Edit: Let's say you have a lobby, with 5 contests of the same type (say, double up), the same entry fee (say, $10) and the same number of entries (say, 20 contestants). Each contest garners 10 entries. None of the contests go live, all 50 contestants are refunded their $10 entry, and you lost $50 in profit. Nobody wins. If you have 1 contest of a given type per lobby, let it fill, and automatically create another contest of the same type after it fills, you maximize efficiency and minimize loss
This app has been my favorite out of the 4 that I have tried. I received a free ticket to a contest this past weekend and there was some issue with the contest. Draftkings gave me the credit of the free ticket. Cool! Thank you.
Not too happy at the moment . I love playing DraftKings but the app kicked me off today and I do nothing but use it constantly if it's for security reasons it's not for my security I had emails I had text with codes what's going on I lost out of my pics tonight which I'm sure they'll give me money back cuz they do that but still I didn't get to play tonight I cost me four or five hours of my time not too happy at the moment! I don't have this much security with my bank..FanDuel maybe I will
Would be easier if deposits went into single pool not separate(daily fantasy or regular sportsbook). Other sites have better options and ease of transactions.
So many errors and technical issues they never fix. So frustrating a big company can't make a functional app. RE DraftKings reply: I'm on latest version. I'm on strong internet. Doesn't happen to any other app I've emailed your support for over a year they never fix the issues. App needs complete overhaul yet you blame the user. I have run internet companies I know what I'm doing. Update May 1: now transaction history and ticket redemption is broken with latest updates. App is so broken.
App is awesome, WHEN IT WORKS. Used it for years and stopped loading 4 days ago. Terrible customer service. "Corresponding" for DAYS, and only getting run around in CIRCLES by so-called "Player Advocates". Have done EVERYTHING suggested. Now they are NOT RESPONDING. Do they have any real IT people?? Website is terribly unfriendly on phone. Draftkings is NOT FUN for me anymore.
The app just stopped working saying there is a network error. It's done this several times. Its very annoying especially during a contest
Won't work. Ever since I updated it, it won't open Says unfortunately draftkings has stopped. Was working just fine minutes before I updated it. Tried updating my phone, but nothing works
Mostly positive. However, one thing I noticed today is while trying to enter an NBA tier on this app I kept getting a message "entry exceeds fee limit" I have no limits on my account, and the contest was only 0.25. I tried the 0.10 contest, got the same result. Tried the free contest and that worked. Went to my mobile browser and successfully entered the 0.25 contest.
The app just stop working, can't even see the completion of my bets I made, the reset password link is broke, the log in with Facebook is broke, not sure what the hell is going on
These people are the worst when it comes to securing your money or account online they don't fix anything. Once something goes wrong they never fix it. You get emails saying they did yet when you try to log in and play you get the same results and this is people's money they are allowed to play with like its nothing. That should be against the law......I'm pretty sure it is
Good service, subpar app. How strong does my internet need to be, jeez. I can't even use the app on Wifi? I'm probably done with DK after this solely because the app is so disappointing. But the few times it was working, it was great.
The app never crashes. Free contests all the time! Rewards and Promos plus amount of action on here hard to beat. Also reliable quick payouts
Just updated my app and was able to access crowns that I thought I had lost. Great work on the bug fixes, keep it up.
Website No Longer Efficient. I have been a customer for years, but have not been able to login for a month and I have money in my account. I contact customer service but continue to get runaround.
my account was blocked, and technical support could not help me in any way, only correspondence with me was made stupid, very unprofessional, bad feedback, you need to improve your applications
Can't even log into my account after resetting passwords numerous times. Wasted money that I can't manage due to the stupid log in issues. Says please reset password and I do yet still after all that......it asks again to reset password to use my account.
Flash draft seems like mysterious new teams were added manually post final game for a prize pool. Very very sketchy.
Since update on players info page is too large. Also anytime I create a contest to challenge friends it kicks me out and I have to login again and create the contest.
Garbage. Entered into a contest. It took my money for the entry. I picked the players. Then it says I didn't entered any players...
App hasn't worked right in a while. I'm constantly updated. Everytime I try to click promos page the app says "bad request". Same if I try to collect on rewards to collect. As of current day (assuming because of masters in PGA) I've been unable to access my live lineups and been using the site via browser. Keeps saying network error despite having access to network/wifi on my side.
