Purchased the full app. The only thing I can still access is the free option. After about 6 months they finally offer a refund. Sounds good right? The only way to get said refund is through a Mac or Windows PC, odd that you can purchase on a phone but a refund but is next to impossible. Save your money use the free option which in all fairness is awesome.
As soon as you open the app, a disturbing audio is played. Then when clicking on the only free option, another disturbing audio plays and it has now set off my anxiety. The whole point of apps like these is to help people relax and sleep, not create unnecessary potential triggers like eery and unsettling music. First time trying to find a helpful app, I can no longer continue my search. Very disappointed and upset.
I paid the $20 for all sessions, then clicked on one and it charged me another $5 for the individual one, still though, I can only access the free one. I uninstalled the app, then reinstalled, as recommended to update my purchase, but I can still only view the free one. I would like to be able to use them all, especially since I paid for them, but cannot ever get through to customer service
I love it! I have listened to the free one 3 times and I still have no idea what the ending says. I could feel it within minutes. My whole body relaxing and my mind shutting down. The man you hear has a hypnotic voice. I have bought one of the paid ones and plan to get them all. I was so skeptical but it really works!
I bought the expansion pack for £13 to get all the apps and then they didn't work, would not allow me to provide feedback as everything I click "more" it shows "loading" then disappears, it has also messed up my phone! When I access the app it I get an error at the bottom that shows "no internet" when clearly still connected to the Internet via WiFi or 4G. I want a refund, SCAM!!
I've had this app since the beginning. I want more. Looking for updates for more options and hope to see them soon. I am about to also purchase the in app full version in a few of the different segments and hope they are still available. (PER reviews the purchase would be accepted but No updates works). I also hope they will transfer to the 5g phone I will soon get. (PER reviews will not). Love what I do have of Mindifi but wish they kept up with developments, updates and had customer service.
It's a free app but you basically have to buy all the hypno sessions except one for £13, so basically not free? Having said that, the sessions are very good and varied so worth paying for. I would recommend it if you like this kind of thing.
What a Rip-Off!! I should have first read the numerous reviews about getting scammed. I have purchased several sessions but when I try to access them, it prompts me to buy all 11 sessions for $19.99. When I choose the No Thanks option, it reverts back to the Buy option, even though I have been charged. This has been the case over the last 6 months of session purchases. How can these Cons keep up this fraud for so long?!?
I have been using the free version for quite some time and am happy with the one free version. I decided to purchase the other 11 and did so on 3/15/19. However, I still do not have access to the other 11. sent an email for assistance and have not received a response. Was not expecting this to happen so I am bummed out. The email they listed is not a working email. Due to the loss of funds and no response I am changing my review to a 1.
This app works wonders. I've purchased the full version for multiple mindifi apps years ago and I praised this app. I've never had any issues up until this point, but now I have a problem. I recently upgraded to an Galaxy 10s+. For some reason, the app did not redownload the full features. I usually use them nightly to help me sleep. What can I do to get them back without purchasing them again?
I was using the free version for a while "sleep like a baby" which was great. Figured I use it so much I may as well purchase the full catalogue... Oh wow - the "wake up early" guided mediation is amazing!! Without fail I have naturally woken up before my alarm goes off! Jedi mind tricks!!! I'm now using the "mental spa treatment" one which is very nice!
The free feature is ok. (I had a really great app, but it's no longer available, and this is the best that I've been able to find.) Just don't pay for any other features. I purchased an additional session and haven't been able to access it. I purchased it over a month ago and have written to Mindifi without even a response. Use this free, but don't give them any of your money.
I've been using the free version of this app for months now. Finally decided to invest and buy the full version and as soon as I do, I don't have access to any of the additional audios. Total rip. Going to get a full refund and Uninstall asap.
I purchased the "special offer" bundle as I really liked the free sleep one, and it says purchase failed, but on Google play and my bank it shows I've bought them. tried emailing and it returns unsent postmaster reply. When clicking the more button it comes up with a loading bar and states there's no Internet which is rubbish. total Con don't waste your money
Having the exact same problem as previous reviews. Paid for the extra, changed phone, app says I already own the 11 other sessions but I can't access them. The last update of the site was 2013, so I suspect the developers have cancelled or finished with the app. Not happy.
this app is amazing !!! i I would give it 10 Stars if I could . BUT unfortunately I can only give it 2 Stars because for some reason I cannot restore the purchase I made of all 11 sessions . I originally bought them two or three years ago. Now with new ☎ only 1 sessions is showing & when i try to buy it agen ( BECUAS I LIKE IT SO MUCH) it tells me""I already have it!!"" & thares no way to restore my purchase or contact customer service!! B.S. IF YOU ASK ME !!!!
this app allows me to get to sleep and helps me not have flashbacks and nightmares. amazing app and it really does work if you give it a chance to. i wasnt a believer at first but now... well the rating speaks for itself.
I enjoyed the free version so I paid the $20 for all the audio, but the files never unlocked. Theres no way to contact developer through website. I've tried the email, but like others on here I've yet to have a response.
This app has saved me more often than I care to admit. I reinstalled it last night because I'd had enough of not sleeping and had tried everything to stop from stressing. 5-10 minutes in, I felt myself relaxing and slipping in and out of sleep. I slept better than I had in a really long time. Thank you for creating this app and sharing it with the world. I've recommended it to a bunch of friends who love it as much as I do!
I'm aware people have had some issues with purchases on this app, but just the content that's free is really really good! I have a lot of stress and anxiety and this is probably the only thing that gets me to sleep in under an hour. The only downsides for me are 1. you have to leave the screen on and I want total darkness, and 2. I don't see the need for all the permissions this app requires and it feels a little bit invasive. In my opinion it shouldn't need access to my phone etc.
