Easy - taxi, car, ridesharing

If I could give this less than a star i would, the prices are insane and the taxis? The worst, they accept rides and take up to 10-15 to start moving and then start messaging you to pay cash and not card as it's better business for them. Or simply ask you to cancel the ride and pay them cash, like I'm accepting your high prices for the security of the app and having the drivers info in case something happens no I don't wanna cancel. Honestly the worst

I would'nt recommend this app because lot of the drivers, even though you put the address in the app, they don't know where they're going they asking you for directions or end up getting lost, wasting your time -it's just an unprofessional experience. A driver I took yesterday even made me miss an important appointment by taking me to a totally different address than the one I put in the app. just an overall unprofessional experience with easytaxi and taxis in general in Medellín. I'll just stick with Uber, the Metro or other methods of transport and do everything in my power to avoid taxis - especially while in Colombia.

The app is safe and great most of the times. But sometimes, in the peak hours, looks like the app assign a service without the authorization of the car driver, when I had called those call drivers to ask why are they moving in other direction, they said they didn't accepted the service and the app assigned it. This makes the person to lose time waiting for a car that is not going to arrive.

I travel quite often for work and I used to use Uber but in Brazil I discover easy and fell in love with it. In order to serve their clients they have given the choice to pay in every possible way. The drivers are well presented and cars well maintained and that is something you one will appreciate when stuck for two hours in traffic. I hope I can use it somewhere else in the world.

Often drivers that accepted the request with no reason at all refuse to provide the sevice. The time waiting for the cab is something that is not possible to recover, every day the user experience is getting worse

Very disappointed since this switched to Cabify. Now, I get drivers that cancel on me, or try to rip me off my showing up at the wrong address, waiting and then canceling - leaving me on the hook for the wait time. This needs to be fixed. Until they straighten out these problems I would stay away from Cabify.

The App is not currently working as expected in Android. When you request a Taxi the presented state in the UI keeps showing "searching" and never confirms your driver. However, a driver has actually accepted your trip and if you wait you'll get the proper notif and a taxi will be there for your ride. Please fix this inconsistent UI state since it's extremely confusing and you couldn't know the state of the req trip and when you arrive to your dest you can't validate how much to pay either.

What is this? I cannot even enter a new password when creating account. No reason given.

Does not work with Icelandic phone numbers

Your driver made me wait 10 minutes to even start moving to pick me up, had a bad feeling but app wont let me cancel without a fee. Then decides to move and arrives in 5 mins, drives by while seeing me making gestures to stop, keept the drive going for another 10 minutes so i can't cancell and call another cab. The whole time i cant cancel without a fee, my paypal says the payment to this douche is pending, while your app wont let me report. The worst experience with cabs in my life, terrible app

Useless. NEVER ever not even once have I been able to get a car with this app. It just searches on and on for three minutes then it times out, every time. Tried several times always with the same result. I'm giving up on it.

App is easy to use but allows for the drivers to calculate in additional charges at the end of the trip. There is no way for a rider to know how much they will pay until arrival. Developers of the app need to include tolls along routes to give better estimates for the riders.

Terrible customer service. We paid the driver with cash but the app still tried to charge my credit card. I complained about this to the customer service email and they only replied that I have a pending transaction to my credit card. I replied again and they never acknowledged the real problem which is that I PAID THE DRIVER WITH CASH!! They now have stopped replying me and my account is blocked. This happened about 2 weeks ago and I never got any resolution.

The worst app of this kind. The prices are absolutely ridiculous high. It doesn't have sense. The cars (mostly) are super gross and dirty... But the worst thing are the drivers, they are rude, very impolite. The codes are only available for 1 minutes and the app send me the offer 2 hours later. The worst app.

Terrible. I had easytaxi and was much easier to use. This app doesn't let me choose from where I want to get picked up and drop off. Only suggested places. Please let me use the easytaxi way, where I could choose the exact place on the map. No with stupid addresses options. So mad!!!

It's been a lot of tries to be able to open and use it but I don't know/haven't set a password, still I choose "I forgot my password" option and there's a constant pop-up message saying: "Sorry! Something went wrong". No solution! So annoying!

Nice and efficient app, but it had problems finding me, asking to try again later. This is not helpful in a taxi app, as one needs transport immefitely. I uninstalled the app and then installed it again. I hope it works better now.

The app keeps working in the background and consuming battery. I know it is possible to close it from the settings but it should be an option to close the app. Poor programming.

Awful. Doesn't work. No driver would accept the ride after 5 attempts so we walked.

I'd give 5 stars but the app is to slow to obtain my ubication saying that "I'm having internet issues" and I'm always at home with a good WiFi connection. Good communication with the drivers and fast car arriving. Tx

The app is like a taxi version for Uber, that prayers legally in Colombia. Service is pretty much alike, but the quality of service by drivers is far inferior. The most worrying thing comes with the pricing: the app suggest some prices, but at the end of the day it's the taxi driver who decides how to modify them. He does so at will (there's no km/$$) rate it seems, so he can cheat you if you don't pay attention and know the price of your route in traditional taxis already.

The prefix for Mexican number is wrong (521 instead of 52) so could not even sign up. Very bad. You should fix this if you care about making money!

they absorbed my usual app and reset my history. Not cool, but still transparent and efficient. Depending on the zone i get more cancelled trips.(south/coapa/sundays/after 8, constant)

I tried to reset my password, the system let me know that it had been changed. I have been trying to access to my account all weekend and it had been a total failure, it is it taking my new password.

taxi drivers accept the ride and then leave you stranded until you cancel and get penalized. placed a formal complaint and easy taxy did little to nothing to solve it despite all the evidence shared. zero accountability and the worst customer service I've experienced in this kind of apps. do not recommend it at all
