I really like the app and find the surveys/games/shopping rewards to be pretty good compared to other apps, but it is INCREDIBLY SLOW. If you guys could fix the speed lots of people would want to use this Edit: the speed has gotten a lot better. However a big issue with the surveys - it will say a survey takes 12 mins. Then you open it up to do the "pre survey" to see if you qualify, and THAT ALONE will take 12 mins, just to say you don't. That is a waste of time, and Drop needs to fix that.

This app is terrible and very frustrating!!! Cannot contact support. Cannot link my credit card. Missed out on hundreds of dollars in points recently because of it. Every time I try to link card the app resets to main screen when I try to accept notification that I am trying to link card. Bank link keeps dropping every few days.

So, at first it was going great. Now I have three apps I completed the tasks for and nothing has been rewarded. But "local store" purchases have been. This is ridiculous. I spent a lot of time completing them and now they are just sitting in my phone as I wait. My card has been linked, apps never had authentication removed so everything should be there. OVER TWO MONTHS! Even reached out to customer service and no one will respond back after numerous inquiries. Get this fixed already. 😡😡😡😡😡

The app has so many ads it's unusable and they also want my online banking login instead of just card details. Definitely not very privacy focused. I think it's just a grab to profit off my data like everywhere else. Deleting my account once I get my gift card.

I play the basketball game twice daily and the snake game whenever it is available. Had the app just to have when I'm bored and JUST successfully redeemed my $75 gift card from Amazon.... Should get if you want to get gift cards (such as Amazon) for playing a little bit daily or you can maximize your gift card earnings by playing more games for longer durations.

I have to say that the lack bank option is bothersome. But the new crypto features has one major problem 5% fee on withdrawal makes it using crypto a no go . Its way to mush . I invested without knowing they added the fee now if i withdraw i loose my profit. Other that surveys are hit or miss. They also push you to make purchases through the app or they raise there inflated cashout options. Amazon 75 $ dollar cash out really . Fix bank issue i might change review.

First off I want to say I love Drop--it's super easy to earn points for gift cards. However I can't give it 5 stars because it has to be one of the SLOWEST apps on the planet. And I don't have a slow phone. If your developers could improve the response speed of the app it gets 5 stars all the way.

A wonderful app that allows me to play games to rack up on points that I can use to redeem gift cards. They also offer surveys and shopping points as well so that you can redeem even faster. Points are relatively easy because who doesn't shop at Walmart, Target, Macy's, and so many other stores?? It's an awesome app especially for those who want to save money. I've redeemed two Amazon $50 gift cards so far. That's $100 that didn't come out of my own pocket!! Totally saved me some money.

This app is super buggy. Force closed when trying to link certain credit cards that are supposed to work with the app. Support is clueless and not helpful. They told me my bank wasn't supported when in fact it was bc it was previously linked and used. They then come back and say there are other issues with it. Also if you email them with multiple questions they can't seem to read beyond the first one so the other issues go unanswered prompting me to send additional emails. Get it together!

Their weekly spin game is shown to be a spin the wheel type of game where the chance of getting each prize should correlate to the piece of the pie it's shown on the game. However it is completely rigged and I have only gotten the worst and same prize over and over again. This is false advertising and is an easy fix. They also don't give out the correct number of points when you spend the time doing their surveys.

Customer service is always helpful, prompt and polite! The in app games are fun, and it's easy to build up points. One of favorites for this!

This app is a great in theory. However points are rarely given out, I've been using it for years and have gotten points through my linked card only a handful of times. The only way to get points is to play the games they have in app or try your luck at some of the survey's they offer. I really wish this app was more reliable and consistent with points.

Update: Drop continues to not provide points for promised offers. Still chasing up support, with minimal responses, and then they request proof of purchase when the process is meant to be automated within the app. Drop refuses to reach out to the businesses that aren't providing the points, and instead expects you to do all the work. Avoid this App, or open yourself to endless work for points that just aren't worth it.

I like this app. I just claimed my third $50 gift card, and I could have claimed a lot more with more effort. I like that we can play a daily game for points, and spin to win on Tuesdays, and unlock the snake game with 2 surveys. I take the surveys when they are boosted for extra points. Recently, I was missing referral points, so I just submitted a ticket and customer service was prompt to fix it and manually add them. Check often for high paying point offers too!

Disappointed First, it runs super slow. I'm saying they run on dial up. This is my first day n I am already going to delete it. I reinstalled once n upon opening it checked for updates for three minutes until I just got out of it n restarted the app. Works too slow to even let me access the survey tab so I can't say if it's good for that. All offers are online, nothing for in store unless it's somewhere else but too hard to navigate when half a page won't load because so slow. Use Fetch instead.

When you shop at certain store you are suppose to get point. That work for a while. Now I only get points for games and surveys. Even when I shop at stores on the list I still don't get points. I have shopped at Safeway at least once a week and I have not got any point since the middle of September. Unfortunately the stores that are on the app are not close to me. In the last 6 months I have not got any points from McDonalds or any other store.

It has a lot of options to earn points and you can just earn them automatocally by having yoir cards linked. I enjoy it a lot.

Loooove this app... **Update, HELP!!... the app won't open. I'm on day two, where the app just keeps thinking as if it were to open, but never does!???

This is the best money making app I have ever downloaded. I've made over $300 from just doing surveys and playing games. (Edit) I still like this app but I'm lowering my rating because the last few times I completed game offers I was not credited my payment within the 14 days. Even when I contacted their support team with proof of completion, I was still told that they couldn't confirm it. It's always the same copy paste reply. I recently completed a $36 offer and am worried I won't be credited.

Ok when it works. Points from purchases usually never register, then have to wait a week+ to open a ticket and see if someone will credit them. Usually they do but it is never for the full value that the points were worth when you made your purchase. I'd say there are lots of bugs that need to be fixed.

This app would be really great if they would keep my accounts linked. I have lost out on thousands of points over the past few months because I can't link my accounts and have them stay linked. Even when I do relink, the system doesn't recognize them and still says they need to be linked. When I contacted customer service, they just blamed CIBC. It's really too bad because I like the app and it is an easy and fun way to earn.

I would have gave it 3 stars before today. So, Drop just made it possible to purchase Crypto with only 5,000 points,BTC and ETH to be exact. Awesome I thought, since I gave up on the app when I got just over 10,000 points. I'm thinking, great I can finally cash out my points. Figured I'd just put my wallet address in and transfer my newly aquired BTC to my cold wallet. Nope, somehow it stays in the points app. You just get a message that thanks you for your BTC purchase.

Not cool that they increase the minimum redemption threshold without warning. $30 in points takes a long time to accumulate, and I previously was able to redeem for $5-$10 gift cards. And to useful retailers like Amazon...also no longer an option. I resent these kind of bait and switch tactics.

great points system. if you use the right stores. you'll get points in no time. but a lot of the offers unfortunately I already got prior to checking here. for me points are difficult to receive as the stores offered are not ones I can afford/choose to shop at. I'll still keep the app though, as I do get lucky sometimes.

I love this app. Great gift cards and easy to earn points. Only thing i wish is that if we could upload receipts from stores
