Doorstep Delivery

drivers are terrible, user beware, every 2nd or so order i would put in the food would be delivered to the completely wrong address, despite the fact I had 2 phone numbers listed for the driver to use, would not reccomend.

I used to order here every week, but now my address can't be found so they won't deliver.

Garbage service. Orders get cancelled by doorstep on my behalf an hour after I place them. No one responds on the live chat. Don't use this garbage company.

Used to use this app all of the time and it was great. Now, i have nothing but trouble trying to order since the new revamp of the app bc it wont accept my debit card. So I keep receiving calls from my bank where ive tried to buy food from this app, yet it was "declined" ..aggravating!

The app it self works great. All the reviews I see on here are about the app not working. Stop your whining because you don't know how to properly troubleshoot something. Or don't buy a crappy phone. The app works great all the time for me. Only complaint is that it does take a while for the food to arrive. Some times they text and some times they don't. Besides, most other food delivery apps USE Door Stop Delivery services any ways. Lol, so more then likely you are going to get them anyways.

I have ordered using this service multiple times before, but for some reason half the time I put in my address and the app tells me that their delivery service is not in my area. But it is! Very frustrating!!! This needs to be fixed immediately! What's the point of having this service if I can't even review what restaurants are available?!

Just watched my friend order food through Uber and the experience was easier. This company should take a real hard look at what I just said.

Easy simple and all the menu's each resturant has to offer! Make sure u tip your driver👍

1st delivery was a nightmare. Waited 80 mins for food, called customer service and was informed they were busy and had not even picked up my food yet. 2 hours after order my food showed up and it was bone cold. Called customer service and was told I was receive a full refund. Check bank next day and they had only partially refunded. Called customer service again and the line got "disconnected". I will never be using this service again and don't recommend anyone else use it.

The app will not let me get past the adding the app update to the cart to actually view the restaurants... I have already updated the app. Ridiculous.

I've been using this app for a while. Sometimes the closing times are inconsistent, but that's my only real gripe. The rating would be higher if more restaurants were available in Indianapolis. I live in a city with lots of options and most other delivery services put the selection on this app to shame; however, Doorstep is the only one who allows cash transactions and that is why I continue to remain loyal. One other small anoyance worth noting is the unusual way that tax is calculated. Instead of paying the proper total (tax included) on the food, tax is taken after the delivery and other fees are tacked on. I'm unaware if that is what's necessary in legal fine print, but it seems that 9.5% tax on my food order is outrageously high?

I've used this app a few times and every time we wait an hour and a half for cold food, and usually the order is wrong. Not worth it.

My gripe is that when they're way over estimated delivery time there is no call from the delivery driver. I'm just sitting here waiting not sure if it's going to be another quarter, half, or full hour until delivery

This app only shows 1 restaurant that is over 40 minutes away. Guess if you like that restaurant then it's a great app.

This is the second time I've had this app downloaded where it's caused my phone to freeze up, not work, and make my phone just act strange. Second time it's been removed from my phone and will not be added back in the future. All future orders will be done through a computer online. Waste!!

If it would work more than once in a blue moon then it would be great but most of the time it tells me my zip code is invalid or that it's a bad request

I love DSD! Before, the only options for anyone were either pizza or Chinese. But DSD has so many places to choose from! If you want Thai, Mexican, Greek, Sushi, or even Indian food! I used to order from my desktop but then I found out there's an app! Such an innovative idea! Thanks DSD!

Used this service in the past and it's great. But the app is not functional. Doesn't load anything and can't find restaurants I know are available.

They didn't bring the drink from their store and they said they would credit it but they never did and still owe me 3 dollars. Principle is poor for this company, it is on a path for failure. Welcome to America.

This app needs to be able to add new addresses. It will not allow you to add a new address with a new zip code like for work or school.... sooo hungry, and now have to drive to the restaurant.... What's the point?? (Updated review) Thank you for actually listening to the reviews!!! This app now allows for new addresses to be added to your profile and is TOP NOTCH!!! (If only we can reply to our own reviews, instead of adding to the original review.

Everytime I have ordered through this company, the delivery has been late and my food has been cold. Am deleting and will not be using this company again.

The people are rude and the driver's are late the food is cold by the time they get here

Everytime I have tried to use the app over the last few months I am greeted with an error every time I try to order. Absolutely pathetic.
