double kwik Rewards

Great they accidentally gave me back $100 to much as they was stuck together. ( the $100 bills)( but they was stuck together when whoever use it for payment) . So they said if they weren't short, money wise that they'd give me the $100 bill, since I did bring it to ther attention. So the next day I went back in and the said that they weren't short, so they gave me the $100 dollars. I kept $60 and gave the girl that waited on me $40. I thought that to be most fair. Wouldn't you too say .

For the longest time it worked just fine and I really enjoy getting the free lunches and such after racking up enough points. However, for privacy reasons, I have Facebook blocked on my home network, and my phone always connects to that network through a VPN so ads and such are blocked on my phone even when I'm out and about. I do not have a Facebook account, nor do I have the Facebook app installed on my device, but for some reason, after a recent update to this app, it tries to connect to graph(dot)facebook(dot)com (among other third party addresses) , which of course fails, and then the app tells me I'm not connected to the internet. It has me wondering why the app's ability to function hinges on its ability to connect to Facebook. Another concerning feature in the previous version is that it's impossible to actually redeem any rewards unless you turn on your location. Now I can't even scan the bar code to earn points because the app is trying and failing to connect to Facebook.

Use the app every day to purchase a fountain drink if nothing else. Love the new gas savings they have just started doing recently! I Always make sure to enter my loyalty ID when I go to Double Kwik. And I stop there an average of at least twice per day because it's on my way to work and back home very close to where I live. It's easy to always have my loyalty ID with me because I can call up the barcode from within my app and scan from there. Gotten a ton of free drinks via rewards!

The rewards are awful!! The points to dollars spent are laughable!! By far the worst among other competitors rewards cards!! What's even worse is they are NOT CALCULATED CORRECTLY & YOUR SHORTED EVERY TIME!! I purposely compared my purchase amount to gained points & I NEVER get what I'm supposed to!! I use it bc it's better than nothing, but that's not saying much!!

Actually Since the Last Review I left, the *Double Kwik Rewards App* has had Major Improvements! Now as long as ya have your card, key chain card, or even mobile (so-called 'Smart' phone) one can use the same Dk Reward Card Account! The 1 Huge Downside however is the Fact that it's Sorta difficult 2get one's Reward(s) with No Smart Phone/Tablet! Can only add 1 Card per account even if more may live there2. Was like that on the App & Site both.Best 2my knowledge it always has been like that!

I love this app.. It is very convenient to have as much as i shop at Double Kwik. It has also been very nice to be able to go back to see past transactions, to view my rewards, and see the available deals that will help me save..

Very decent an easy to use

Nice app but unsure about point bailed as earning. Needs more reward variety. Points are used in store so is only away to make the store money on already some over priced items. Still a fun app that at least gives free stuff to regular shoppers. Good job Double Quick.

do you know how embarrassing it is to be in the store no money and using the free rewards after being a loyal customer only to have the app suddenly decide not to work while there is a line of people behind you??? yeah... I have major anxiety issues and it was mental hell trying to hurry to get the app to work?!

I love the app you get many options on how you want to spend your points. I believe there needs to be improvement on gas points though let points count for so much on gas not just be able to get 5 or 10 cents off and that's it, but that's why I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars.

I am originally from Indiana, we have Speedway, which is ok, but here in Eastern Kentucky, this has been a unique experience, I think it's a great company, excellent food and the rewards offered are excellent as well! We have nothing like Double Kwik in Indiana

I absolutely love this app and double quick, my husband and I are regular customers there all the time, there fountain drinks are better than any restaurant or gas station , I am so thankful that they have made this app, we have already received a bunch of free stuff, and they even give you something on your birthday, just a wonderful rewards app....

Since they quit offering the 5 cents off every day and the 10 cents off on Wednesdays, I have since uninstalled the app Was great until then, that was all I used it for, but since they no longer offer the cents off a gallon, I don't have a use for it and don't need it taking up space on my phone

Love the $5 gift cards u get for every 5k points. Just exchanged another $50 card again ..only thing they need to start putting prices on their food nothing hardly has the price expecially the sandwich food

The app doesn't work sometimes or it's the store employee usually. The app is hard to link and old card to a new phone

I love it!! This is literally the best rewards app I have ever used. I have earned three $5 gift cards and a free fountain drink so far!! Not to mention you can earn discounts on gas which is awesome for lil family trips throughout the summer!

Even though this app has permission to use my location AND my location is turned on, it keeps saying it's unable to get my location and then it will say I need to enable my location in my phone's settings. 🤷

This app is very easy to use and really comes in handy when I've forgotten my card at home! It's easy to navigate to where you need to be on the site without freezing & there's no ads!

Can't login!? When I enter my email and password I'm told that they're incorrect. I've even tried changing my password, as well as clicking "forgot password" but still can't login! Fix this issue & I'll rate higher.

Love the rewards but point system is poor. There are no graphics, searching and connecting with local stores is impossible.

Can't get any thing to show up on the app here . None of my points or items I have for free because the app shows nothing but the print out of the recipe shows I have all kinds of points and free drinks , pizza rolls and can't get them .

I like this app but it would be a big help if you had an onsight computer to claim ur rewards. Also it would be nice if ya could use your points for something other than Monsters, lol.

It was a cool app to have, but to spite the fact I've used my Double Kwik Rewards card countless times over the past 3 to 8 months & have had ZERO points credited to me, it might not be worth downloading!

Love the new DK app! It's so much easier with the card and the app. Love the discounts, coffee club, and all the rewards you can earn just from buying things you already would!

I love my local Double Kwik I would give them 5 stars but im really disappointed that they took the gift card off as a reward. If they were to put that back i would mist assuredly give them as many stars as possible.

I love getting rewards for my purchases and being able to claim free items. I do wish you could earn items sooner but it's really convenient app.

I'm in this store daily sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. The majority of the employees are very nice. The owners even work in the store and they make a point to try and greet every single customer. And you definitely should drop in for lunch one day. The food is amazing!!!!
