App seems progressively worse. A year ago app worked much better and was more user friendly. Current problems include: Quantities entered on lists or in cart multiply. Coupon filter choices clear after every two or three coupons clipped. When making a list it is necessary to reenter filter for "in store" for each item for you search. The list sort (by aisle asending, by aisle descending often provides skewed results.
App is great but I wish it allowed you to shop items from the as the way it does with coupons. with coupons you can tap a button to shop items the coupon applies to. with the ad you can only circle items to add to your shopping list, not your cart. Otherwise it's great!
I have tried to download this app twice now. I get all the way to the end where you have to enter credit card and wouldn't you know it every single one of mine has a problem supposedly. So I can't use it until there's a credit card in there. Stupid stupid app. So I thought I'd try it again and when I got to the part where you enter your Dillon's card number it said that was invalid and I had to put some number in there so I had to stop again. And I'm not stupid.
Happy with the service from ordering to delivering!! I've not had one problem at all. During the shopping part, I'm always contacted via text a substitution has been made...if I don't like it or do not want it just simply text them no thank you....
I think this app runs great but it could be a little more user friendly I can use it good but I have a lot of computer experience and some things are kinda hard to find it sure was great at the hight of COVID I just ordered and picked it up outside employees were great too.
This app gets changed more of than the actual store does. Complete trash. And as of lately......it's constantly asking to sign in/invalid credentials. Quickly become more of a hassle than helpful. Fix it!
When trying to delete items from cart they don't delete they pop back up. It's very annoying to delete them 10 times before they finally go away. Also when looking at coupons when you click on it to add items or just view, you never go back to where you left off while looking at the coupons. You have to scroll to find where you left off.
Fix your app. It is utterly and completely trash. You won't take Google Pay, so I attempted to set up Kroger Pay. It won't let me enter my card info. Maybe make sure your app works before you release it. I'm angry and I feel super inconvenienced. Maybe I'll just go to Walmart instead. I bet their app a least works.
For some reason this app won't act right when it comes to making and controlling the lists. Things get multiplied when it's not supposed to, deleting items on it's own, and changing items that you added to lists to something totally different sll the way around! Very frustrating not user friendly.
Can't tap pictures after latest update. When you found the savings on the home page that scroll, you could tap the picture and it would take you to those savings. Unfortunately it doesn't do this anymore. None of the pictures are tappable.
Fix the search bar. It keeps typing every letter twice. So takes forever to try to use the app
After the latest update I'm confused why some items are delivery but not pick up? They won't load for pick up but I guess someone there can deliver only half my order????? It's weird. It's NOT shipping either. Basic stuff like milk are showing up delivery only????
App is okay, wish had way to add items in a directly to cart not just list. Needs more sorting and filtering options.
I don't like the double charge. The authorization stays on my account at least a week on top of final billing. It keeps me from shopping Dillons as much as I would otherwise.
Digital coupons never show in the app I have to log into the website to load them where's the point of an app wasting space on my phone
We were sold 4 cans of the wrong Hormel Chili with our pick up order. We were also shorted one pudding cup. Otherwise, everything was great.
What's going on with the app? It will not create my order just sits there with a mostly blank screen like it's trying to but can't. 3 days now I've been trying to order groceries and this is still happening. Love Dillons/Kroger, love the app but this is frustrating. I have Uninstalled and re-installed, no change. Help please!!!
App is incredibly buggy and frustrating to use. Going back to Walmart from now on.
It's always strange what's offered within the app at my local store, isn't actually available at my local store, nor has it been. Not sure if this is an inventory update issue, or what. They need to get that figured out though for me to rate it higher than 3 stars. This issue makes it hard to plan and especially order from my store, as most items come back as out of stock. For example, app says my store carries Impossible meat in stock, but the store said they haven't carried it in over 8 months
you app most time takes for ever to load i have to get out of it several times and resrart it since i have updated it gotten worse now when i type anything i add more letters then i typed looks like scribbling
App is ok. Biggest flaw is when scrolling through coupons, selecting one, then going back to scrolling it takes me all the way back to the top and start over
App signed me out and now it won't let reset my password. Fix this issue.
Why do the filters reset when I look at a coupon and then go back?
The "Savings" menu is utterly pointless. It consists of coupons and ads. Why do we need the ad in there? We have a tab specifically for the ad. Why make us take an extra step to see the coupons? Especially when each page takes a long time to load. Just change the tab back to coupons only. Every time I am forced to update this app, it gets worse. Now the thing won't even work. It takes a few minutes to load and when I go to a different tab, it crashes.
I have had a lot of difficulty with this. Everytime i use this app and search a product it types the letter twice, example "eggs" it will type "eeggss". So i have to backspace after every letter. Very very annoying. I have tried reinstalling app. It also is confusing at checkout and sometimes re adds the previous cart. The other issue is it will say something like "buy 2 get 1 free" So i will put 3 in my cart and it will charge for all 3.
