Destined to Love: Otome Game

I played an older version of this game a few years ago. The difference between then and now is vastly disappointing. I recently became interested in the game again and was excited to see a new character I liked from before have their route released. Not only has the whole format changed, even graphics downgraded it seems, but the story compensation for tickets is terrible. As everyone else has said, you get about ten minutes of storyline for an entire days worth of waiting. On top of that, it's not nearly interesting enough to pull you in to the story anymore. It's very cut and paste. I was going to continue and play to read this character's story, but seeing that the new reviews say collecting coins and grace is difficult now, I think I won't waste my time. Cybird makes great games otherwise so you should give their other stories a chance and leave this one behind.

I've completed 1 story playthrough so far and I loved it. The only down side is needing coins to purchase a lot of special items instead of being able to use the in game acquired gold. I just go with all the "Normal" options instead of the "Premium" option and I think the stories are great that way. I wish that there were more than just the 4 in English.

I think this is a cute game despite the chapters being short. The only main issue I have with the game is the way you have to get grace or charm or whatever it is. Unlike their other samurai game where you can do all your chances at once, here you have to do them individually. And in order to get any kind of bonus, you have to get five excellents in a row or you have to start all over. It's virtually impossible and it's irritating. If that little feature is changed, then I'll give five stars

My phone broke, I had this game on there4 months earning stuff such as clothes. I was so disappointed that I had 2downloaded this game again, because there was no way 2get back all the stuff from the game. Trying 2change the name was impossible still won't change from the stupid preset name as and basically not being able 2choose the way my avatar looked. This game was awesome at 1 point in time, but if U have played the past version and then this 1 U would agree I want old version back.

Absolutely love the storylines. However it is quite hard to complete a route for free. I've been stuck on the same avatar challenge for a month and a half trying to get enough gold to buy the needed item

I absolutely love the story and wish I could play more, but the last challenge takes forever to complete. There is also this glitch that I don't have any items, like I receive it from my present box but when I actually want to use it, I don't have any items! This makes it even harder than it normally is to complete challenges.

I really like everything but it feels like this game got neglected without being properly managed by anyone. There are few things that could be fixed to be better. 1. No daily login bonus. 2. No active story events you can participate except for the ones you need to spend your money on. 3. It would be nice if you could do the tea time for consecutive times rather than once at one time. 4. WHEN WILL ISAMI KONDO'S ROUTE BE RELEASED?! I've been waiting for years *cries*

For an otome game created in 2015 it's not THAT bad, but it is tough compared to the current cybird games. The events are no longer active since the last update in 2019, and they are pay to play. Stories are okay, but they take 2 months to get through and they're choppy. You will not get more closet for stuff and getting money in game is HARD. But it is fun. It's not a bad otome game, but it is a slow grind and takes a lot of patience. I give it a solid 7/10, but idk for how long I'll keep it.

I would have gave it 5, if it didnt take me almost two months playing every day just to be able to get enough points to read the final chapter of a character..yea, I get that you want people to buy things in the game but if you make it near impossible to finish game without spending most wont go on with it..theres one I do play, but it wasn't impossible to play without spending..I spend some money on it now..7-10 sentences do not make a chapter, a paragraph, but not a chapter...

Definitely not for me. I couldn't change the avatar to have long hair in the beginning. It just kept reloading. I also chose to have the background music on, but there was nothing. It feels very choppy and incomplete.

Somewhat fun, but could use a major overhaul. Character behavior is odd sometimes. Interface is clunky and unresponsive much of the time, and chapters are too short. There's no way to get free coins by watching ads.

Story is pretty nice, graphics too but ... Been playing this type of games for some time now and I am very familiar with the Mission parts where you have to gather some points to be able to move on. It is fair. But this game has mission after mission and the amount of points needed is ridiculous and hard to make. Mainly getting 10 points per try out of 15k let's say. Takes months to get. Even if adversar has lower grade you still can't beat and get only 10 pts and not 50. Too bad for the story.

I really like this game so far, I've only just started but it's fun and interesting. 😊 The only problem is that for players like me that can't afford to pay for the game I can already see it's going to get hard due to no daily log in gifts or chances to win free coins, so I may end up having to stop playing later on. 😕

The story lacks depth. I'm on Yamazaki's route and I was even amazed they fell in love because they barely talked about things when together. It was mostly just staring, nervous stammering, blushing and stuff. What makes Sengoku so great is how the MC and chosen guy grow closer through not only action but communication, which this lacks. The overall main screen layout needs a makeover too. Big pink bar won't go away, takes too long to get grace, can't do a 5x grace like the other games.

The story is wonderful just think the app could use some features to make it less repetitive to use like consecutive love battles instead of making us go in an out 5 times an the matchmaking for the battles need improvement I only get partnered with people way up in the ranks making it hard for me to earn gold an beauty so I can progress in my story.

i am playing other games by this Co, this is not on a level with the others. Firstly there are no daily log in bonuses, so unless you have friends 2 visit or pay real money, you're stopped from going past the very 1st check point. When doing lessons/tea time I've only ever gotten good, the daily good fortune part I don't see any point to at all. I doubt many play this game as every challenger is dressed in the base level avatar. can't comment on the game, as I have gotten anywhere.

I love all the other cyrid games but this one has gone downhill drastically. It's like this game has been completly abandoned. There is no music or sound like there used to be,which makes this game bleh now.That makes me sad because this game in particular(imo) had the best stories/characters. I used to put so much of my time(years)and some money into this game obviously for nothing. It's not the only issue but not enough space to address it.

I really enjoy the other Cybird apps, but this is definitely the worst one. It feels like they've abandoned updating it since the interface is straight out of 2015. Other reviewers' complaints about not being able to progress due to lack of gold are 100% valid and why I came here to write this review. I'd have no problem spending money to advance like I have on other otome games, but the issue is I feel like the second I do this game will end service since it's so poorly-supported.

This is an excellent game with great potential. I really really do love it. Okita even became my all time favourite. But it's sad to see that it seems deserted. Please don't give up on this game. I downloaded the jpn ver; I dont know enough jpn to understand eveything but I downloaded it anyway and saw the light this game deserved to be in, and it seems to be progressing quite well! Having amazing voice actors even! but I'd really love to see that amount of effort in the english version too.

I really enjoy the characters and their distinct personnalities. However, as a suggestion, you should add voices with the characters ( in Japanese, of course).

Cyrbid series games are my ABSOLUTE favorite, however destined to love In my option has always lacked.. dont get me wrong I still like it but I downloaded destined to love the same time I downloaded midnight Cinderella and midcin had about 4 events since I joined while destined to love had none,, i play ikensen ikerev mid and for those ones it's so much easier to get gold and get items to boost beauty while for destined to love I struggle so hard and it makes me stuck on a challenge for WEEKS before I can get the required amount of gold. Although the characters are cute~ sadly due to this I'm uninstalling for now! I simply just cant do duels until I reach 20,000 however I love this game just like I love all cybrid games and maybe one day I'll be back~

Lack of Customer Support. I've been trying to get my old account on and off for YEARS, but it seems like Cybird doesn't do anything for DtL anymore. No matter how many inquiries I send in I can't seem to get my old account back.... I still love this DtL, but I wish Cybird wouldn't leave it in in the dark compared to the other games....

I like it but there needs to be a faster way to get coins. I decided to buy more items for my character and then I can't continue the game because of the love challenge.

I can't understand the shutdown of the login bonuses and why the hiatus is so long. I was looking forward to new things and new routes but nothing happens. I'm thinking about deleting it. It was fun at first though.
