I use the Discover app exclusively. It's user friendly and I love the quickness and ease of paying my bill each month through the app. Many great features! When you go into the app for the first time, just explore, look around. You'll find everything you could want or need right at your fingertips. Bravo 👏 Discover !!!! Keep up the good work ! (Who would have ever thought that a credit card company could be this appreciated? Go figure 😋)

One of the best CC apps. Customer Service resolves issues quickly, user friendly interface, fast payment system, etc. Highly recommend if you have an account. Update: For the last two months, it has become tedious trying to login. Login into my account takes roughly five minutes. The developer(s) need to resolve this issue. ***Login was fixed. Changed to 4 stars***

Amazing app for a credit card. I can view my spending, limit, FICO score, previous statements, and pay my bill all from the comfort of my bed. Its very easy to to use and intuitive. I can chat with support using a chat feature which guides me when I need to call and reduces wait time so im sent to the right department. The ONLY thing I want is a running balance on previous statements and not just the current one.

This isn't really about the app, although that is where I view my FICO Credit Score. Discover's formula for determining the credit score is different than all of the other major credit cards. My FICO score is always lower with Discover. I don't understand it. I think all of the major credit cards should use the same formula. Apparently all of the others do. The app itself is user-friendly.

App doesn't reflect any of account the changes immediately. It's still bearable if slow but it takes days to show anything leading to many confusions. My friends are also facing the same problem with the app. Also, the available credit bar is if no use it stays white all the time regardless of the current available credit. Please improve.

I've always had a great experience with the app. Discover makes it easy to find purchases, see total balance, check past statements, and of course the monthly FICO score is a huge bonus. Plus, I'm able to check my cashback bonus amount at any time. A year ago the app would crash fairly consistently, but they've resolved that issue and it's been nothing but pleasant to work with since then. Very secure as well.

This app is a great way to manage your discover card. You can freeze my account in an instant if you notice something wrong, and you can pay your balance off at any time. That being said, I have a thought. The idea is that when I pay my pending balance in advance, I would like the auto pay feature to auto stop for that month so I don't get charged twice for the same amount. I got the extra credit back on my discover balance, but I still got an overdraft charge on my main bank account.

Love the app. It's a lot faster than in the past. It's simple to use and looks great. I'm rating it 4 stars because of the lack of digital wallet for banking. The credit card side works. All of these modern features but this functionality is not available on Android (it is available on apple though). No tap to pay or digital wallet sucks. It's what made me switch banks honestly.

I love my Discover card! I started out with a secured credit card so I could build credit and after less than a year, it converted to a regular credit line and my credit has improved. I do wish however that they reported payments more regularly to the credit bureaus because when someone is trying to build credit, every charge and payment significantly affects a credit score.

When I use fingerprint login,it recognizes my print but sometimes it won't connect. If I try to back out, it won't let me. The only solution is to power off my Galaxy 9 phone. I also have occasional problems logging out of the app and it too requires me to power off the handset. It's been improved. The bugs have been eliminated and it works flawlessly. Great app!

The app is good and has a lot of great features, like checking your credit score, activating rewards, and automatic payments, but sometimes it is confusing as to what is getting paid each month, what money is due, and how it all relates to my available credit. This could be fixed if automatic payment payed the day that the credit resets. Also I got confused when my available credit was -$9 but I hadn't reached my credit limit yet. PSA: Always remember to pay off your entire credit each month.

Over the few years Discover has been there every step of the way!!Professional,knowledgeable,helpful and their customer support usually goes above and beyond for me . The last few years has been brutal for my family and yet Discover still has a sympathetic ear to try to give me options. I also can keep track of alerts, my balance, purchases and if there have been any compromise or issues with having the mobile app! Thank you Discover for all you do!

I got this card on a second chance system by deposit. By paying on time and controlling my balance in less than 6 months l was given credit and a huge increase at that! Discover is a well known credit card and a big player in the economy as well. Having this card has increased my credit score from 460 to close to 700 in less than a year! The only improvement l would really like to see is the payment system. It takes too long to pay and post. If they can upgrade that it will surely get 5 ⭐

Very good app but a better credit card experience. The credit score updates could be more timely. My last update was 3/31/22 but it's not a deal breaker. Last time I used my Discover card I used about 20% of my limit and it warned me I was close to my credit limit and that isn't reality. This is not a deal breaker either. I am very satisfied with Discover and would presently call it my go to credit card.

