Looking at replacements :-(

Stopped working. The countdown shows when I open it, but the widget stopped updating. If I poke it, sometimes it will update.

An icon appears on my screen and it did nothing. I can't even remove it. It didn't even indicate the correct amount of days till the date. Nothing of this app works.