Horrible app. It doesnt show charges on the app when you make them. Sometimes it takes weeks. I cancelled my credit card with them. Never have that problem with my other credit cards. Might just be Discovers way of ripping people off. They tried to tell me one time that my balance was off because of a netflix charge but i had cancelled netflix many months prior lol. I wouldnt trust it. You would need to talk to 5 representatives to get a straight answer. Lol

Great card for building credit. Started out with a secured card and 7 months later they unsecured it and mailed my deposit back. They keep their word if you pay on time and be responsible. Best card I ever had and look forward to having a long relationship with discover. Thank you for taking a chance on me. The app is easy to navigate. I like their set up. Have not had any issues with it to date.

I really enjoy what it provides as a service, it's still a little complicated to get around but not confusing. My main problems are with delivery, as i had to wait 3 months for it to get sent to me, constant shipping troubles with them not being able to approve my address. Still though, once you get passed the shipping process, it's a good card to have.

This app makes it really difficult to see a day-to-day of transactions. It cuts off the recent transactions at your last statement date. It makes it impossible to try and scroll back through the days to see when payments posted and when transactions were posted to make sure the balance is correct. With other CC apps I can just pull up the transactions list and scroll backwards in a continuous chronological order.

So easy to use and understand. This app has been a significant ally on my journey back from devastating credit history. Very easy to navigate and understand, and always gives reminders and pointers to keep me on track. A little over a year and back in the 750s!!

I find the app to be very user-friendly and easy to navigate through the tabs. I love this app as it keeps me updated to my acct balance. It also let's me know when a purchase or some sort of transaction was made, so if it's a transaction I did not make then I can freeze my cars immediately. I highly recommend the app!

Great and simple way to start building your credit. You get cashback so that's a plus. You have access to your credit score whenever you want to check it and alerts for new purchases. If you're just starting to build credit, give it like 6 months so your credit score can be available. Overall good credit card app.

Very good to keep your expenses on track! The redeem is ok. Otherwise, NOTHING else seems to work for me. It's almost impossible to have a very good credit score even after I did everything right: making 1 to 3 payments before the billing cycle, keep my balance always 0, never missed a payment or late since i opened this account, my R is 6% comparing to 30% worst limit. Still I feel like the're playing football w/ my credit score. I opened a new one, they dropped me by 39points instantly.

App was not terribly useful but it worked for what I needed to do for a savings account years. I added a credit card to my account and everything went haywire. I have spent hours on the phone and messaging customer service to no avail. Everyone is very nice but no one can help me. I am closing both accounts and staying away from Discover from here on out. Worst experience I have ever had with a major company.

Love the Discover card and love this app. It works impeccably! Their customer service is the absolute best, always someone who speaks English very well! I've had to reach out to them numerous times on the app and it's very quick and works very well. If you have the card, I highly advise the app. Love the notifications I get for purchases. It would alert me to any suspicious charges! Love this app!

Love the company but absolutely hate the app, its slow and clunky, all the text is so big you can't even see the full balance of accounts and transaction history. Possibly just an Android 12 thing but it's become frustrating. Update: still terrible layout but it loads much faster

Excellent app. Puts entire account at your fingertips, as well as security and FICO score. Super easy to navigate and you can look back through you history. A wealth of information and benefits.

When the payment is made it should be reflected in the app immediately even though the money is deducted later. It is very convenient. I ended making payment twice. In Amex the payment is reflected immediately in the current balance.

The DS app is easy to manuever around and is very detailed. I like the various sections on the app that allows me to manage my card activities such as viewing my Fico score, Cashback rewards, offers, reoccurring balances and spending analyzation. Not sure if any other cc apps offer this type of incentive, but so glad DS does. Thank you guys so much for it.

So far good experience with the app. Very user friendly, easy to make payments, fast and provides the credit score at a glance constantly, something other credit apps don't do (even the Experian app doesn't provide my credit score instantly which makes it worthless). Notifications each time a card payment is made are a plus too.

Discover is the best, they don't charged you on necessary fees like some credit Banks would do. Their security is really good on the banking app and so far, my experiments on here is really good, best credit card to ever have!
